自我介紹要點

一、首先禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，向所有的面試官示意，面試官注意別的東西，可稍等一下，等面試官注意力集中在你這個“焦點”的時候再開始。

二、把握好時間，如果規(guī)定了自我介紹時間，注意把握好時間的長短，不要太長，更不要過于簡短，所以一般在家可以先準備好兩分自我介紹，可以準備個1分鐘自我介紹，3分鐘自我介紹。

三、自我介紹的內容：如姓名、工作經歷、時間等履歷應該一下帶過，因為你的簡歷上已經有了足夠多的介紹，這個時候你就把時間重點放在簡歷上所沒有的東西，即你對這個職位的優(yōu)勢，工作經驗和工作所取得的成績，用以證明你能夠很好的任職這個職位。

四、作自我簡介過程中，注意力一定要集中，這也是最起碼的禮貌，如果你四處張望，漫不經心，如果你是面試官，你會要這樣的人嘛？姿勢可以保持一個姿勢，畢竟很短暫的時間。

五、自我介紹結束后：結束后一定要謝謝面試官，耐心的聽你的介紹，一段短短的自我介紹，就是為了下次更深入的了解而做的準備而已。如何做好自我介紹，應注意如下問題：

“蹩腳”的自我介紹，會在主考官面前大打折扣。

急于表現(xiàn)自己，在不適當?shù)臅r候打斷考官的談話；

夸大表現(xiàn)自己，長篇大論，夸夸其談，說得太多；

不敢表現(xiàn)自己，遮遮掩掩，唯唯諾諾，生怕考官摸了自己的底細，而小看自己；

不能表現(xiàn)自己，吞吞吐吐，含糊不清，不能給別人一種清晰的要領和印象，甚至別人連名字都聽不清楚；

其實，有時候，自我介紹比證件，名片之類的東西更重要，它可以“先聲奪人”，很快給主考官留下良好的印象。

成功的自我介紹，不僅依靠聲調、態(tài)度、言行舉止的魅力，而且還要考慮適當?shù)臅r間和地點以及當時的氛圍。比如：

把握好時機。所謂好時機，一方面不破壞或打斷考官的興趣，另一方面又能夠很快抓住對方的注意力。在需要等待的時候，一定要等待，而且努力使自己當好考官談話的聽眾。

一定要自信。如果你先前了解考官和與其相關的人，話題涉及他們時，盡可能以自然流暢的語調來贊美對方，讓人感覺你是從心里發(fā)出的，而不是過分奉承和吹捧。

盡量表示友善、誠實和坦率。這不僅要從你的話語中自然流露出來，更應該從態(tài)度和眼神中體現(xiàn)出來。

清晰地報出自己的名字。你盡可能用詼諧的方式加深考官對自己的印象乃至好感。例子：
