第二篇：全運會志愿者工作總結

我是一名城市志愿者，我為我們山東省能夠承辦第十一屆全國人民運動會而驕傲，同時也為能成為志愿者的一員而深表榮幸。自山東省獲得承辦這次全運會之時起，全省人民便展開了積極備戰，從場館的選址設計創作到志愿者服務的選拔。我們盡職盡責盡心盡力。努力為十一屆全運會的舉辦創造最最有力的條件。而結果已經證實了我們所做出的所有努力。作為一名城市志愿者，我的任務有做體操和足球比賽的拉拉隊，引導觀眾進入和撤離全運會場館。體操比賽進行的比較早。第一次是的任務是為體操比賽預賽加油助威。那是在五月份。我和同是志愿者的校友一同乘專車到全運會場館，那是我第一次去那，進去之后居然找不著東西南北。比賽進行的很有序很順暢，這主要得益于各部門負責者的精心準備。比賽之中我不僅很有幸的一堵個體操名將的風采，還懂得了在觀看比賽之中作為一個觀眾應該具有的基本素質——有些比賽是需要安靜的進行的，有些是需要大家為健兒加油來把氣氛帶向高潮的。還有無論運動員表現的怎么樣，我們都要尊重他們，這既是一種美德，也是每個人應該遵守的原則。自此之后在為全運健兒加油助威之時就有了絕對經驗。在場館外圍做引導群眾入離場的時候我深切感受到了作為一個作為一個志愿者不僅僅要有吃苦耐勞的精神，還要有耐心，有毅力。要學會跟別人溝通。同時還要有團隊精神。幾天志愿工作下來，雖然有時候感到非常累，并且耽誤一段時間的學習，但感覺做這些是值得的。因為通過工作我深切的感受到一場大型比賽與一場普通比賽的區別，其區別并不是在陣容的大小，而是在于各項組織工作嚴密性，以及堅守在每個崗位上的工作人員的盡職盡責。我覺得自己還有很多不知道的地方，應該多找機會參加一些類似的志愿活動，它可以使我們獲得一個深入接觸社會實際、真實了解與認識中國國情的極好機會，這不僅豐富了我們的生活閱歷，還增強了我們的感性認識。強化了社會責任感，增強了協作精神、團隊精神和幫扶弱勢群體意識，使我們學會與人團結合作，依靠團隊力量去共同完成任務。最后，我想說：我參與了，我就承擔了一份責任，為此我也付出了幾多辛苦，但我快樂，因為志愿活動讓我收獲了人生一段美好、珍貴的記憶。

第四篇：第十二屆全運會志愿者紀實

第十二屆全運會志愿者紀實

能有幸成為一名第十二屆全運會志愿者，在感到榮幸的同時我也感到了壓力。

我的職責與大部分我校的教師志愿者類似，主要是組織好各自負責的學生志愿者。我的管理范圍是我校在媒體村的150名學生志愿者，就是配合在媒體村的志愿者管理人員，保證學生志愿者優質、高效的完成本職工作，讓他們在這里更好的為各路媒體記者們服務，同時一旦遇到特殊的狀況，我們教師志愿者就會配合全運村管理人員及時處理。在全運會期間，我們是管理者，是老師，是家長，也是一名普通的志愿者。

具體說來，我每日的工作流程基本不變：早上組織學生乘車從理工大學到全運村媒村工作，期間在媒體村內值班，以便及時處理突發事件；晚上再組織學生乘車回理工大學宿舍就寢，在晚間組織各班負責人查寢。

學生志愿們的工作還是比較重的，尤其是在全運村準備階段，搬運行李，清理衛生，禮儀接待，后勤保障等等，媒體村到處是學生們忙碌的身影。有時候學生們太累了，又不太懂得掌握工作節奏而導致身體生病或受傷，這時候我們就要與全運村管理者配合及時處理好。

記得有一次，一名學生因太過疲倦導致搬運行李時將腳扭傷，我知道后立刻趕到，了解到沒有外傷，就與管理人員商定立即送就近醫院檢查，因當時電梯故障，情急之下我就背起學生出發——不過萬幸的是后來電梯修好了，不然的話十幾層下來可能我就得和學生一起住院了——這一次處理及時，學生在家休養數日后電話打給我申請提前銷假回到工作崗位，可見孩子們還是非常珍惜這樣難得的機會的。

類似的故事有很多，我和學生們的感受一樣，就是雖然累點，但是非常高興，在做志愿者的這段日子里，有辛苦，有快樂，更重要的是有收獲。而這種收獲是換一個時間，或者換一個地點就無法獲得的。

第五篇：全運會志愿者工作總結

全運會志愿者工作總結 作為一名全運會志愿者我倍感光榮自豪，在這里有大家的笑聲，有大家一起走過的坎坷，還有大家都為之珍惜的一段“感情”。以下是我的志愿者工作總結： 經歷過測試賽的我們，對工作有了一定了的了解，不再那么迷茫，不再那么稚嫩。大家都對自己的職責崗位有了一定的認識，通過大家的共同努力，我們這次全運會志愿工作應該算是圓滿完成。具體到個人，我只能說下我自己，測試賽我的工作分工廣告牌制作安裝，正式比賽期間，反而對這一部分的工作沒有出一點力，首先我倍感慚愧，其次想說聲你們那個幾人真的不容易。正式比賽期間，我被臨時抽調到奧體做場外咨詢，所以在拳擊館中的工作被延遲甚至耽誤，在奧體中心那幾天，我被分到門口附近的一個帳篷做外場咨詢（導向），每天中午十二點半從學校趕往奧體，坐車一個小時，到那里后上崗，晚飯吃著很有嚼頭的米粒，站在風口，像豐碑。冷并且餓著，但是當我們看到開幕式的圓滿成功，想到那也有我們的努力，忽然覺得我也曾為其出了一份力，一切都是值得的。我們的責任我明白，我們應該盡得義務我也懂得，我沒有辱沒了志愿者的偉大形象，開幕式圓滿完成之后我們就回到拳擊館服務，然而這時所有的準備工作基本上都完成的差不多了。只有領水配送午晚餐的任務，這期間不管任何時間只要有部門處室需要用水，我們都要馬上為他們服務。
