一、比賽主題

二、參賽對象

參賽選手為全校3—6年級的學(xué)生，每班選派2名選手參加。

五活動形式和流程

本次演講比賽分為預(yù)賽、決賽兩個階段

（1）預(yù)賽：自由命題演講

1)選手自主命題，或講故事或發(fā)表評論，內(nèi)容不限，主題應(yīng)積極健康，能展示當(dāng)代大學(xué)生風(fēng)采，反映出學(xué)習(xí)生活思想觀念等真實狀態(tài)。

2)演講長度限為三分鐘，超出或不足者均應(yīng)在總

分的基礎(chǔ)上給予適當(dāng)扣除

3)演講評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

語速，語調(diào)，流利程度：滿分10分

發(fā)音：滿分10分

語法和邏輯：滿分10分

（2）決賽

1)由命題演講部分與預(yù)賽相同

2)即興演講：演講題目于比賽開始前半個小時抽簽決定

3）演講過程中穿插與演講有關(guān)的節(jié)目

為了豐富學(xué)校文化內(nèi)容和廣大同學(xué)的課余生活，加強英語的學(xué)習(xí)和交流，提高同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，給廣大學(xué)生提供一個展現(xiàn)自我，提升自我的機(jī)會和舞臺，電子信息與自動化系鄧研會決定與陽關(guān)英語協(xié)會共同舉行此次英語演講比賽。

〈4〉加深對英語口語的重要性的認(rèn)識。

〈5〉通過舉辦活動，為廣大英語愛好者提供一個互相交流和學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會。

【2】參賽人數(shù)：每班至少一人。

【3】選手自選題目。要求演講內(nèi)容積極、健康、向上。

【4】舉止大方，表現(xiàn)自然，與觀眾有目光交流。有適當(dāng)?shù)闹w語言，有才藝展示。

【6】自備服裝和道具（如有需要）。

四、演講比賽

1、比賽規(guī)則

【1】、比賽以公平公正為原則，以豐富和活躍校園生活、促進(jìn)交流與溝通為宗旨。

【2】、大賽分為自我介紹，演講比賽。依據(jù)評委打分計算出成績，最后頒發(fā)一等獎、二等獎、三等獎和優(yōu)秀獎。

3、比賽具體過程

第一個環(huán)節(jié)：選手簡要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘，由評委打分（20分）。

第二個環(huán)節(jié)：演講總分80分。選手依次上臺演講，大約每人五分鐘。

第三個環(huán)節(jié)：演講結(jié)束后，由評委作總評。并依據(jù)比賽成績宣布各參賽選手成績。

五、具體評分細(xì)則：（滿分100分）

1、儀表形象：（10分）

1）著裝整齊，大方得體。（5分）

2）姿態(tài)自然，動作適度。（5分）

2、演講內(nèi)容：（30分）

3）主題鮮明，符合主題內(nèi)容。（10分）

4）內(nèi)容充實，事例動人，貼近生活，富有鮮明的時代感。（10分）

5）行文流暢，用詞精練，詳略得當(dāng)。（10分）

3、語言藝術(shù)：（60分）

6）發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，流利。（20分）

7）節(jié)奏處理得當(dāng)，技巧運用自如。（20分）

8）表現(xiàn)力、應(yīng)變能力強，能活躍氣氛，引起高潮。(20分）

4、評分規(guī)則：

評委明確給出每部分評分（評分為整數(shù)），由工作人員進(jìn)行最后加總，去掉最高分與最低分，取平均分為選手比賽成績，按成績排名分別獲一、二、三、優(yōu)秀獎。

六、獎項設(shè)立：獎品

一等獎1名本預(yù)計金額20

二等獎1名本預(yù)計金額15

三等獎1名本預(yù)計金額10

優(yōu)秀獎2名本預(yù)計金額10共計55元

七、頒獎：

比賽結(jié)束后，有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)上臺按由低到高的順序頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品

八、注意事項

1、觀眾到指定區(qū)域就坐，并注意現(xiàn)場紀(jì)律。

2、評分要嚴(yán)格按照評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行

3、演講為脫稿演講。

電子信息與自動化系鄧研會學(xué)習(xí)部

一、活動背景

隨著時代的發(fā)展，社會各個職位對于英語技能的要求越來越高，并且現(xiàn)在對于英語的要求已經(jīng)不再只是針對書面英語，現(xiàn)在英語更多的要求是在口語方面，因此當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的目光放在英語的`聽、說上。其中，英語口語更顯得尤為重要，并且我國早已將英語列為大學(xué)生們的必修課程之一。但是，許多人現(xiàn)今大學(xué)生的英語素質(zhì)的評價并不高，聽、說、讀、寫、考能力中只具備“考”字。他們認(rèn)為許多大學(xué)生雖然考試能取得高分，卻聽不懂，說不清，讀不暢，寫不出原汁原味的英語。究其原因，大學(xué)生們沒有一個很好的學(xué)習(xí)英語的環(huán)境，更沒有自信去大聲的說英語……可見，英語的綜合運用能力在當(dāng)今生活和學(xué)習(xí)中顯得越來越重要了。因此，本次舉辦的第七屆邢臺學(xué)院英語演講比賽，能很好的提高大學(xué)生們的英語口語水平，提供一個可以展現(xiàn)自我，激勵他人的舞臺，并且加強在校大學(xué)生的競爭意識。同時可以與外界的一些英語愛好者共同交談，提高自己的英語素質(zhì)。

二、活動內(nèi)容

時間:

初賽：3月27日晚上7點

復(fù)賽：4月02日晚上7點

決賽：4月07日晚上7點

地點：公共樓118

主題：Facingdifficulty,giveupornot（題目選手自擬)

參賽對象：邢臺學(xué)院大一學(xué)生

評委團(tuán)：外語系老師，講師

邀請嘉賓：各社社長

主持人：待定

三、活動目的本次舉辦的邢臺學(xué)院第七屆英語演講比賽，旨在提高大學(xué)生們的英語口語水平，提供一個可以展現(xiàn)自我，激勵他人的舞臺，并且加強在校大學(xué)生的競爭意識。用以加強在社會上的工作能力。

四、活動流程

報名時間：3月14號~3月21號。

報名地點：新操場北側(cè)（公共教學(xué)樓東側(cè)，擺桌，各部輪流值班）。

比賽前

⒈宣傳活動負(fù)責(zé)人：張宇函，陳平（宣傳部和文藝部合作負(fù)責(zé)比賽前期的宣傳工作，組織本部成員張貼海報，制作展板等。）

⒉嘉賓邀請負(fù)責(zé)人：胡媛媛，高偉（負(fù)責(zé)邀請，接待，迎送嘉賓）

⒊外聯(lián)負(fù)責(zé)人:胡媛媛，馬歡歡（負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系本次活動的贊助）

4、比分計算組負(fù)責(zé)人：任凱鑫，池廣超（組織本部成員負(fù)責(zé)比賽現(xiàn)場的統(tǒng)分工作，比賽前選手抽簽以及號碼牌的制作）

5、資料信息組負(fù)責(zé)人:盧森，胡存芳（即興演講話題的搜集，收集選手命題演講稿件）

6．文藝組負(fù)責(zé)人：盧森，高偉（負(fù)責(zé)禮儀方面，主持人選拔以及節(jié)目的排選）

7．網(wǎng)絡(luò)組負(fù)責(zé)人：楊娟（活動噴繪，橫幅設(shè)計，現(xiàn)場信息的收集，活動資料的上傳）

8．會場秩序負(fù)責(zé)：陳紅濤，趙春霞（現(xiàn)場秩序的維持和處理突發(fā)事件）

9．會場布置負(fù)責(zé)人：盧森，任凱鑫，段春紅，池廣超（負(fù)責(zé)比賽前后會場的清掃，以及會場的布置）

10、內(nèi)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人：盧森，任凱鑫（負(fù)責(zé)場地借用，所有音響設(shè)備的的借用）

11、活動總結(jié)整理負(fù)責(zé)人：胡存芳，王慧敏（負(fù)責(zé)寫出活動總結(jié)，以及活動資料的整理）

比賽中

由主持人致開幕詞，介紹嘉賓和評委，宣布開始。

選手現(xiàn)場抽簽，決定上場順序，不得私自調(diào)換。

初賽、復(fù)賽：初賽中選手只參加命題演講的比賽，時間為5分鐘，從初賽選手中根據(jù)分?jǐn)?shù)選出前50名進(jìn)入復(fù)賽。復(fù)賽環(huán)節(jié)中除初賽中的命題演講外，還增設(shè)即興演講環(huán)節(jié)（題目有選手抽簽獲得）從復(fù)賽的選手中選出前20名進(jìn)入決賽。

決賽：1、所有工作人員在6：30之前必須趕到比賽現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行各部門的準(zhǔn)備工作，由紀(jì)檢部負(fù)責(zé)工作人員的簽到。

2、主持人致開幕詞并且介紹到場的評委、嘉賓、參賽選手。

3、主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則評分細(xì)則。

4、選手根據(jù)比賽前的抽簽順序進(jìn)行比賽。

5、在前五號選手參加完比賽之后，主持人第一次報分。

6、在前十號選手參加完比賽之后，中間邀請評委講話，調(diào)節(jié)比賽氣氛。中間插一段英文話劇。

7、待所有的選手比賽完后，邀請嘉賓上臺發(fā)言，工作人員進(jìn)行統(tǒng)分。

8、嘉賓發(fā)言完后，主持人上臺宣布比賽結(jié)果（依次由優(yōu)勝獎到一等獎）

9、嘉賓上臺頒獎。

10、主持人宣布比賽結(jié)束，全體工作人員、嘉賓、評委、選手合影留念。

比賽后

由內(nèi)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人負(fù)責(zé)整理教室，器材，打掃會場。

五、比賽獎項及獎品

一等獎：一名（MP5一個）

二等獎：兩名（MP3一個）

三等獎：三名（英語名著一套）

優(yōu)秀獎：四名（紀(jì)念獎一個）

注：以上獎項皆有院級證書。

六、經(jīng)費預(yù)算

噴繪：2幅100元橫幅：2條80元海報：40張40元

水費：40瓶40元獎品費：700元（MP5、MP3等，不包括贊助的獎品）

會場布置物品費用：100元招待費用：100元其他費用：100元

總計：1260元

七、后期工作

⒈所有記錄，材料，總結(jié)在三天內(nèi)整理完畢，交給社長。

⒉把圖片、文字等資料及時上傳到網(wǎng)站上面。

⒊各個部門召開例會，總結(jié)活動并提出工作展望。

⒋定出下期活動的工作計劃。

八、備注

具體宣傳工作：

1、海報宣傳:在各宣傳欄張貼大量海報。

2、展板宣傳:在顯眼處展出展板，并有桌椅擺出來報名用以記錄。

3、噴繪（或橫幅）宣傳:在宿舍區(qū)前顯眼處掛出噴繪（或橫幅）。

4、在我協(xié)會網(wǎng)上及時發(fā)布比賽通知以及相關(guān)的比賽細(xì)則，鼓勵同學(xué)積極參與。

5、利用校廣播電臺進(jìn)行反復(fù)宣傳。

可行性分析：

1、說好英語是每一個英語學(xué)習(xí)者的共同目標(biāo)和追求，舉行演講比賽在形式上能吸引到很多的英語愛好者。

2、此次活動，可以很好的傳播校園文化，創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。

3、絕大多數(shù)的在校同學(xué)都缺乏說英語的勇氣和決心，而對于以后有著出國留學(xué)夢想的同學(xué)英語口語顯得更加重要。

4、英語演講比賽已經(jīng)成功舉辦了六屆，舉辦本次第七屆比賽在前六屆堅實的基礎(chǔ)上相信會取得更大的突破。

1、CBN校園廣播網(wǎng)，貢院電視臺的各大新聞板塊將對賽事進(jìn)行強勢宣傳和報道，在宣傳與報道中，全部以“XX杯”四川師范大學(xué)電影電視學(xué)院“XXXXX”的名稱出現(xiàn)，在直播的過程中，主持人將多次對全程贊助單位與口頭鳴謝；

2、貢院電視臺將對整臺晚會進(jìn)行同步直播，直播同時將在大屏幕的下方顯示出商家Logo；并通過信號傳輸?shù)綄W(xué)院的LCD超大示屏上進(jìn)行同步直播。

3、晚會前期宣傳報道中，新聞報道，活動公告等均體現(xiàn)商家Logo及宣傳標(biāo)語。

三、現(xiàn)場廣告效益

1、晚會現(xiàn)場工作人員可以統(tǒng)一穿印有商家Logo名稱的文化衫，佩戴印有商家Logo名稱的宣傳帽以及宣傳徽章，為商家進(jìn)行宣傳；

2、在晚會過程中，在舞臺背景的顯著位置及大屏幕上都將出現(xiàn)商家名稱；

3、貴公司可指定專人全程跟蹤，晚會期間安排貴公司嘉賓現(xiàn)場宣讀幸運觀眾，提升貴公司的形象。

另外，貴公司亦可以公司的名義推薦一個節(jié)目（歌舞、語言類），與我們同臺演繹，進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)貴公司與客戶之間的零距離接觸，提升貴公司的信譽。

備注：由于這次時間的原因背景海報已經(jīng)做好了我們將不采取冠名合作我們誠摯的要求貴公司參與下學(xué)期我們學(xué)院英語配音比賽的冠名合作這次采用贊助或在校擺點的合作方式贊助3000元學(xué)校展覽1500元一天考慮和新東方第一次合作我們采取了優(yōu)惠活動2天（包括2天）以上每天為1000元一天優(yōu)惠500元一天（如2天就只需花2500元）由于時間急迫麻煩您盡快給我們答復(fù)謝謝

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen，The other day I had a call with a friend who went to study in the US.She told me excitedly, “Everything here is tagged Made in China.But I sensed some disappointment in her voice.I haven’t found any Chinese brand so far.It seems that China only produces other people’s stuff.Her words were thought provoking.China, as the world’s factory, performs only the manufacturing segment for foreign brands.“Made in China” has even become a symbol of cheap products.It’s been said that China has to export 800 million shirts to get an airplane.What we are missing is sustainable competence that comes from trademarks, patents and designs.China can only gain a cutting edge in the global arena, of our enterprises move up the value chain and create products of their own.This transformation will be no less like a marathon.Luckily, some Chinese enterprises are already in business or the long run.They point the way for other enterprises with three strategies: brand identity, innovation of technology and modern management systems.The first strategy was to establish brand identity, which is a company’s personality.The Lenovo Group, the third largest PC maker in the world, was originally known as the Legend Group.When it entered the global market, it found the name Legend was too ordinary and frequently used.The company knew how important it was to establish a brand that would make it stand out.Thus it changed its name into Lenovo, taking what means new in Latin-novo.Now this unique brand is widely recognized around the globe.What follows is the innovation of technology.It can free Chinese enterprises from their dependency on foreign technology and increase added value of their products.Haier, the third largest, largest household appliances maker in the world owes its success to constant innovation.Over the last 16 years, Haier has invested over 7 billion RMB in technological development.Up till now, Haier still meets its goal by creation over one new product a day, maintaining its upper-hand in the global competition.The fundamental strategy is to establish mechanisms that ensure a smooth transition.Nowadays, modern management system have produced overwhelming advantage.They can ensure efficient division of labor and vitality in the business cycle.The New Hope Group, an originally family-owned business, found itself trapped by the limitation and inefficiency of being run by family members together.After the enterprise turned itself into a limited liability company that distributed shares efficiently, its business started to flourish and became the national leading enterprise for agriculture.China’s growth will not stop merely at manufacturing.With brand identity, innovation of technology and modern management systems, Chinese enterprises will stand strong in the global competition.I believe that one day, my friend in the US together with all the Chinese people around the world, will proudly find abundant products tagged “Created in China” in the global
