三年的學習時光，彈指一揮間，但很多記憶將成為我們生命中最為珍貴的收藏：筆直的楊樹，寬闊的操場，如畫的長廊，明亮的教室。你們一定還記得剛入校時你我的雄心壯志，一定還記得在教室和實驗室中你我孜孜不倦學習的身影，一定還記得老師的諄諄教誨和攻破難題時你我那種發自內心的喜悅，一定還記得在運動場上你我生龍活虎的鍛煉場景，太多太多的情景值得我們去回憶。這三年的路，我們走的辛苦而快樂，三年的生活，我們過的充實而美麗，我們流過眼淚，卻伴著歡笑，我們踏著荊棘，卻嗅得萬里花香。

三年來，一千零五十多個日日夜夜，母校不懈地用知識武裝我們。現在，我們在語文陳老師的輔導下學會了怎樣提筆寫出優美的文章，怎樣在課文中領略四季的變化；在數學周老師的指導中我們學會了怎樣用數學的頭腦去思考問題，用所學的數學知識去解決問題；“A、B、C、D”是我們在初識英語中學到的第一課，而“Artislong，butlifeisshort”則是我們在班主任高老師的教導下所學到的又一個人生新哲理；生活，我們最親近的朋友，在物理孫老師的伴隨下我們步入了對家用電器電路的探索；在化學巫老師的引領下我們了解到了我們身邊物質構成的奧秘；更在體育馬老師、邱老師的帶領下學會了如何在生活中強健體魄。我們在歷史祁老師幽默的課堂上穿越到了世界的發展歷程中，在政治王老師的教誨下我們了解了中國的政策，懂得怎樣為人處世。夏老師嚴謹細致的工作態度換來了我們衛生打掃的精細、課間休息的文明、自習課堂的安靜。

老師是一首永恒的歌曲，我們是您放飛的一個個音符，無論我們匯入哪一首歌，都跳動著她的節奏。母校是一處溫馨的港灣，我們是她懷中駛出的一只只小船，無論我們泊在哪個碼頭，都閃爍著她的一盞航燈。

母校請您相信，畢業后的我們仍會銘記當初剛入學時立下的誓言：

今天，我為金明自豪！

明天，金明為我驕傲！

親愛的同學們、老師們：

你們好!

首先，我十分榮幸也十分激動能在畢業典禮上發言，想必這也是我在xx最后一次演講了。今天，我站在這里，代表全體20xx屆畢業生向我們的母校道別，向師長們道別，向朝夕相處的同窗們道別，也向這段不能忘懷的歲月道別!

我曾經想過，初三對我們到底意味著什么?堆疊如山的試卷、做不完的習題、還是夜晚瞌睡連連卻又不得不提起筆來的辛酸?而當這一切驀然落幕的時候，我才發現，初三這一年，我們走的辛苦而快樂，過的充實而美麗，我們流過眼淚，卻伴著歡笑，我們踏著荊棘，卻嗅得萬里花香，365天里，我們每個人，都長大了許多許多。

經歷了中考的緊張和忙碌，我想我此刻的心情應當和各位同學一樣，縱然喜悅，也掩不住回憶與留戀。三年的歲月，1000多個日日夜夜，聽起來似乎是那么的漫長，以前的我總是嫌日子過的太慢太慢，一心盼望著畢業，而當我們今天真正面對離別，又覺得它是那么的短暫。此刻，我不知用什么詞藻來形容我絢爛美好的初中生涯，好像還沒來得及細細的品味就一晃即逝了。

如今我們就要畢業了，所有這些溫暖的記憶都將銘刻在我們內心深處，那是我們生命中最難忘的日子。喜歡朋友常說的一句話：“我們都是只有一只翅膀的天使，只有互相擁抱才能飛翔。”三年的同窗友誼，讓我們學會了彼此相信并依賴。三年的生活，我們都有過低谷，但我們相互扶持、鼓勵，朋友溫馨的笑容、班級溫暖的氣氛，讓我們都走了過來，讓我們學會去愛、去堅持、去相信“陽光總在風雨后”。好在曾經擁有你們的春秋和冬夏，就算以后前進的道路布滿風雪，只要想起你們，我就能依然勇敢。同學們，真的謝謝你們!

回望三年來學習中的每個鏡頭，我們都經歷了一個日積月累的過程，是知識的，也是情感的。在這兒，我要感謝班主任路老師，是您母親般的悉心關懷下我們才能健康快樂的成長，從一群懵懂的孩子蛻變為一個個懂事的少年。我要感謝黃老師，是您讓我體驗到英語是一門多么優美的語言。我要感謝武老師，要不是您的鼓勵引導，我的作文也不能在比賽中獲獎。我要感謝趙老師，讓我在物理上取得了長足的進步，不再懼怕難題;我要感謝李老師，讓我能夠在短短一年里就從一個個奇妙的化學變化中發現其中的獨到的美。還有周老師、王老師、高老師、朱老師等等所有所教過我們的老師們，你們在課堂上或滔滔不絕，或循循善誘，或旁征博引的風格，為我們展現了知識的無限魅力。老師們，真的謝謝你們!

在這離別時分，請不要難過，因為道別只是為了延續回憶永恒的華麗。所以讓我們擦干眼淚，抹去悲傷，笑著大聲呼喊：別了，我可愛的同學們!別了，我尊敬的老師們!別了，我熱愛的母校!

大家好！

時光如陀螺飛轉，歲月似流水無情。三年的時光漸漸流走，大家從懵懂學童漸變為青澀少年。我們一起走過四季，共享知識，收獲成長。但是這所有的一切，都將沉淀于美好的回憶中，從現在開始，大家將揚帆起航，駛向人生另一處美麗的港灣。此時此刻，回首曾經走過的三年初中生活、與師生情意、同窗歲月，我們都難以抑制住內心的激動，惜別難舍之情油然而生。

首先，我謹代表xx年全體畢業同學，感謝老師三年來對我們的辛苦教育與培養。如果說，三年的初中生活像繁星，零星撒在我們回憶中的每個角落，那么，老師便是那深邃的宇宙。正是它的`襯托，才使得繁星更加璀璨奪目。在學習中，我們的每一點進步都會使他們高興，我們的每一點失誤也常常會使他們寢食難安。雖然他們也許有時過于嚴格，但是他們日夜操勞，為我們付出了他們生命中的三年，這一切都是為我們在人生的道路上走得更平坦、更順利。我們知道，大方三中的老師都是優秀的，他們才華橫溢、敬業奉獻，值得我們尊敬與感謝。

有人說，初中生活是一本倉促的書。三年前，我們帶著激動而又敬仰的心情邁進校門，三年來，我們在這座知識的圣殿、培養人才的搖籃中，感受她的溫暖與豐富。三年的時光，一千多頁的喜怒哀樂，就這樣匆匆翻過，但，它卻給我們留下那么多生動的細節，那么多精彩的片段。其中，有年少的輕狂無知，有青澀的失敗的經歷，有茅塞頓開的成熟感悟，也有回味無窮的成功歷程。三年的生活，我們匆忙走過，卻充實而美麗；我們流過汗水，卻伴著歡聲笑語；我們踏著荊棘，卻嗅得撲面花香。三年間，我們與三中一起長大，這里就是我們溫暖的家。在這個歡樂的大家庭里，我們用勤奮與智慧創造了一次又一次輝煌，我們用夢想與青春編織了這溫馨絢麗的初中生活。在此，讓我們懷著感恩的心，感謝我們的母校，感謝學校的各位領導，感謝我們敬愛的老師，感謝我們親愛的同學，并向他們送上我們最真誠的祝福！

天下沒有不散的宴席。此刻離歌又起，但，離別也同樣美麗，因為它是歡聚的序曲！到那時，我們也許會哭泣，但是別在意。有人說過，這就是青春的證據。是它，讓我們擁有了回憶，懂得了珍惜。其實，離別并不可怕，可怕的是我們忘記了自己。每時每刻，每個人都要做最好的自己。我相信，我們將用自己的行動表明，我們不愧為大方三中的優秀畢業生，我們將一同搏擊風浪，勇往直前，實現自己上名校的夢想。

養兵千日，用兵一時。如今，我們面臨著學習生涯中的一大挑戰——中考。但是我們應該豪不畏懼、決不退縮。況且，有什么可畏懼的呢？真正讓我們感到恐懼的，只是“恐懼”本身。經過三年的歷練，雛鷹的翅膀已經堅實，羽毛已經豐滿。放眼望去，藍天在召喚我們，陽光已照亮前方的道路，白云等待與我們同行，高山峻嶺也將仰望我們，我們將在暴風中翱翔。

我們都堅信“天生我才必有用！”此刻，我們將面臨一個不尋常的時刻，這是一個光榮的時刻，也是一個莊嚴而充滿希望的時刻。它也許是困難的，但，要知道，當我們最困難的時刻，便是我們接近成功的時侯，這正是我們“有用之時”！中考在即，英雄彎弓，箭在弦上。萬事俱備，只欠東風。同學們！號角已吹響，收拾好行裝，帶上最銳利的頭腦，懷著一顆最細致的心靈，握緊最有力的拳頭，相信自己的實力，相信自己的付出，滿懷自信地沖鋒！做自己的主人，把握自己的命運。讓六月似火的驕陽襯出我們苦盡甘來的笑靨！
