【摘 要】隨著“一帶一路”倡議的提出,社會(huì)對(duì)雙語(yǔ)人才的需求不斷增加。第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的設(shè)置十分必要,但目前第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)效果遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有達(dá)到社會(huì)需求。文章分析了選擇第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn),闡述了第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀以及教學(xué)改革方面的一系列思考。

隨著“一帶一路”倡議的提出,外語(yǔ)教育面臨新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。一方面催生新的外語(yǔ)服務(wù)市場(chǎng),對(duì)外語(yǔ)人才數(shù)量的需求激增;另一方面對(duì)外語(yǔ)課程改革以及人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)調(diào)整提出了新的要求。培養(yǎng)“復(fù)合型”“雙語(yǔ)型”人才,是高校外語(yǔ)教育應(yīng)對(duì)改革的重要舉措。這就要求英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生除了精通英語(yǔ)之外,還需要掌握第二外語(yǔ)。近年來(lái),中韓經(jīng)貿(mào)合作密切,很多英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生選擇將韓語(yǔ)作為自己的第二外語(yǔ),借此幫助自己增加就業(yè)砝碼,提高就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,目前的第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)效果遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有達(dá)到社會(huì)需求。下面筆者將就選擇第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)以及教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)教學(xué)改革提出幾點(diǎn)合理化建議。
一、英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)
(一)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)不同
英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生選擇第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的動(dòng)機(jī)大致分為以下幾類:興趣型、修滿學(xué)分型、考研型、出國(guó)深造型等。學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)不同,決定了學(xué)生對(duì)第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的教學(xué)內(nèi)容強(qiáng)度、難度的要求不同。興趣型的學(xué)生希望課堂上多涉及“韓流”;修滿學(xué)分型的學(xué)生多希望課堂內(nèi)容輕松簡(jiǎn)單;考研型的學(xué)生多注重筆試內(nèi)容;出國(guó)深造型的學(xué)生希望側(cè)重口語(yǔ)表達(dá)。所謂眾口難調(diào),學(xué)生多根據(jù)自己的偏好參與二外課堂,配合度不高。
(二)語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)薄弱
英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生的韓語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)幾乎為零,很多學(xué)生雖然通過(guò)韓劇等提前接觸過(guò)韓語(yǔ),但都沒(méi)有進(jìn)行過(guò)系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)音和對(duì)韓語(yǔ)的理解上存在偏差。因此,韓語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)需從最基礎(chǔ)的語(yǔ)音開(kāi)始。在語(yǔ)音學(xué)習(xí)階段,學(xué)生容易混淆雙收音;詞匯、語(yǔ)法學(xué)習(xí)階段,學(xué)生一般出現(xiàn)理解、記憶慢、遺忘快等問(wèn)題。韓語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的種種問(wèn)題,極易讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生抗拒、厭煩心理,不利于后續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的展開(kāi)。
(三)投入的韓語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間較少
學(xué)生一般將主要精力放在專業(yè)課英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)上,而對(duì)第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程投入的時(shí)間較少。任何一門(mén)語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習(xí)都沒(méi)有捷徑,都需要不斷重復(fù)、積累、總結(jié)。但很多學(xué)生僅僅依靠每周的第二外語(yǔ)課上時(shí)間來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)韓語(yǔ),課上不吸收,課后不消化,學(xué)習(xí)效果可想而知。
二、第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀
(一)課時(shí)量少,與教學(xué)內(nèi)容量不符
第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的韓語(yǔ)綜合能力。培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的綜合性無(wú)疑要求教學(xué)內(nèi)容的豐富性、全面性、多樣性。然而第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的周課時(shí)量一般為2-4課時(shí),課時(shí)量少,和教學(xué)內(nèi)容量不符。教師為了完成課本上的教學(xué)任務(wù)量,不得不在課堂上大量“灌輸”知識(shí),但結(jié)果往往是實(shí)現(xiàn)了“量”,卻忽略了“質(zhì)”,教學(xué)內(nèi)容的豐富性、全面性、多樣性更無(wú)從談起。
(二)教學(xué)方法傳統(tǒng),學(xué)生參與度低
第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程一般為大班授課,學(xué)生數(shù)在60~70人之間。由于學(xué)生數(shù)量較多,很多互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)不易操作,教師往往選擇最傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法――講授法,即由教師講授單詞、語(yǔ)法、課文、練習(xí),學(xué)生處于被動(dòng)的聽(tīng)眾地位,課堂參與度較低,語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力也得不到較好的訓(xùn)練。
(三)筆試教育為主,評(píng)價(jià)方式單一
第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的學(xué)生成績(jī)一般由平時(shí)成績(jī)和期末成績(jī)兩項(xiàng)組成,平時(shí)成績(jī)多考慮學(xué)生出勤率,占30%;期末成績(jī)占70%。也就是說(shuō),教師主要通過(guò)期末筆試成績(jī)來(lái)完成對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制無(wú)疑具有單一性、絕對(duì)性的弊端。學(xué)生為了順利通過(guò)筆試,往往把學(xué)習(xí)精力都放在筆頭功夫上,忽視了韓語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)、綜合能力的培養(yǎng),不免出現(xiàn)“啞巴韓語(yǔ)”“高分低能”的現(xiàn)象。
三、第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)改革的建議
筆者根據(jù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn),認(rèn)真思考第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀暴露出來(lái)的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合課堂實(shí)踐,對(duì)教學(xué)改革提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議。
(一)轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生觀念,加強(qiáng)對(duì)韓語(yǔ)的重視
通過(guò)分析第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課堂上的英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)不難看出,學(xué)生在二外學(xué)習(xí)的重視、參與、努力程度方面存在問(wèn)題。高效的韓語(yǔ)課堂,需要教師和學(xué)生的共同合作。因此,必須首先轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生的觀念,讓他們認(rèn)識(shí)到韓語(yǔ)課不僅僅是一門(mén)二外課。掌握第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ)),可以幫助他們?cè)黾泳蜆I(yè)砝碼,更好地滿足社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求;在考研、出國(guó)深造等方面也可以增強(qiáng)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
(二)提高教師專業(yè)水平,形成獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格
第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課程的任課教師也應(yīng)端正教學(xué)態(tài)度,用心上好二外課。要不斷提高自身專業(yè)水平,拓寬知識(shí)面,不拘泥于大綱和教材,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),多為自己充電;形成獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格,用自身魅力感染學(xué)生,帶動(dòng)學(xué)生積極參與二外課堂;加強(qiáng)自我反思,思考、探索和解決二外課堂中存在的問(wèn)題,不斷完善二外課堂,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)效果最優(yōu)化。
(三)合理設(shè)置課時(shí)量和教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高學(xué)生綜合能力
語(yǔ)言具有工具性和人文性的特征,這就要求教師在第二外語(yǔ)(韓語(yǔ))課堂上除了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯能力和跨文化交際能力外,還要讓學(xué)生了解韓國(guó)的社會(huì)歷史與文化,增進(jìn)學(xué)生對(duì)不同文化的理解。因此,除了教授課本詞匯、語(yǔ)法等知識(shí)外,教師還要盡可能地充實(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,例如由單詞引申韓國(guó)飲食、酒文化,由語(yǔ)法、句子分析韓國(guó)人思維等;同時(shí)加強(qiáng)聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練,切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的韓語(yǔ)綜合運(yùn)用能力。但第二外語(yǔ)無(wú)法達(dá)到專業(yè)課的課時(shí)量,在條件允許的情況下,應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加課時(shí)量,教師根據(jù)現(xiàn)有課時(shí)量合理安排教學(xué)內(nèi)容,實(shí)現(xiàn)效果最優(yōu)化。
(四)創(chuàng)新教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和方法,提高學(xué)生參與度
改變傳統(tǒng)單一的講授法,采用對(duì)比法、交際法、情景模擬法、游戲法等教學(xué)方法,注重對(duì)學(xué)生的引導(dǎo)、啟發(fā),提高學(xué)生參與度。如韓語(yǔ)中有大量的漢字詞、英語(yǔ)外來(lái)詞,先讓學(xué)生猜測(cè)這些詞的意思,并引導(dǎo)他們對(duì)比中韓、英?n詞匯發(fā)音、意義的不同;在學(xué)習(xí)韓語(yǔ)數(shù)詞時(shí),可用游戲法,盡可能給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造輕松愉悅的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;在語(yǔ)法講解過(guò)程中,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造韓語(yǔ)語(yǔ)境,讓學(xué)生切實(shí)感受到語(yǔ)法的用法;在學(xué)習(xí)課文時(shí),要求學(xué)生自編對(duì)話,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生用韓語(yǔ)展開(kāi)交流。
(五)活用現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生興趣
充分利用多媒體教學(xué)手段,在教學(xué)中適當(dāng)加入視頻、音頻、圖片等。如講解韓國(guó)的婚禮文化時(shí),可先向?qū)W生展示韓國(guó)婚禮視頻,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性;講解韓國(guó)飲食時(shí),可先通過(guò)熱播韓劇《來(lái)自星星的你》的“炸雞啤酒”片段引出主題,再通過(guò)誘人的美食圖片激發(fā)學(xué)生的詞匯學(xué)習(xí)興趣;簡(jiǎn)單常用的韓語(yǔ)句型,可以引入音頻、短片,讓學(xué)生模仿發(fā)音,強(qiáng)化記憶。
(六)完善評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)試方式多樣化
要想提高學(xué)生的韓語(yǔ)綜合能力,對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)就不能僅限于期末筆試,測(cè)試考查也不能僅限于寫(xiě)。要將聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、譯的訓(xùn)練和測(cè)試貫穿于課堂教學(xué)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。如語(yǔ)音階段嚴(yán)格把關(guān),可通過(guò)讀句子、讀文段、說(shuō)簡(jiǎn)單用語(yǔ)等方式對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行考查;學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)話、課文之前,先讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)音頻,并將聽(tīng)到的內(nèi)容用韓語(yǔ)表達(dá)出來(lái),再根據(jù)音頻進(jìn)行聽(tīng)寫(xiě)訓(xùn)練。將這些訓(xùn)練都記入對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)、測(cè)試內(nèi)容,細(xì)化評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的韓語(yǔ)綜合應(yīng)用能力。
四、結(jié)語(yǔ)
