“路漫漫其修遠兮,吾將上下而求索”,這句屈原的詩歌用在我身上是很恰當的,我在信用社工作了很多年了,雖然工作的任務和我早都知道了,可是我還是覺得自己學的還是不夠,還要認真努力的工作。
在過去的一年中,我做的還是不錯的,雖然“天將降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志。勞其筋骨,餓其體膚,行拂亂其所為”,但是我經受住了這些考驗,我在工作中達到的一定的高度。
2017年,在聯社信貸科與信用社領導的關心及全體同志的幫助下,我認真學習業務知識和業務技能,積極主動的履行工作職責,較好的完成了本的工作任務,在思想覺悟、業務素質、操作技能、優質服務方面都有了一定的提高。現將本的個人工作總結如下:
一、精誠團結,為提高經營效益盡心盡力。
一年來,我與同事們能搞好團結,服從領導的安排,積極主動的做好其他工作,為全社經營目標的順利完成而同心同德,盡心盡力。
1、勤勤懇懇的完成領導交辦的其他任務,除做好本職工作外,我還按照領導的安排做好其他工作,如每天的上門收款,旺季時深入到學校代收學費等,都能夠與大家一起協調好,共同完成任務。

1、提高工作質量,及時準確的做好信貸基礎資料的管理。
搞好信貸基礎資料的記載、收集、管理,是信貸內勤重要的工作之一,這項工作即繁瑣又重要,需要經常加班加點來完成。我堅持做到了當天帳務當天處理完畢,從臺帳、分戶帳,到插卡、抽卡;從銷帳、記息,到登記貸戶經濟檔案,全部核對從不過夜。
2、嚴格規章制度,把好信貸資產質量的第一道關口。
作為一名信貸內勤,我深感自己肩上的擔子的分量,稍有疏忽就有可能出現信貸風險。因此,我不斷的提醒自己,不斷的增強責任心。
針對城區居民集中,貸款戶身份證容易使用混亂的狀況,我建議領導將貸戶的證件按申請先后順序登記名字、號碼后,在城區信用社全部核查,確定無貸款后再辦理手續。
一年來無論是炎熱的夏季,還是寒冷的冬天,我堅持到其他信用社核查,對于多戶貸款者、壘大戶者堅決不予辦理。同時,為了更好的把關守口,我還通過關系,向有關單位的同志,學會了真假身份證的辨別能力,只要是假的證件,我一眼就能辨別出來,從而把好了信貸資產質量的第一道關口。
3、堅持信貸原則,做好貸款的審查。
我深知:信貸資產的質量事關信用社經營發展大計,責任重于泰山,絲毫馬虎不得。
一年來,我堅持貸款的“三查”制度和聯社制定的信貸管理制度,對每一筆貸款都一絲不茍地認真審查,從借款人的主體資格、信用情況、生產經營項目的現狀與前景、還款能力,到保證人的資格、保證能力,抵、質押物的合法有效性;從庫存的檢查、往來賬目的核對到房屋和設備的實地考察;從資產負債情況的計算、產銷量和利潤的分析到經營項目現金凈流量的研究、貸款風險度的測定,直至提出貸與不貸的理由,每一個環節我都是仔細審查,沒有一絲一毫的懈怠。
在貸前審查時,我做到了“三個必須”,即貸款條件必須符合政策、貸款證件必須是合法原件、貸款人與保證人必須到場核實簽字,并且做到生人熟人一樣對待,保證了貸款發放的合規、合法。
回顧一年的工作,自己感到仍有不少不足之處:
1、只是滿足自身任務的完成,工作開拓不夠大膽。
2、業務素質提高不快,對新的業務知識學的還不夠、不透;
3、本職工作與其他同行相比還有差距,創新意識不強;

我原是xx郵電支行下面的一名普通營業員,自轉崗信貸工作僅半年,調查貸款客戶達40位,成功放款20筆,發放貸款達93萬元,而且所有貸款均屬于正常類貸款。自在信貸路上從零開始的艱辛跋涉。我認為有以下幾點體會;
面對一個全新的崗位,開始我還真有些膽怯。從19xx年參加工作以來,本人一直在郵政儲蓄一線做柜員,基本上是坐等客戶上門。而新的崗位需要三天兩頭跑到客戶家中,實地了解客戶的基本情況、經營信息,調查掌握客戶的貸款用途、還款意愿,分析客戶的還款能力。這些對于不善與人交流的我來說,實在是太難了。起初的一個月里,我總在心里想,把錢放出去還不上怎么辦?有時打起了退堂鼓,覺得還是繼續干老本行比較好。
支行領導了解到信貸員們的普遍心態后,及時和大家座談,讓大家解放思想,放下包袱,說:“還沒干就不要輕易否定自己,你們一定會慢慢地喜歡上信貸這個崗位的。”領導的耐心開導和對發展前景的描繪,使大家對自己的工作漸漸鼓起了勇氣。思想顧慮消除了,整個隊伍開始有了活力。我和大家一樣,也受到了很大鼓舞,下定決心從零開始學起。
通過專業化的培訓和自學,漸漸地掌握了小額貸款業務和操作流程。
通過支行前期的大力宣傳,陸續有一些有需求的客戶開始上門咨詢,我也迎來了第一位貸款客戶。那天,我懷著復雜的心情,與另一名同事坐了一個半小時的公車來到了xx村。這位客戶是個農戶,有十多年的養殖歷史,對市場非常了解。在客戶家,我作了自我介紹后,便開始按培訓時要求的調查順序逐項詢問。由于是第一次與客戶進行“營銷”交流,加上對xx行業了解不夠,心里很緊張,問了不到20分鐘,客戶突然說:“我不貸了,你們走吧,不就是從你們郵局貸點款嘛,跟審犯人似的。”我見狀,趕忙解釋,可這位農戶就是不再配合了。無奈,我與同事掃興而歸,第一次營銷就此“流產”。

首先談談我個人的工作態度,這份工作是我大學畢業后的第一份工作,因此我視其如寶。從培訓到工作這段時間里,常常聽到很多人說這份工作太辛苦、太勞累,但出于多這行的熱愛,我也咬牙堅持了下來。有人說工資太低,而我眼光不會那么膚淺,我看到是未來的舞臺而不是現在的待遇,況且進行后發現工資待遇也不錯。現在我真的特別喜歡這份工作,因為在這里我可以看到實現我人生的價值和夢想。
在工作過程中,我發現這份工作單單不是放款收款那么簡單而容易,而是要自己所要學習的東西還有很多很多。比如:做過一件事,總會有經驗和教訓。為便于今后的工作,須對以往工作的經驗和教訓進行分析、研究、概括、集中,并上升到理論的高度來認識。第一、要學會看人,要學會看企業狀況。因為我們是做貸款,如果你第一步看錯了,以后收貸款的時候說再多的好話,恐怕都很難達到你預期的效果。收款最怕的就是這種有錢但不愿意還的人,而不是實在沒有錢沒有辦法還的人。
第二、要學會培養客戶、留住客戶,但更要記住“打江山容易守江山難”這句話,我們不僅要在原有的基礎上開發新客戶,但更要要老客戶維護好,老客戶往往會給你有“意外”的驚喜。
打下的“江山”我們必須要想到以后如何地守住“江山”。貸戶是人,人是有感情的,當他們成為我們的顧客時,我們要用真誠的心對待他們,在他們有困難的時候我們幫助他。我們要努力成為他們的“知心朋友”,要是做到這點那么這客戶你是就放心。我們農商行就有我們這批人,有像我們這樣走進村村戶戶農家服務,將金融便利帶進園區,處處為客戶著想。第三、要學會管理。我們的客戶多了,如果你沒有很好的管理能力,那么你的問題就來了,問題煩到你心煩、郁悶。首先你得學會合理分配你的時間,這樣你才能更好地工作。雖然你的時間是為貸戶而定,而貸戶是很多,你不可能滿足所有貸戶,那么我們就得學會如何管理好自己的貸戶。還有一個,你必須學會管理賬目,因為我們做的金融業務涉及是錢的問題,而人們對錢是最嚴肅和認真的。我們不能馬虎、不能大意,我們要認真管理好自己的賬單對貸戶負責、對農商行負責、更是要對自己負責。第四、要學會做人。
“要學會做事,先得學會做人”其實這句話是非常有道理。如果你不會做人,那么你就不會做出更好的事情。因為你做事時,首先面對的是人,當你進入一個公司你不能馬上適應你的工作環境、你的人際關系,何談做出更好的事。我們首先必須在自己所在的農商行跟老員工溝通好,處理好人際關系,做到天天上班都是懷著愉快的心情、帶著積極向上的精神風貌,做到農商行就是我家,到農商行就像回到自己溫暖、和諧的家里一樣幸福快樂。面對顧客時,我們更好做好自己本職的工作,展現自己優秀的服務態度、專業素質,做到貸戶和自己是親如一家人。還有我們要學會時常回訪客戶。我們的業務不是放出貸款就完了,而是要收回貸款,那么我們就要保持和貸戶有良好的聯系,有著他們的最新收成信息、有著他們的思想動態,這樣我們就不會被動。如果做好這些工作那么我相信業務量會直線上升,以后的回收率更是百分之百。第五、要熟知專業知識。
1、在領導指導下,明確了工作的程序、方向,提高了工作能力,在具體的工作中形成了一個清晰的工作思路。在成為一名信貸員后,我本著“把工作做的更好”這樣一個目標,開拓創新意識,積極圓滿的完成領導分配的各項工作,在余限的時間里,加強學習業務工作,為下一步工作打好基礎。明確努力方向,提出改進措施。
作為一名信貸員,深地感到肩負重任,自己的一言一行也同時代表了我行的形象,所以更要提高自身的素質,高標準的要求自己,加強自己的專業知識和技能。
2、認真、按時、高效率地做好行里所交辦的具體工作。為了工作的順利進行及與各支行之間的工作協調,除了做好本職工作,積極配合本行其他同事做好工作。
3、工作態度和勤奮敬業方面。要熱愛自己的本職工作,能夠正確認真地對待工作的每個細節,熱心為農民服務,認真遵守勞動紀律,保證按時出勤,堅守崗位。
總結了這10多個月來的工作,盡管有了一定的進步,但在很多方面還存在著不足。比如有創造性的工作思路還不是很多,個別工作做的還不夠完善,業務類客戶資料太少,這有待于在今后的工作中加以改進。在以后的日子里,我將認真學習各項政策規章制度,努力使工作效率全面進入一個新水平,為農商行的發展做出更大更多的貢獻。

個人信貸調查報告
撰寫調查評估報告的思路及其意義
無論是銀行貸款還是企業融資,撰寫調查評估報告是非常重要的一個環節,其意義并不僅僅在編寫文字的本身,而是通過撰寫此報告書向對方傳遞一個項目存在和可信性價值的信息。因此,作為銀行的客戶經理,實質上扮演的是一個投資銀行中項目經理的角色,其本質上的區別是被動地服務和主動地引導。作為項目經理不僅需要具備良好的金融素養,還需要掌握企業運營的基本規律,對產品和市場有敏感的判斷,這些都將成為每位項目經理對項目進行調查的重點,也會在報告書中反應出來,以便為決策者提供判斷的依據。從金融
本身來講,資金的安全性是第一位的,其次才是回報率,這也就是我們為何需要通過抵押、擔保、保證等手段來作為貸款的必要條件。但僅有上述條件并不能就說明項目的本質,這也就是調查報告的另一層意義,通過調查,我們需要確切掌握企業的情況如何,簡單來講,也就是我們需要了解融資的企業是不是賺錢,如何賺錢!
編制調查評估報告大致可由如下方面構成:
1.項目概要
這是最重要的一部分。概要部分需要把重要的所有信息匯集起來,一般要包括:機構的背景信息、使命與宗旨;項目要解決的
問題與解決的方法;項目申請方的能力和以往的成功經驗,等等。
2.項目背景、存在的問題與需求
在這一部分,需要詳細介紹存在的問題以及為什么要設計這個項目來解決這些問題。要充分地說明問題的嚴重性
與緊迫性,最好能提供一些數據,這樣不但可以充分地說明問題,同時還能表明你對這一項目的了解。要說明項目的起因、邏輯上的因果關系、受益群體及其與其它社會問題之間的關聯等。
一般來講,這一部分包括以下主要信息:
* 項目范圍;
* 導致項目產生的宏觀與社會環境;
* 提出這個項目的理由與原因;
* 其它長遠與戰略意義;
3.目標與產出
在這一部分中要詳細地介紹項目計劃、項目的總體目標、階段性目標與任務,以及各目標的評估標準。總體目標是一個長期的、宏觀的、概念性的、比較抽象的描述。由總體目標可以分解成一系列具體的、可衡量的、可實現的、帶有明確時間標記的階段性目標。對目標的陳述一定要非常清楚。最重要的是,制定的目標要切合實際。在項目完成報
告里看到的是:項目實際上實現了這些既定目標。
4、受益群體
在這一部分中,要對項目的收益群體做一個更加詳細的描述。有必要時,還可以把收益群體分為直接受益和間接收益群體。比如一個殘疾人服務機構,其直接收益群體是殘疾人群,間接收益群體則是他們的家庭,甚至是整個社會。
5、解決方案與實施方法
這里需要介紹如何達到目標,即采用什么方法、開展什么活動來實現這些目標。
在說明方法時,要特別說明這種方法的優越特性。可以同時列舉出其它相關的方法,并對它們進行比較,還可以引用專家的觀點和其它失敗或成功的案例,等等。總之,要充分說明選擇的方法是最科學、最有效、最經濟的。同時,也要說明機構在采用這種方法時,也存在一定的風險與挑戰。
此外,還要提到為了執行這一解決
方案,都需要那些條件與資源,包括:誰?在什么時候?使用什么樣的設備?做什么樣的事情?做這些事情的人要具備什么樣的能力與技能等。最好能在附件中詳細描述一下主要工作崗位的職務要求。
6、項目進程計劃
在這一部分中,要詳細地描述出各項任務的先后順序以及起始時間。可以用一個帶有時間標記的圖表來表示,這樣,就可以一目了然地告訴我們融資企業“在什么時候做什么”,以及各項活動之間的關聯與因果關系。
7、項目組織架構
在這一部分中,要描述為了達成上述目標,需要什么樣的執行團隊和管理結構。執行團隊應包括所有項目組成員:志愿者、專家顧問、專職人員等。他們與這個項目相關的工作經驗、專業背景、學歷等也非常重要。執行團隊的經驗與能力往往在很大程度上決定了項目的成敗。
另外,還要明確項目的管理結構。應該明晰地寫出項目總負責人、財務負責人及其它各分項目的負責人。如果是兩個或多個機構合作完成一個項目,還要說明各機構的分工。
工作流程也要很清楚,要說明各項工作的先后順序、邏輯關系等。
8、費用、預算與效益
這一部分所要提供的決不僅僅是一個費用預算表,而是要敘述和分析預算表中的各項數據、總成本與各分成本,包括人員、設備的費用等。其中,人員經費類別可以包括工資、福利和咨詢專家的費用;非人員經費類別可以包括差旅費、設備和通訊費等。如果已經有了
一部分資金來源,也要注明。而且,要很明顯地寫出你還需要總數為多少的經費上的支持。
上面提到的是投入,還有一個很重要的部分是產出的效益。另外,與項目相關的財務與審計方法也要在這部分中提到。
9、監控
監控是項目實施過程中非常重要的部分,不僅是銀行機構進行監控,企業內部監控的執行機構與人員、監控任務等都應該寫在項目計劃中。項目的實施方法是資助方評判是一個非常重要的因素。
監控報告應該包括:項目的進展與完成情況、原定計劃與現實狀況的比較、預測未來實現計劃的可能性等。這部分也是我們作為貸后檢查的重要依據和評判標準。
10、附件
比如:機構的介紹、年報、財務與審計報告、名單、數據、圖表等。
