Expectations aren’t always beyond reach, but we should first bear in mind what our expectations are.Gibran once wrote a famous sentence:” We went too far to remember why start.” We may ask ourselves questions like these: Do I still remember my dream when entering the campus? Do I still have faith that I can make it come true? Things can be hard to achieve, but chances always exist.Had Yu Minhong, our headmaster, not given himself such an expectation of establishing the New Oriental School, the situations would be incredibly different today.For example, I would not be standing here right now.Success thrives only if we expect it.However, maintaining expectations isn’t enough.We need to make plans, take actions and stick to them.Here I would like to talk about myself.As a normal student, I choose to be an English teacher as my career.But it is formidable, given that English isn’t my major and the competition back in my home city is fierce.I don’t give up, though.I pick up English as my second major, participate in various
contests related to English including this one, and endeavor to get the certificate for advanced interpretation.I am trying to strengthen my ability so when I’m graduated I possess adequate qualifications to stand on a podium and teach English.We can reach our goals, but we have to keep pragmatic with unfaltering efforts.More often than not we may encounter setbacks and even find ourselves in a desperate state.Please remember, we don’t surrender.We persevere.“Yes, we can.” Mr.Obama says so because he knows how much we can attain through unwavering faith and assiduous work.Career situations may be somehow overwhelming, but with our conviction and diligence, it’s the light we can see at the end of the tunnel.That’s all, and thanks for listening.

二、社會(huì)環(huán)境

三、大學(xué)期望
大
一、大二已經(jīng)在渾渾噩噩中度過(guò)了,后悔也為時(shí)以晚。只有把握接下來(lái)這一年的時(shí)間。
接下來(lái)在加強(qiáng)專業(yè)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí),考取與目標(biāo)職業(yè)有關(guān)的職業(yè)資格證書(shū)或通過(guò)職業(yè)技能鑒定。因?yàn)榕R近畢業(yè),所以要提高求職技能、搜集一些公司信息。和大四同學(xué)交流求職工作心得體會(huì),學(xué)習(xí)做一份簡(jiǎn)歷,了解搜集就業(yè)信息的渠道,并好好利用最后一個(gè)暑假和老師做一些實(shí)驗(yàn)或者到一些企業(yè)的技術(shù)部門去當(dāng)暑期工(可以不要工資)這樣可以多接觸材料專業(yè)的檢測(cè)儀器。
大四目標(biāo)應(yīng)鎖定在工作申請(qǐng)及成功就業(yè)上。開(kāi)始畢業(yè)后工作的申請(qǐng),積極參加招聘活動(dòng),在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)自己的積累和準(zhǔn)備;積極利用學(xué)校提供的條件,強(qiáng)化求職技巧,進(jìn)行模擬面試等訓(xùn)練,盡可能地做出充分準(zhǔn)備。在撰寫(xiě)畢業(yè)論文的時(shí),確立好研究的方向好好利用好實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,大膽創(chuàng)新。積極思考鍛煉自己獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的能力。
四、畢業(yè)五年計(jì)劃
順利畢業(yè)后按自己的目標(biāo)選擇職業(yè),不能因?yàn)楦咝降恼T惑選擇自己不喜歡的職業(yè)。應(yīng)該積極進(jìn)入發(fā)展?jié)摿玫钠髽I(yè)。就業(yè)后做好本職工作的同時(shí),還應(yīng)該多看專業(yè)方面的書(shū)不斷提高自己對(duì)材料的認(rèn)識(shí),把握材料研究的新方向。考取相關(guān)
方面的更高級(jí)的職稱。
五、對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)期望的認(rèn)識(shí)
當(dāng)今社會(huì)處在變革的時(shí)代,到處充滿著激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。物競(jìng)天擇,適者生存。職業(yè)活動(dòng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常突出。要想在這場(chǎng)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出并保持立于不敗 之地,必須設(shè)計(jì)好自己的職業(yè)生涯期望。這樣才能做到心中有數(shù),不打無(wú)準(zhǔn)備之仗,但規(guī)劃要按照自身的實(shí)際來(lái)制定,不能眼高手低。對(duì)即將踏入的職業(yè)活動(dòng)要有一定的合理的心理預(yù)期,包括工作的性質(zhì)、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、工作時(shí)間、工作方式、同事以及上下級(jí)關(guān)系都要快速適應(yīng),迅速成為一個(gè)成功的職業(yè)者。
