今天是我實習的第二天，對于剛剛來的新員工，公司肯定不可能讓我們接觸淘寶客服最核心的管理部分。

所以就簡單說說今天所做哪些皮毛事情吧。早上過來公司，首先就是登上旺旺，進入淘寶后臺，看看早上的交易量和未發貨的數量。接下來就是用旺旺同顧客聊天，回答客戶提出的問題，引導顧客購買，促成交易，同時也要處理顧客對我們產品和服務的不滿，例如售前客服的態度和退款退貨問題等等。

即使受了委屈也需要不停地給顧客道歉和解釋，盡管導致顧客不滿的原因不在于我，但是仍然要拿出十分的耐心和最真誠的態度為每個顧客解答。也許有些顧客很刁鉆，很難處理，不過也要記得，微笑說話，盡量為他們提供好的解決方案。提出的解決方案一方面不能違背老板給的權限，另一方面要站在客戶角度想問題（現實與理想的沖突）。不過，也有值得很開心的事，幫助客戶解決問題，得到客戶的認同和支持后，感到非常很開心，覺得自己是有價值的。

實習是在一個大的環境里生活。要懂得跟周圍人溝通，學習，不可以在任性。
