(一)把愛的陽光灑向每一個角落

一年前，縣醫院，一家人為了爭奪一套房子，妯娌兩人惡語相加，大打出手，最后，一人被刀刺死，一人被送往監獄。

雖說是人心的貪欲毀掉了兩個人。但細想一下，造成如此慘劇的原因，是否她們的公公婆婆也難辭其咎。如果他們的心中有一桿秤，公正公平地處理家庭糾紛和家庭財產，我想，即使妯娌二人有矛盾，那么，解決問題的辦法也不止一個，更不至于損傷性命。

很多的事情都是因為心靈的天平傾斜了，傾斜到不能承受之重，再加上心胸的“狹窄”，于是就釀成了悲劇。

由此，我想到了班主任對學生的管理。有的老師做事認真，對班級嚴 盯死守。剛開始，他的班級秩序穩定而有序，班級成績也不錯。半個學期后，學生秩序開始越來越亂。我們周圍也有這樣的老師，正好，有一個親戚的孩子在這個班，與其談起他的班主任，他說：“我們班主任，對待學生不公平，學習好的學生犯了錯誤老師不管，班干部違反了紀律，他也不懲罰，很多同學心里不服氣，所以有一部分學生故意搗亂。”

是的，不僅是一個班級，整個社會都是如此。一個家庭的長輩，一個單位的領導，一個班級的班主任，如果心中有一桿秤，公正、公平，那么就能維持心靈的平衡。人與人之間就多出許多的坦誠和寬容。

公正公平方能打造和諧的班級。所以，我在學生自主管理的過程中，力求監督到位，形成一種浩然正氣。任何一個同學違反了班規，都必須為自己的行為負責，不管你是男生還是女生，不管你是班長，還是普通

通學生，我都會一視同仁。這樣，對于較難管理的同學，他親眼看著你公正嚴明，他意識到，老師和值日班長不是針對他的，班規，是需要每一個同學都必須遵守的。這樣，學生和老師就沒有敵對情緒，這樣，一種良好的氛圍，一種浩然正氣就悄悄形成了。

(三)你的人格魅力是一盞明燈

公正、公平、坦誠、正直、寬容大度、善良、愛心，你的一言一行、一舉一動，學生都看在眼里，記在心中，大到愛國、尊老愛幼，小到彎腰撿起一張紙，都是一種潛移默化、水滴石穿的力量。

我自認為我是一個很敬業的老師，我也很注重我在學生中的垂范作用。但我不贊成，為了工作也不回去看一眼將要離世的父母，我也不贊成，拿工作當借口不理會得了重病的家人。正因如此，在父親病重需要照顧的兩年間，我沒有耽誤一節課。我認真備課，盡量把課堂打造成孩子們的樂園，讓他們在快樂中學到知識，發展能力。我也沒有拋棄我的老父親，我們兄妹三人輪流照顧，論到我照顧時，我就盡量避開上班時間，利用飯前飯后，利用晚上時間，利用星期天節假日，我經常替父親把脈，喂他飯食，為他穿衣，給他買他所愿意吃的任何東西，滿足他提出的一切要求(凡能 做到的)，聽他給我們講他年輕時候的事情，推著輪椅陪他逛街。照顧父親就像照顧一個新生的嬰兒。后來，父親各器官衰竭，時日不多，在最后住院的7天內，我衣不解帶，整整在醫院陪伴了父親7個夜晚，白天，我依然上完了我該上的課程。三天后，父親永遠離我們而去，我心中的痛楚無法言表。可是我沒有留下遺憾，我是父親眼中的好女兒——我盡了孝心，我同時也是學生眼中的好老師——我們班的成績一直名列前茅!我相信，我的孩子，我的學生，除了感受到我的責任心外，還會從我身上領會到另外一種東西——那就是孝心!說到這里，我還要感謝感一個人，那就是耿校長，在父親病重期間，耿校長是我的年級主任，他給了我最大的支持，在父親去世后的日子，每當我想起父親，沒有讓我留下一點遺憾。
