英語是一種國際通用語，不懂英語，在信息交流方面會受到很大的限制。同時研究還表明，學外語會促進智力的發展。美國耶魯大學的一位心理學家通過分析研究認為，講兩種語言的幼少兒比僅會講一種語言的幼少兒，在腦子的靈活性和解決問題的能力方面均有優勢。語言刺激是促進大腦細胞生長發展的要素。幼少兒期是語言發展的關鍵期，在這個時期對幼少兒給予兩種語言的刺

激，能促進幼兒大腦兩半球之間的協調，加強神經細胞之間的聯系。因此，幼少兒期的英語訓練對孩子是大有益處的。那么，什么時候學英語最好呢？不少專家認為6歲以前是獲得外語的最佳期。

兒童心理學的研究表明，在幼少兒知覺發展中，首先成熟的是形象思維能力。幼少兒認漢字也好，認英文也好，實際上都是一種信息刺激的活動，他們把字形當成某一具體形像，像記糖果、玩具、人的相貌一樣記住它們。經過多次反復，這種特殊的“形象”就儲存到大腦中去了。因此幼少兒學外語與成人學外語有很大差別。同時，幼少兒對聲音的敏感度較高，且右腦控制發音器官的能力較強，聲帶、舌唇等運動神經的調節也具有很大的可塑性，這時練習說話，更容易掌握發音的技巧。隨著年齡的增長，這種能力會逐步下降，給學外語帶來困難。要使幼兒的英語學習取得成效，關鍵是要有正確的教學方法。在幼少兒英語學習

親愛的各位師弟師妹們，你們好：

今天我是作為這次交流活動的主講人之一來到這個講臺，我叫×××，就讀于××××大學，專業是信息工程。這次的主題是“大學專業選擇”。我非常榮幸能與在座各位分享我的想法與經驗，要是我的觀點能對你們帶來哪怕是一點點的幫助，那么這就是對我的付出最大的回報。

專業選擇的重要意義

社會有許多行業，每個行業又有各種職業。大學專業與職業存在一對多，多對一的對應關系。應注意到這種關系有著各向異性。有些專業對應的職業可以比其他的多一點。

如果大學選專業不當，很可能會導致缺乏學習熱情，直接帶來的是學習成績的不理想。在這時候，有些人會選擇

勉強接受，強迫自己學習，這樣的結果是極大的削弱自身的創造性。有些人心理承受能力不強的人會選擇自暴自棄，其結果是荒廢大學四年。還有一些人會毅然選擇轉專業。轉專業不僅需要承受巨大的心理壓力，還得花比別人多許多的時間和精力，需要付出一定的代價。同一行業中不同職業之間的轉換也是一樣的道理。有些人覺悟的更晚，他們選擇在讀完大學后不在與自己專業相關的行業就業，這需要更大的勇氣和實力。

我們辯證的看，并不是說不能轉專業，轉職業，更不是說轉了之后就肯定沒有別人好，多少成功人士的例子已經足以證明了。如果你付出足夠多的努力，還是有機會超過別人的。不過一開始找準方向，做事情會事半功倍，否則難免走彎路。所謂良好的開始是成功的一半。但是走過彎路的人自比那些沒有走過的人多一份獨特的收獲，因為那只是一半而已。

影響專業選擇的因素

個人興趣愛好。很多人不知道自己的興趣愛好是什么。

能力特長。不可否認，很多人都有各自的特長，但是特長與興趣愛好是否一致，那就另當別論了。若一致，那就皆大歡喜；若不一致，比如說，某學生鋼琴很厲害，但是這是她父母逼她學的，那她選擇專業的時候到底是考慮自己真正的興趣還是抱著原來的特長不放呢？

家庭環境。比如有些同學家人有做律師的傳統，那他會不會因為考慮家人的感受而考慮學法律呢？比如有些同學家境不寬裕，那她會不會因此而回避一些學費高昂的專業呢？

社會潮流。有些專業非常熱門，你會跟風嗎？專業雖然熱門，但是報名的人多了之后，你覺得你的競爭力足夠嗎？況且，現在的熱門，若干年后等你畢業了，可能就是冷門了。所以要有長遠的眼光。

高校情況與高考成績。高考成績的高低會有一個硬性的門檻，這個看得見、摸得著的硬性門檻就不用我多說了。我考慮的是在你能力進行選擇的范圍之內如何進行最優的選擇。高校綜合水平和某專業的優劣并無必然的聯系。一流學校的普通專業和二流學校的強勢專業，你會如何抉擇？

三、了解專業的途經。

老師、師兄師姐。老師有豐富的經驗，其意見有比較大的參考意義。師兄師姐有切身體會，但也有個人局限性。

家中長輩。家中長輩社會生活閱歷豐富，有一定參考價值，但恐有時代的隔閡。

網絡。可以選擇直接訪問高校主頁和相關網頁。這樣可以很方便地得到關于高校比較全方位的了解，比如學校概況，校史，和專業設置如此等等。

社會。一所學校聲譽的形成是要經過長期的積淀的，社會評價好的專業自有它的特別何處。

四、如何進行專業選擇？

進行專業選擇的因素，一切以個人情況為轉移。沒有放諸四海而皆準的具體方法。

主要矛盾：在哪一個因素最為重要，那就著重考慮哪一個因素，最后進行折中處理，這就像高中所學的最優化問題，不過這個問題卻是不能用方程式來求解的。一旦有選擇，就意味著有得有失。很多事情并不能兩全其美，這時候我們只能兩害取其輕了。什么都不肯放棄的人，最終什么也不會得到。

自己選擇：選擇權始終在你自己手中。人生是你自己的，不是別人的。正是這無數的選擇造就了我們各自獨特的人生。要做到“選擇前重重的思考，選擇后輕輕地放下。”不必拘泥于過去的錯誤。

五、專業選擇概況

知識領域分為若干個學科，每一個學科包含若干個門類，每個門類包含若干個專業。由此可見，專業數量是非常多的。俗話說，歧路亡羊。面對如此多 的專業分類，只有準確把握選擇的原則，才能選出最適合自己的專業。
