“My China Dream”主題英語演講比賽

2013年4 月20 日，食品學(xué)院在4號(hào)教學(xué)樓104室成功了一場(chǎng)精彩的演講比賽。此次比賽的評(píng)委有外國語學(xué)院陳滿平老師，2013年外國語學(xué)院英文演講比賽第一名又兼海南大學(xué)中英文演講比賽第一名梁夢(mèng)曉學(xué)長，海南大學(xué)英語俱樂部會(huì)長汪嬌學(xué)姐。

2013年，因?yàn)閴?mèng)想變得沉重，又因?yàn)閴?mèng)想變得飛揚(yáng)熱烈。“中國夢(mèng)”是我國新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集團(tuán)參觀中國國家博物館“復(fù)興之路”展覽后，習(xí)近平主席定義了“中國夢(mèng)”即“實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族近代以來最偉大的夢(mèng)想，而且滿懷信心地表示這個(gè)夢(mèng)想‘一定會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)’”。

參賽同學(xué)們心不同的風(fēng)格，侃侃而談、激情慷慨、聲情并茂，淋漓盡致暢抒心中的夢(mèng)想，或強(qiáng)大至堅(jiān)定不摧，或美好光明坦蕩??中間串連了一個(gè)小游戲“心有靈犀”，兩位選手一組，一位選手把手伸進(jìn)箱中摸索，知道是什么物品后，由這位同學(xué)向同組另一位同學(xué)描述，僅可以用英語與肢體語言表達(dá)，由這位同學(xué)猜出它的英文名。之后是即興演講和評(píng)委提問，這一環(huán)節(jié)充分展示了同學(xué)們的應(yīng)變能力與表達(dá)能力。最后由陳滿平老師對(duì)此次比賽進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)。

經(jīng)過一系列激烈的角逐，主持人宣布比賽結(jié)果，獲得一等獎(jiǎng)的是趙藝捷同學(xué)，獲得二等獎(jiǎng)的是曹璇同學(xué)，獲得三等獎(jiǎng)的是張圓同學(xué)、張凱琦同學(xué)、陳穎同學(xué)。獲得此次最佳組織獎(jiǎng)的是食科1班。

在這次商務(wù)溝通英語演講比賽當(dāng)中，我做為一名選手，感受頗深，這也是我第一次參加這樣展示自我的一次比賽，應(yīng)該對(duì)于我來說意義

非凡，學(xué)到了不少。收獲榮譽(yù)的同時(shí)，我的心靈受到了強(qiáng)烈的震撼和

洗禮，參加此次演講比賽是我人生中非常特別的一次體驗(yàn)，不僅僅是

比賽的環(huán)節(jié)和考驗(yàn)給我留下了深刻的印象，而且這一路走來的心理歷

練也讓我收獲頗多。

以前也參加過比賽，但是沒有這么大型，這是一場(chǎng)全國型的比賽，恰好是一次難得的機(jī)會(huì)，憑借這個(gè)舞臺(tái)可以綻放自己，畢竟做為一名 新手，我沒有足夠的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而且我們講的都是英文的內(nèi)容，我們的主

題是極好的運(yùn)動(dòng)和鍛煉，內(nèi)容詳細(xì)并且豐富，ppt制作也是制作精

美，在比賽之前，我們做足了準(zhǔn)備，我們排練過，在老師的幫助下，我們一起表演，在學(xué)校的會(huì)議室里，當(dāng)時(shí)我并不緊張，因?yàn)樵趯W(xué)校我們本來我是做了充分的準(zhǔn)備的了，但是面對(duì)如此多的觀眾和評(píng)委，心

里難免有些緊張，自己的眼神不敢與他們進(jìn)行對(duì)接，無法很好地做到

與他們進(jìn)行心靈的交流。但從其他選手的身上我看到了他們?cè)诿鎸?duì)如

此多觀眾時(shí)的那種從容鎮(zhèn)定、臨危不亂。自己覺得我在這方面與他們

還有一定的距離，我應(yīng)該與他們多交流、學(xué)習(xí)，努力去克服這方面的不足。

通過這幾次的演講比賽下來，首先我最想表達(dá)的就是感謝。正是

因?yàn)槔蠋焸儗?duì)我的全力支持，才有了我今天出色的演講。在此，我要

感謝我的我的老師佘小潔給我的演講稿做的點(diǎn)睛式地鼓舞，我還要感

謝張教鳶，朱捷老師幫我們進(jìn)行排練付出的辛苦，正是因?yàn)橛羞@兩位

老師在演講技巧和稿件寫作上給予了我很大幫助和啟發(fā)，才有我在演

講臺(tái)上的“淋漓表演”，使我信心越來越強(qiáng)。其次，具體到演講過程中，首先要有一個(gè)好的演講稿，演講稿的題材、角度一定要新穎，絕不重

復(fù)別人的故事，你想那么多的參賽選手，如果學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣總是那幾位

英雄，無論你多么慷慨激昂，評(píng)委們聽得多了，便也不會(huì)覺得新穎了，因此你的演講稿就沒有什么亮點(diǎn)。一個(gè)演講要有亮點(diǎn)，什么是亮點(diǎn)？

與眾不同。很多參賽選手都有自己的故事，顧不上自己的身體，顧不

上自己的家庭，顧不上自己的孩子，全心撲在工作上，令人感動(dòng)，令

人欽佩，但這些故事聽了讓人感到酸楚，難道這就是我們的生活？我想在做好本職工作的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該照顧好家庭：我們熱愛自己的工作，也熱愛自己的家人；我們辛勤的付出，當(dāng)然也要享受付出后的收獲、喜悅、積極、陽光、向上、幸福才是我們生活的主旋律。

另外還有六個(gè)方面的小技巧：

1、一見傾心：演講者著裝得體、精神振奮、姿態(tài)優(yōu)雅，會(huì)使聽眾有個(gè)很好的第一印象。

2、一鳴驚人： 在演講開場(chǎng)的三句話內(nèi)，要能在聲音、情感、語調(diào)上一炮打響，打動(dòng)

聽眾，這樣演講就很容易成功。

3、一語中的：在演講中，演講者要

在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候，一般在熱烈的當(dāng)口上，以簡單明確的慨括性語言，說

出你的主題觀點(diǎn)，最好能用上排比句式來表達(dá)，會(huì)給聽眾留下深刻印

象。

4、情理交融：演講之所以要有演的成分，是因?yàn)橐润w現(xiàn)以情

說理，再以理服人。所以在演講中，演講者要善于運(yùn)用動(dòng)人感人的事

例、體驗(yàn)典型人和物、調(diào)動(dòng)聽眾的情感，在引起情感共鳴的基礎(chǔ)上，適時(shí)闡明道理和主題，常常會(huì)使你的演講效果倍增。

5、言行一致：

演講中與聽眾的交流非常重要，演講是有對(duì)象性的。在演講中要注意

到臺(tái)下聽眾的特點(diǎn)，并且有意的通過眼神表情與臺(tái)下交流。

6、首尾

相接：最簡潔的突出主題的方法，把演講的開頭和結(jié)尾聯(lián)系起來，甚

至是重復(fù)開頭的演講題目，都不失為很好的方法，這樣會(huì)使聽眾對(duì)主

題更清楚。

以上就是我參加演講比賽的一些體會(huì)。每一次比賽都是一次成長，我會(huì)珍藏演講之旅帶給我的收獲，常思這些要感謝的人，不斷激

（宣布比賽結(jié)束）good morning，honorable judges ladies and gentlemen。today，i am so glad to be here to introduce myself to you。my chinese name islanlianghua，my english name is lannie。i can’t tell you how old i am，because it’s a secret of a lady’s age。i have so many hobbies。such as cooking，singing，hosting and traveling。some people don’t like cooking，but it is happy for me to cook for my families and friends。unfortunately，our domitory has no cooker hood。so i have to use a plastic bag as my chef hat。i armed myself heavily so that i will not be attacked by the oil fume，oh！how hard it is，so ladies and gentlemen，please take the applause to all the ladies。in addition to cooking，i am so fond of singing。
