大家下午好！

現(xiàn)在，我代表全體獲獎教師講幾句話。

今年教師節(jié)，我們獲得了市總工會和學(xué)校的表獎，這是建大給我們的榮譽(yù)，感謝建大的學(xué)生、感謝建大的同事、感謝建大的中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。面對這一份份榮譽(yù)，我們很高興，高興的是我們平凡的工作得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事、同學(xué)們的肯定；同時我們也感到我們的工作和為人中還有許多不足。獲獎后，我們都深刻地反思過這些不足。意識到這些不足，我們會把今后的工作做得更好。

我今天的演講有兩個關(guān)鍵詞：一個是平凡；一個是快樂。

我們平凡，我們沒有什么動人的事跡。我們做的事情，任何一個教師都能做到。因為教師是一個平凡的職業(yè)，并不需要有什么特殊超人的稟賦，并不考驗一個人是否具有最堅強(qiáng)的神經(jīng)，但需要你有馬拉松跑的耐力，需要你奈得住寂寞，需要你甘心把自己溶入平凡。我們并不認(rèn)為當(dāng)老師一定要投入自己的全部時間和精力、愛校如家、愛學(xué)生超過愛自己的孩子。但我們認(rèn)為當(dāng)老師需要你投入自己的大部分時間和精力；把學(xué)校當(dāng)成第二個家；把學(xué)生近似地當(dāng)作自己的孩子，盡你所能地付出你的智慧和愛心。這對任何一名教師都不是什么難事，難的是持之以恒，總是這種心態(tài)，總是這種精神，總有與這種心態(tài)和精神相應(yīng)的行為。

我們快樂，我們的快樂是平凡人的快樂。教師工作是很辛苦的，工作沒有8小時之外，常常是熬紅了眼睛，為一個問題弄得半宿睡不著覺；講課不甘平淡，總是想著怎樣創(chuàng)新、怎樣講得更好；課堂上一個問題卡住，如芒在背，冷汗涔涔，還有論文的壓力。我想我們每個教師都對此深有體會。辛苦需要快樂沖兌。和傳統(tǒng)理念相反，我們提倡快樂教學(xué)。就像米盧提倡快樂足球那樣。我們善于從平凡的小事中經(jīng)常地找到快樂。當(dāng)我看到教師的社會地位節(jié)節(jié)上升時，我們快樂；當(dāng)我們看到校園越來越美時，我們快樂；當(dāng)我們讀到一本好書時，我們快樂；當(dāng)我們本文章源于公

九月的艷陽孕育了秋的收獲，九月的季節(jié)帶來了美的贊歌：教師，一個樸素而又華麗、平凡而又崇高、普通而又特殊的職業(yè)。播種希望，傳承文明，規(guī)劃未來，用自己默默無聞的生命譜寫著時代的華章。

教師，有人說是人類靈魂的工程師，也有人說，是蠟燭，是春蠶，奉獻(xiàn)了自己，成就了別人。我卻認(rèn)為，教師是學(xué)生成長道路上的引路人：在人生的十字路口，教師給學(xué)生指明了前進(jìn)的道路;在可能走入岔道或歧途時，教師把他引回正道;在迷茫，在“山重水復(fù)疑無路”時，教師撥云見日，指點迷津，讓他豁然開朗，“柳暗花明又一村”。

教師是清貧的，榮華富貴，高官厚祿與他無緣。往往一身衣服洗了又洗、補(bǔ)了又補(bǔ)還舍不得扔掉。攥得幾塊塊毛角角錢還要精打細(xì)算，家有老還有小，還有更需要的學(xué)生，自己只是一個保管員。當(dāng)華燈初上、推杯換盞時，教師在朗朗的書聲中自我陶醉;當(dāng)夜深人靜鼾聲如雷的時候，教師還在燈下埋頭批改著作業(yè);當(dāng)烈日炎炎都龜縮于空調(diào)的涼爽中時，教師卻在呼呼地風(fēng)扇下汗流浹背的激揚(yáng)文字;當(dāng)冰天雪地寒風(fēng)刺骨時，教師正在用僅存的溫度暖著孩子凍僵的紅腫的手;當(dāng)災(zāi)難來臨時，教師用自己的血肉之軀架起孩子安全的屏障。面對現(xiàn)實的種種不平衡，教師沒有丟棄本職工作，樂此不倦，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)。

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位老師：

大家早上好！

在這金秋送爽、花果飄香的季節(jié)里，我們懷著激動與感恩之情迎來了第28個教師節(jié)。在此，我謹(jǐn)代表全體教師，向一直關(guān)心、支持教育事業(yè)的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示衷心的感謝！

今年教師節(jié)，我等四十多位教師榮獲了“先進(jìn)教育工作者”的光榮稱號，受到七坊鎮(zhèn)委鎮(zhèn)政府的表彰，這是政府給我們的榮譽(yù)，面對這一份榮譽(yù)，我們很高興，高興的是我們平凡的工作得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的認(rèn)可。我們深深地感到光榮和幸福！

國運(yùn)興衰，系于教育；三尺講臺，關(guān)系未來。近年來，在各級黨委政府的關(guān)心和重視下，我鎮(zhèn)教育面貌發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，九年義務(wù)教育“兩免一補(bǔ)”政策的實施，大大減輕了農(nóng)民負(fù)擔(dān)，有效保障了農(nóng)村孩子接受義務(wù)教育，現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育工程的開始實施，使農(nóng)村孩子同樣能享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，留守兒童受到了政府和各界的普遍關(guān)注，我們的教育質(zhì)量得到明顯提升。

從第一個教師節(jié)至今，二十八年的時光匆匆而過，也正是這二十多個由鮮花和掌聲、關(guān)注與期待交織在一起的教師節(jié)，使更多的人把熱情與尊重，理解與關(guān)懷的目光投向了我們，使我們和學(xué)生一起渡過的每一個平凡的日日夜夜有了更加不尋常的意義。因為有了我們在課堂上播灑智慧的陽光，孩子們才聽到了知識的聲音，遠(yuǎn)大的理想才激勵他們邁出了創(chuàng)新的腳步；因為有了我們在教育的沃野上揮灑耕耘的汗水，七坊鎮(zhèn)的教育事業(yè)才能生機(jī)勃勃，蒸蒸日上。只有我們所有教師腳踏實地，開拓創(chuàng)新，才能有一代新人的茁壯成長，強(qiáng)國之夢才熠熠生輝，燦爛輝煌！
