爸爸媽媽，現在每天幾乎都在下雨，你們都要記得撐傘，不要淋到頭發身體，以免感冒。還有，山豬肉雖然很好吃也很難才買到，但是它還是豬肉，還是會有很多的肥肉，那些肥肉里面就是脂肪，會有很多油的，對于你們的身體是不利的，一天可以嘗一兩塊，但不能天天嘗。現在在學校最擔心的`就是你們的飲食問題了，因為飲食直接與身體健康有關，在家里的時候，其實很想跟爸爸說的，但是又不想老是反對爸爸，可是身體健康更重要，所以爸爸媽媽一定要吃得少油點，吃得清淡點，吃出健康！還有，爸爸媽媽，早上一定要吃早餐，現在爸爸周一到周五每天都要上班，所以家里能不煮早餐就不煮早餐了吧，畢竟早上時間也比較急，所以爸爸媽媽到攤旁邊的賣早餐的阿姨旁邊喝碗粥就好，媽媽一碗粥不夠，那就喝兩碗粥，加個包子之類的，總之，一定要吃早餐，吃飽吃好，可能阿姨的粥里是放了些雞精之類的，但是開完攤再趕回去煮早餐對爸爸來說時間太趕了，還不如在阿姨那里吃呢，反正也就是幾塊錢的關系。爸爸媽媽，什么都可以省，但是早餐絕對不能省！多花幾塊錢，是對你們身體健康的保證，畢竟早餐真的是很重要的，一定要吃，而且要吃飽來。

爸爸媽媽，對于一日三餐的健康說法是“早餐要吃好，中餐要吃飽，晚餐要吃少”，所以希望你們晚上不能吃得太飽，吃得七八分飽就好，才有利于晚上的消化。可能爸爸媽媽都是從那種饑餓的年代過來的，所以可能特別怕吃不飽，但是為了身體著想，晚上不能吃得太飽。

我現在在學校，每天吃飯的時候，就會想起你們，不知道你們現在吃了沒，吃得符不符合健康。
