首先,簡歷應該針對不同類型的單位,將自己的專業(yè)特長在簡歷中分別突出出來。有的用人單位可能更注重實踐經歷,那就應該把實踐突出出來,放在顯眼的位置。有的用人單位可能看重求職者專業(yè)基礎和學習成績以及其他的證書,這些就應該突出在簡歷里面。找準自己的職業(yè)定位,建議大家制作和投遞簡歷時,針對不同 類型的單位突出自身的優(yōu)勢。而看你是不是適合你前來應聘的單位和崗位,也是用人單位衡量人才的一個重要標準。
然后要注意的一點是簡歷包裝不要太花哨。簡歷要看起來簡潔大方,像那種精裝花哨的簡歷一看就是應屆生制作的。(有些不考慮應屆生的公司首先淘汰掉的就是這類簡歷)而且裝幀精美并不能說明什么,所以……你的簡歷不需要彩噴的封面。
接著要留意的就是基本信息一定要準確、真實。包括您的姓名、性別、出生年月、籍貫、戶口所在地、婚姻狀況、教育背景(包括學歷程度和所學專業(yè)及畢業(yè)學 校)、外語和電腦掌握的熟練程度等等,一定要詳細列出,給人以完整的印象;同時,也表明你工作態(tài)度認真、規(guī)范,懂得商業(yè)禮儀。個人照片如果在有條件的情況 下請盡可能的上傳在網上,讓未曾謀面的招聘負責人對你留下深刻的印象。
