第五篇：美國工作簽證

工作簽證

H、L、O、P類簽證頒發給赴美短期工作的申請人。這幾類簽證都要求準備雇傭申請人的美國公司或其它機構首先在美國公民及移民事務署(USCIS)遞交雇傭外國員工的申請書。如果申請被批準，雇傭公司將獲發I-797 表，之后申請人即可申請簽證。請點擊這里查看遞交申請的具體程序。

上述簽證類別的具體解釋:

H 簽 證：H 簽證簽發給赴美短期工作的申請人。大多數短期工作簽證的有效期為一年, 入境次數為多次。短期工作簽證申請得到批準后,中國籍申請人無需支付簽證簽發費。但根據申請人的國籍，某些其它國家的申請人可能被要求支付一筆簽證簽發費。

L簽證：L簽證簽發給被其中國公司調派到美國分公司或合資公司工作的人員。申請人必須將在美國擔任經理級職務或具有專業知識，且在申請簽證前的三年中至少為同一雇主或公司連續工作至少一年。大多數L簽證的有效期為一年內或兩年內可多次入境，其有效期長短視申請人工作許可批準書上規定的工作期限而定。如果簽證申請得到批準，每位中國籍的L簽證申請人必須在簽證面談時支付120美元的簽證簽發費。如某位L1簽證申請人偕兩名家屬赴美，其家屬申請L2簽證，那么他們三人必須支付共360美元的簽證簽發費。憑“跨國公司集體工作許可證”前來申請 “Blanket L-1”簽證的申請人還必須在面談時交納500美元的“打假偵察費”。“Blanket L-1”申請人不需要額外交納120美元的簽證簽發費，但他們的家庭成員需要交納此項費用。以上述家庭為例，如果主要申請人申請“Blanket L-1”簽證，那么他們三人應該交納的費用總額為740美元（此費用不是簽證申請費，而是除去簽證申請費之外需要另外支付的費用）。O或P類簽證： 這兩種簽證簽發給赴美進行表演、教學或參加文化交流活動的有特殊技能的演藝人員或某些行業專業人士。申請人在中國的單位和美國的接待方須與美國公民及移民事務署聯系，得知如何為申請人遞交上述兩類工作申請。欲知更多有關文藝工作者簽證及其工作許可的信息，請點擊這里或訪問美國公民及移民事務署有關短期工作許可的網頁。

所有工作簽證申請人都應該提前做好準備, 以便能夠在面談時出示下列材料和其它任何與簽證申請有關的支持材料：

商 務 和 旅 游 簽 證

(B－1，B－2)

大多數非移民簽證申請人是去美國進行短期商務和觀光活動的。B-1簽證簽發給短期商務和短期自費培訓者；B-2簽證簽發給短期觀光游客；還有一種綜合的B1/B2簽證。如果您是赴美進行短期商務/培訓或觀光的，您必須：

“B-1” 簽證: B-1簽證適用于短期商務旅行。這包括合同談判，參加展覽和會議，短期培訓，以及和供應商與客戶的洽談。90天以下的短期培訓也可使用B-1簽證。（關于長期培訓簽證的情況，請點擊這里。）B-1簽證不適用于在美國工作。
