我讀了世界著名文學家狄更斯的中篇小說《圣誕頌歌》

這部小說是專門寫鬼的，非常可怕，非常恐怖（但是，文章的作者說，愿這個鬼，沒有人想要驅除它）小說中的主人公斯克虜騎經常被嚇得跪在地上哆嗦。

小說中的主人公斯克虜騎是個死不松手的吝嗇鬼，一個巧取豪奪，能搜善刮，貪得無厭的老黑心。他孤身一人，冷酷刻薄，他不許他的雇員在圣誕節休假，天氣再冷也不許雇員在爐火里加煤。他認為圣誕節是胡鬧。孩子們在圣誕節到他家獻唱圣誕歌曲，他拿起戒尺，動作極其迅猛的嚇跑了孩子。按照西方人的習慣，平安夜有慈善機構請求贊助，他一分沒給，還說了一大堆不中聽的話。

我想事先說明一下，主人公斯克虜騎所以是這樣的人，跟他從小生長在一個沒有愛的家庭有關系。他的父親不太仁慈，曾經把它趕出家門。他孤零零的，他沒有朋友，可憐巴巴，他好像被人遺忘。少年的斯克虜騎害怕世人，他怕遭受世人苛刻的指責。這可能對他性格的形成有直接的關系。
