三、日記的類型和訓練

日記分為記事型、議論型、描寫型和抒情型。建議大家在學習寫日記的過程中，可按以下步驟進行：

①將一天所經歷的主要事情和過程依次簡要地記下來，不附加任何感情色彩，這是最簡單的記日記的方法；
