應該說，偶滴sp也改了很多遍。。一開始滴時候有將近兩頁捏。。而且還弄了outline，寫滴相當詳細。。后來經過不少人指點~~尤其一個在多college念碩士文憑滴哥哥給了最大滴幫助~~~他就是自己diy~~而且只是個college~人家20多天就來體檢表了。。唉~~~其實偶米寄掉體檢表滴話，也差不多挺快滴。。

一些小建議

1，出去念書，以及去這個學校念書，要說出你自己滴意愿！你自己滴原因。千萬別說你父母希望你出去。你父母感覺怎么樣。。而且我覺滴，說自己從小夢想出國也挺牽強。。2，sp一定要拒絕模板~~~每個人滴情況各有不同！而且你需要sp去體現你自己滴想法~~ 堅決不要雷同！雷同卷萬一碰上了那就是咔嚓了~~ 3，sp不是要求你寫作文~~華麗滴句子，優美滴詞藻~~這些都不是必須滴。花里胡哨滴。。

你只要說得明白，講得清楚，說得讓人信服~~那就是王道！！4，sp最好是一頁紙，不要多了，但也不能少，400詞左右。。偶寫滴就有點多，，雖

注意事項：

詳讀學校的寫作說明并了解問題的重點，不贅言，不遺漏，且在要求的字數內完成。例如學校要求五百字內完成(in 500 words or less discuss...)，則全文最好不要超過五百字。如果學校要求以問答方式來 敘述(responsesto essay questions.....，please limit you r response to one page.)，即依其要求回答不長過一頁。寫作時應清楚明確。例如： i am interested in english literature 這句話表達不夠清楚，而i was conce －ntrated on milton and shakespeare in colleg e 就明白的說出了申請人的志趣及專研的范圍。

章而愿受教於他，或某位教授正在從事一項重要研究，與自己欲攻讀的研究領域相同等。表達對所申請之系的課程、教師和特性有些了 解，依學校之不同而提及某位任教於該校的教授、新課程或該校的某個學位有興趣。

不要用語意模糊的句子，如 your esteemed school---應代以學校的名字。i will return to serve my country---應明確的說出所

要從事的到底是什麼工作等。

避免用深奧的字匯，盡量以簡單容易的字來表達。

不要離題，談論一些不相干的事。

態度誠懇認真，不卑不亢。不用為自己的弱點道歉，譬如說 :托福成績不高等；也不要表現得過份自信。重要的是給學校一個專業，認真的印象。

不要抄襲，改寫書上的樣本文章。應詳讀學校的介紹，了解其要求，再對自己的學業背景、計劃加以考慮，寫出自己的風格。

檢查英文的時態、性別及單多數等方面的錯誤，美國的學校不會期望外國學生的英文完美無缺，故陳述得清楚明白比十全十美的英文重要

單位證明函撰寫說明：

單位出具的《在職及收入證明函》可以說是簽證申請的核心材料之一。格式、內容規范，措辭鄭重、得體的信函，可以從一個側面表現出申請者所在單位的良好形象，給簽證官留下較好的印象，起到為申請加分的作用。對單位函件的要求有以下幾個方面：

一、辦理簽證所要求的內容要素必須完整

外國駐華使、領館一般要求單位證明函包含以下內容：

1.單位確認申請者姓名、護照號、在本單位工作年限、現任職務、現工資水平等;

2.單位確認申請者此行是公費，還是自費;

3.單位確認是否擔保在申請者出國期間，為其保留職位和工資。

以上是單位證明函內容的一般要求。而不同類型單位的證明函出具也有不同的講究。

二、國家機關出具證明函應遵循外交外事規范

國家機關包括各級人民代表大會及其常務委員會(也就是我國的各級議會)、政府機關和司法機關。一般來說，國家機關的公務員工作和收入都相當穩定，有利于簽證辦理。但是千萬不要被內容不完整、形式草率的單位證明函給拉后腿。

國家機關出具證明函應注意以下幾點：

1.中國是一個主權國家;漢語言文字是國家的官方語文。而依照外交規范和慣例，國家機關向外國政府及其派出的使節出具的公函，也屬于外交照會的范疇。因此，國家機關出具證明信，只出具中文版本，并加蓋公章，作為正式的語言版本;英文翻譯稿不蓋章，附在中文正本后面，作為非正式附件，以方便使館領事人員閱讀理解。

2.信函要打印在單位套頭印刷的專用信箋上。如果有外文版的外事專用信箋就更好。可蓋人事部門的部門章，也可蓋單位公章。

3.英文稿既然是非正式附件，就不用打印在單位套頭印刷的專用信箋上，可打印在空白的A4紙上，且不蓋章，也不簽名。但仍應采用正式公文體的格式、字體和措辭(如“whereas鑒于”、“hereby茲/特此”、“hereinafter以下/下文”等公文用的文縐縐的“拽”詞可以適當運用)。

4.無論是中文稿，還是英文稿，我方、外方的國號、政府機構名稱都必須規范。如英國的全稱是“大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯合王國the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland”。

要弄清楚對方是駐華大使館(embassy)還是駐某個城市的領事館(consulate)，級別是不一樣的。

各國的規范英文全稱附在本文后面。

如果實在搞不準規范的國號全稱，可以用規范的簡稱，如：Embassy of the Commonwealth of Australia(澳大利亞聯邦駐華大使館)，可以簡稱為Australian Embassy in China;但英國大使館不可以簡稱為British Embassy，應為Embassy of the United Kingdom;美國大使館不可以簡稱為American Embassy，而是Embassy of the United States，或U.S.Embassy。

各級國家機關、公務員職務的名稱，都有其對應的規范的英文名稱。外交部曾經發布過規范譯名。現附于本說明之后。

以上是國家機關出具外事證明函的一般外交規范。一般來說，地、市級以上國家機關都設有外事辦公室。具體的外事公文規范，以外事辦的解釋為準。

三、民間機構出具證明函的要求

民間機構出具的函件，規格不必像國家機關的那樣正式。但所要求的內容要素一樣也不能少。

格式上，也顯得鄭重一些，采用一般商業公函的格式。措辭上可以免去政府公文的一些文縐縐的“拽”詞兒，顯得更加簡潔、更加straight一些。

對外國駐華使館的英文稱呼可以不用全稱，但一定要用規范的簡稱。如，英國駐華大使館，可以簡稱Embassy of the United Kingdom(英國正式的全稱是the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)，或Embassy of the UK，不要用不規范的British Embassy;美國大使館，可以簡稱Embassy of the United States(美國全稱the United States of America)，或者U.S.Embassy，不要用American Embassy。
