導(dǎo)入新課 以視頻“假肢舞者的逆襲”——512大地震的幸存者廖智的故事導(dǎo)入。
在汶川地震中,廖智被掩埋26個(gè)小時(shí),失去女兒,失去家庭,失去雙腿。她說(shuō):“我連雙腿都失去了,還有什么挫折可怕的?”廖智強(qiáng)忍悲痛,戴上了假肢,繼續(xù)著她的舞蹈夢(mèng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)“假肢舞者的逆襲”。
同學(xué)們沒(méi)有經(jīng)歷過(guò)這么巨大的災(zāi)難,但是在生活和學(xué)習(xí)中也會(huì)面臨一些壓力,遇到一些挫折。
講授新課
一、認(rèn)識(shí)挫折
挫折是指人們?cè)谧非竽撤N目標(biāo)的活動(dòng)中,遇到干擾、障礙,遭受到損失或失敗時(shí)產(chǎn)生的一種心理狀態(tài)。
挫折面前人人平等。中學(xué)生遇到的挫折主要是學(xué)習(xí)、家庭、生活、情感等方面的。中學(xué)生正處于青春期,生理上迅速發(fā)育,個(gè)人動(dòng)機(jī)和需要迅速增長(zhǎng)。但是由于青少年個(gè)性心理發(fā)展尚不完善,一旦遭受挫折就容易出現(xiàn)認(rèn)識(shí)偏差,陷入消極情緒。此外,當(dāng)今社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈也是青少年受挫折的重要原因。
然而并不是每個(gè)人都能成功應(yīng)對(duì)挫折??
【案例一】2013年1月,江蘇揚(yáng)州某重點(diǎn)中學(xué)學(xué)生張某在五樓跳下,走完了短暫的人生……在遺書(shū)中張某表示因?yàn)椤昂蕖薄ⅰ昂ε隆倍坏貌贿x擇“這條路”。
【案例二】2013年9月,江西撫州臨川二中高三學(xué)生雷某因在課間玩手機(jī)被班主任孫某收走并被要求通知家長(zhǎng)到校。雷某懷恨在心,乘孫某在辦公室備課毫無(wú)防備的情況下將其殺害。同學(xué)們?cè)谟龅嚼щy挫折時(shí)是怎么辦的?
(現(xiàn)場(chǎng)心理測(cè)試)引入“逆商”概念:心理學(xué)家認(rèn)為,一個(gè)人事業(yè)成功必須具備高智商(IQ)、高情商(EQ)和高挫折商(即逆商,AQ)這三個(gè)因素。在IQ、EQ都跟別人相差不大的情況下,挫折商(AQ)對(duì)一個(gè)人的事業(yè)成功起著決定性的作用。
材料:馬云的故事——高AQ人的代表
1982年,18歲的馬云經(jīng)歷了第一次高考的失敗
1983年,馬云再次高考依然失敗,總分離錄取線(xiàn)140分。
1984年,第三次高考,勉強(qiáng)被杭州師范學(xué)院以專(zhuān)科生錄取。當(dāng)時(shí)他的成績(jī)是專(zhuān)科分?jǐn)?shù),離本科線(xiàn)還差5分,但恰好本科沒(méi)招滿(mǎn)人,馬云就這樣幸運(yùn)地上了本科。
1997年馬云第一份事業(yè)“中國(guó)黃頁(yè)”失敗。
1999年在北京,35歲的馬云遭逢人生第二次創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗。后依靠50萬(wàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)資金回到杭州從事電子商務(wù)……
如今,馬云創(chuàng)辦了阿里巴巴集團(tuán)、淘寶網(wǎng)、支付寶,首位登上《福布斯》雜志封面人物的大陸企業(yè)家。
二、感受挫折
過(guò)渡:“寶劍鋒從磨礪出,梅花香自苦寒來(lái)”。沒(méi)有努力期待天上掉餡餅是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。但是努力了,甚至勝利就在眼前,離成功就差了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),最后卻還是失敗了。讓我們通過(guò)一個(gè)小游戲來(lái)感受這個(gè)過(guò)程。
游戲《蛋的進(jìn)化》 游戲規(guī)則:
1.開(kāi)始時(shí),大家都處在“蛋”的狀態(tài),然后,每?jī)扇艘唤M,進(jìn)行猜拳,贏的升為“小雞”,輸?shù)睦^續(xù)在蛋的狀態(tài)。
2.接著,贏了的隊(duì)員再兩兩一組,進(jìn)行猜拳,贏了的升為小鳥(niǎo),輸了的回到蛋的狀態(tài),和同樣處在蛋狀態(tài)的隊(duì)員猜拳……
3.依此類(lèi)推,直到連贏五次,經(jīng)歷完從蛋—小雞—小鳥(niǎo)—猴—人的“五步曲”,才算勝利。
游戲結(jié)束后重點(diǎn)采訪(fǎng)成為成為“猴”而沒(méi)有成為“人”的同學(xué)。
正如這個(gè)游戲的進(jìn)化過(guò)程,人生其實(shí)就是一個(gè)不斷地尋找、認(rèn)識(shí)、完善的過(guò)程,每一次挫折都能幫助認(rèn)識(shí)、發(fā)現(xiàn)自己獨(dú)特的價(jià)值。所以,我們要善待挫折。
三、善待挫折
故事新編《被落井下石的驢》:一位鄉(xiāng)下農(nóng)夫有頭老驢子,一天,老驢子不小心跌進(jìn)了一個(gè)深坑。農(nóng)夫聽(tīng)到驢的哀鳴,目睹它的困境,想了很久,斷定救不了它,但又不忍心看著它痛苦而死,于是,農(nóng)夫決定往坑里填土,把老驢悶死,以便使它早些脫離苦海,于是,農(nóng)夫就開(kāi)始往坑里填土……(學(xué)生將故事編完)
最后的結(jié)果無(wú)外乎兩種:A、老驢喪失了斗志,喪失了活下去的信心,哀嘆命運(yùn)的悲慘,最后被活活的埋葬。B、驢子先被農(nóng)夫的做法嚇壞了,但同時(shí)它也鎮(zhèn)靜下來(lái),把每次打到背上的泥土,用力抖掉,然后踏著土塊,往上走一步。老驢不停地抖一下,爬上來(lái)一步。不管土塊打到背上有多疼痛,那只老驢子就是不讓自己放棄。不知過(guò)了多久,那頭精疲力盡、傷痕累累的老驢子,終于安全地回到了地面。
人們?cè)谏钪校瑢?duì)待挫折不同的態(tài)度,會(huì)產(chǎn)生兩種截然不同的結(jié)果,這就告訴我們面對(duì)挫折時(shí),決不放棄任何的努力,用堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志力去克服,最后一定會(huì)戰(zhàn)勝挫折,你們看,原來(lái)用來(lái)埋葬老驢子的泥土堆,最后不是拯救了它嗎?
四、戰(zhàn)勝挫折
過(guò)渡:由上面的討論,同學(xué)可能會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),同樣的挫折,不同的人,不同的心態(tài)下往往會(huì)有不同的結(jié)果。誰(shuí)能說(shuō)一說(shuō),遇到了挫折后我們需要怎樣的心態(tài)呢?應(yīng)該采用哪些方法對(duì)待呢?
(生回答):寫(xiě)日記、聽(tīng)音樂(lè)、打球、購(gòu)物等等。
1.堅(jiān)定目標(biāo),鍥而不舍。當(dāng)你遇到挫折時(shí),要勇往直前。堅(jiān)定目標(biāo)不變,努力的程度加倍。那么很快,迎接你的就將是成功了。
2.積極應(yīng)對(duì),調(diào)整心態(tài)。想一想——挫折對(duì)弱者是絆腳石,對(duì)強(qiáng)者是一塊墊腳石;比一比——尺有所短寸有所長(zhǎng);放一放——退一步海闊天空。
3.學(xué)會(huì)宣泄,擺脫壓力。分散挫折的壓力,不要把痛苦悶在心里,應(yīng)當(dāng)主動(dòng)向老師、同學(xué)或親友傾訴,爭(zhēng)取別人的諒解、同情與幫助,這樣可以減輕挫折感,增強(qiáng)克服挫折的信心。
4.情感轉(zhuǎn)移,尋求升華。轉(zhuǎn)移自己的視線(xiàn),遭受挫折后,一般人都會(huì)感覺(jué)度日如年,這時(shí),可以通過(guò)自己喜愛(ài)的體育鍛煉、寫(xiě)作、書(shū)法、繪畫(huà)、閱讀、聽(tīng)音樂(lè)等方式,使情緒得以調(diào)節(jié),情感得以升華。

“Now, I know the UVA community has some experience with being defined by outsiders.It has been said that a rolling stone gathers no moss.I would add that sometimes a rolling stone also gathers no verifiable facts or even the tiniest morsels of journalistic integrity.“Rolling Stone” tried to define you this year.As a result, not only was this community thrown deep into turmoil, but the incredibly important struggle to address sexual violence on campuses nationwide was suddenly more confusing than ever and needlessly set back.And sadly, “Rolling Stone”?s rush to define is just the tip of the iceberg.We see it everywhere in the media.Less than three weeks ago when Baltimore was erupting in violence, Erin Burnett on CNN argued with a local resident insisting the rioters be defined as thugs.Wolf Blitzer did the same thing.Over on Fox News, reporter Nick Vittert prattled on about how violent the people of Baltimore were, but City Councilman Nick Mosby wouldn?t have it.In a testy exchange he defined his own community saying, “this is about the social economics of poor urban America.These young guys are frustrated, they?re upset and unfortunately they?re displaying it in a very destructive manner.When folks are undereducated, unfortunately they don?t have the same intellectual voice to express it in the way other people do and that?s what we see through the violence today.” That?s a much bigger, more complex analysis and it strikes me as the real news story.Either way, the reductive labels aren?t helping and we better stop applying them because there are a lot of Americans in a lot of pain.Those riots weren?t happening in Kiev or Benghazi.They happened a mighty pleasant 3-hour drive from right here.So does all of this mean that Erin Burnett and Wolf Blitzer are bad people? I don?t think so.We?re all guilty of this.How many times do we label someone with our first impressions only to be proven wrong? The tattooed motorcycle guy who turns out to be a teddy bear.The buttoned-up coworker who actually knows how to party or the mousy librarian who takes off her glasses to reveal she?s a blood-thirsty alien from a distant galaxy.We try to define others with simple labels because it makes the world easier to understand.Behavioral economist and Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman explained this in his amazing book, “Thinking Fast and Slow” in which he wrote “when faced with a difficult question, we often answer an easier one instead, usually without noticing the substitution.” So clearly, other people are really bad at defining us.”

第四篇:孩子在寫(xiě)作業(yè)時(shí),父母最應(yīng)該做的是什么事?
家庭教育是孩子成長(zhǎng)最不可或缺的一部分,好的家庭教育能讓孩子們更快更健康的成長(zhǎng)。
在孩子上學(xué)的期間,父母最難管的就是學(xué)習(xí),幾乎所有的家長(zhǎng)在孩子上學(xué)期間都要花很多的精力要求他們學(xué)習(xí)、做作業(yè)。
那孩子在寫(xiě)作業(yè)的時(shí)候你都在做什么呢?你最應(yīng)該做的又是什么呢?
孩子正在寫(xiě)作業(yè)時(shí),您在做什么?
錯(cuò)誤做法:
一邊看電視,一邊監(jiān)督孩子嘴里嘮叨著:“寫(xiě)快點(diǎn)。”“不準(zhǔn)偷懶”“不準(zhǔn)看電視,趕緊寫(xiě)你的作業(yè)”,轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)頭又為劇情笑個(gè)不停。
結(jié)果
孩子不開(kāi)心:“為什么你能看電視,我就不能看,又叫我寫(xiě)作業(yè)自己又笑的那么大聲。”
正確做法:
大人也安靜下來(lái)看書(shū),在孩子可以看到的范圍內(nèi)看,既不打擾孩子,又能營(yíng)造出濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。
結(jié)果
孩子心態(tài)平和,覺(jué)得爸爸媽媽沒(méi)上學(xué)都在學(xué)習(xí),我就更要學(xué)習(xí)了,所以心思都在學(xué)習(xí)上。
孩子寫(xiě)作業(yè)不專(zhuān)心,等到睡覺(jué)時(shí)間了,作業(yè)卻沒(méi)寫(xiě)完。這個(gè)時(shí)候你最應(yīng)該做什么?
錯(cuò)誤做法:
立刻責(zé)罵孩子:“你真的是要?dú)馑牢覇幔趺从譀](méi)寫(xiě)完,我不監(jiān)督你都不行,還寫(xiě)快點(diǎn)!不寫(xiě)今晚就別睡了!”
結(jié)果
孩子并不著急反而有點(diǎn)想捉弄爸爸媽媽?zhuān)揖筒恍拍阏娴臅?huì)讓我別睡,然后依然慢慢悠悠的看書(shū)寫(xiě)字。
正確做法:
平靜和善地對(duì)孩子說(shuō):“孩子,寫(xiě)作業(yè)是你自己的事,你要對(duì)自己的事負(fù)責(zé),沒(méi)寫(xiě)完也到時(shí)間睡覺(jué)了,明天自己去學(xué)校跟老師解釋吧。就算老師要罰你也不能怪誰(shuí)了。”
結(jié)果
孩子意識(shí)到自己不寫(xiě)作業(yè)最后還是要自己負(fù)責(zé),很后悔,心里想:“這下完了,怎么跟老師說(shuō)呀,看來(lái)明天寫(xiě)作業(yè)得快點(diǎn)了,不然還得被罰,當(dāng)著同學(xué)的面多丟臉啊。”
孩子晚飯后就一直看電視,不睡覺(jué)也不愿意寫(xiě)作業(yè),這個(gè)時(shí)候你最應(yīng)該做什么?
錯(cuò)誤做法:
一氣之下把電視關(guān)掉,把遙控器藏起來(lái)。大喊著叫孩子去寫(xiě)作業(yè)。
結(jié)果
孩子看到關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻就沒(méi)得看了,滿(mǎn)臉不高興地去寫(xiě)作業(yè),心里對(duì)媽媽這個(gè)做法非常的不滿(mǎn)。
正確做法:
平靜對(duì)孩子說(shuō):“孩子,你該寫(xiě)作業(yè)了,如果寫(xiě)不完會(huì)明天被老師罰就不好了。這一集還有多久?”孩子:“還有10分鐘就沒(méi)了,等我看完行嗎?”家長(zhǎng):“行,那你要說(shuō)話(huà)算數(shù),到時(shí)間就關(guān)電視去學(xué)習(xí)噢。”雙方各退一步。
結(jié)果
時(shí)間到了,孩子主動(dòng)關(guān)電視,開(kāi)開(kāi)心心的去寫(xiě)作業(yè)。
孩子作業(yè)寫(xiě)得潦草,大意,這個(gè)時(shí)候你最應(yīng)該做什么?
錯(cuò)誤做法:
發(fā)火:“字寫(xiě)得這么亂,比爸爸媽媽的字還丑,你就不能認(rèn)真寫(xiě),寫(xiě)好看點(diǎn)嗎?”甚至生氣地把孩子的作業(yè)撕了。
結(jié)果
孩子茫然、委屈,不知所措,內(nèi)心想,我也想寫(xiě)好看點(diǎn)啊,可以就是寫(xiě)不工整啊。
正確做法:
嚴(yán)肅地、平靜地對(duì)孩子說(shuō):“孩子,我已經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)了,作業(yè)寫(xiě)不工整要重寫(xiě),因?yàn)椴还ふ蠋熆床磺宄苋菀妆淮蝈e(cuò)的,這樣你幸辛苦苦寫(xiě)的作業(yè)就白費(fèi)了,所以你要重寫(xiě)了。
你看,你應(yīng)該這樣寫(xiě)字(示范寫(xiě)字規(guī)范,橫平豎直,大小一致)。孩子,你只要寫(xiě)得比你剛才的字再進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)就行了,媽媽相信你這次一定會(huì)寫(xiě)得很漂亮的!”
結(jié)果
孩子懂得“規(guī)定”的重要性,心里想:“比剛才的字有進(jìn)步,容易。”孩子會(huì)對(duì)自己充滿(mǎn)信心。并且再往后寫(xiě)作業(yè)的時(shí)候都會(huì)想起爸爸媽媽對(duì)自己說(shuō)的話(huà)。
引導(dǎo)孩子靜心寫(xiě)作業(yè),這個(gè)時(shí)候你最應(yīng)該做什么?
第一步:準(zhǔn)備
為孩子今晚的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)準(zhǔn)備分兩部分,首先是生理準(zhǔn)備,如吃零食、上廁所;其次是物理準(zhǔn)備,讓孩子自己提前把該用的學(xué)習(xí)用具都準(zhǔn)備好。
第二步,靜心
學(xué)習(xí)之前深呼吸幾次,當(dāng)孩子養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣后,一深呼吸就會(huì)提醒自己“靜下心來(lái),要寫(xiě)作業(yè)了”。
第三步,回憶
拿出一張草稿紙,讓孩子回憶今天老師都講了哪些知識(shí),語(yǔ)文和數(shù)學(xué)分別講了幾個(gè)重點(diǎn),把重點(diǎn)寫(xiě)在這張紙上。這個(gè)步驟相當(dāng)于考試前的復(fù)習(xí)或者是每一天的總結(jié)。
第四步,預(yù)計(jì)時(shí)間
考試是有時(shí)間限制的。讓孩子預(yù)計(jì)一下自己寫(xiě)作業(yè)的時(shí)間,做到心里有數(shù),就會(huì)有緊迫感。有了時(shí)間預(yù)計(jì),學(xué)習(xí)效率慢慢也會(huì)提高。
第五步,記錄開(kāi)始時(shí)間
讓孩子自己記錄開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間,或由家長(zhǎng)幫助記錄。讓自己知道,自己學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)天全部?jī)?nèi)容需要多少時(shí)間。
第六步,正式寫(xiě)作業(yè)
正式寫(xiě)作業(yè)有三不原則:不翻書(shū)、不打擾、不間斷。
第七步,記錄結(jié)束時(shí)間
記錄學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束的時(shí)間,看看自己花了多少時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)越久成就感越高。
第八步,統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)際作業(yè)時(shí)間。
孩子建立了時(shí)間觀念,了解自己的真實(shí)情況,預(yù)計(jì)作業(yè)時(shí)間會(huì)越來(lái)越準(zhǔn)確;
因?yàn)橛辛藢?shí)際時(shí)間,就大致有了孩子寫(xiě)作業(yè)的時(shí)間標(biāo)準(zhǔn),逐步提高寫(xiě)作業(yè)的速度。
第九步,檢查作業(yè)
家長(zhǎng)千萬(wàn)不要幫助孩子檢查作業(yè),我們要幫孩子養(yǎng)成自己檢查的習(xí)慣,而不要替他檢查作業(yè)。
第十步,預(yù)習(xí)明天的課程
孩子懂得“計(jì)劃”的重要性,預(yù)習(xí)好明天要上課的內(nèi)容,明天才會(huì)更加輕松的學(xué)習(xí)。
