首先,從設計意圖上,我并未以一堂優質課的標準來設計,當然,離優質課標準也很遠。我只是想借助這個機會,展示一堂新目標英語課我的上課思路。正好借此機會和諸位同人共同商榷如何適應新課程標準的要求,提高教學質量,以便于完善以后的教學活動。
以下是我上這節課的思路。
首先我從學生“學”的角度來設計教學活動,使學生的學習活動具有明確的目標,并構成一個有梯度的連續活動。在完成老師設計的各種“任務”中,學生能夠不斷地獲得知識或得出結論,從注重語言本身轉變為注重語言習得。從而獲得語言運用的能力而不是僅僅掌握現成的語言知識點也使整個語言學習的過程越來越自動化和自主化。
在本課的語言教學中,我依據課程的總體目標并結合教學內容,創造性地設計貼近學生生活實際的情景,吸引和組織他們積極參與,使學生通過觀察、思考、討論、交流和合作等方式,在一種自然、真實或模擬真實的情境中體會語言、掌握語言的應用。
在教學中借助多媒體手段將本課所需要的對話、錄音、圖片、文字、制成幻燈片,使抽象的語言變得直觀,為學生運用英語進行交際創設情景,實現師生互動,生生互動和人機互動的多向交流。教學活動中注意培養學生學習英語的興趣,樹立自信心,培養良好學習習慣和形成有效策略,發展自主學習和合作精神。本節課在課堂活動中把學生分成學習小組,讓他們圍繞著課堂任務分工合作,在活動中相互探討、相互交流、相互合作,從而獲得知識、技能和情感體驗,發展他們的能力。把任務活動放在小組中進行,還可以解決“大班”難于操練的難題,學生在小組中有更多的時間來運用英語表達自己的思想和提高學生的聽、說、讀、寫的能力。
在教學活動安排中,引導學生通過畫面提示和老師的引導進入一種交際情景。領會如何學會答復別人的邀請。及時給學生展示如何發出邀請和答復,使學生的這一認識得到強化。讓學生在學習如何拒絕別人,闡述理由的欲望中學會本課的新詞組表達。通過聽力訓練達到兩個目標:如何表達邀請與答復和訓練聽力。
接下來學生根據聽力示范,模擬情景交際,小組訓練。在下一步的內容安排上,沒有局限于教材中的簡單對話,而是創設了貼近學生生活的情景,讓學生在模擬真實的語境中進行交際。使學生的語言能力得以升華。為使學生的語言表達能力從口頭落實到寫,我設計了完成一封答復函,同時也為 的學習搭起了橋梁。我們都清楚,我們一線教師得聽兩套指揮,一個是新課標,另一個是中考考綱,為培養學生應試能力,最后又設計翻譯練習。(課后反思)

初中英語優質課聽課學習體會
2013年11月19日至21日我有幸參加了第十屆襄樊初中英語優質課講課暨說課的學習,經過這次培訓使得我收獲很大,此次培訓 使我深刻明白這種“生本課堂,有效教學”的模式是一種新的教學形態 此次學習了10位老師的講課,22位老師說課,一位專家點評,還有一個關于新型課題閱讀課的上法。講課的類型主要是三種:新課操練(sectionA1a-1c)聽說課(sectionB1a-1c)閱讀課(sectionB2a-2e).首先,講課老師的課給人的總體感覺就是:課堂教學的基本功扎實,口語自然流暢,語音純正,板書有序,采用多種教學法突出重點突破難點,課堂環節緊湊有序,循序漸進,既帶動了課堂氣氛又引導學生步步落實;課件制作既富有趣味性又有實際意義。說課老師發音尤其標準,有自己對課文的獨特理解,把英語課堂的原本幾環節變得更加生動,同時在課堂設計上轉變多種練習方式,讓學生有足夠的機會鍛煉自己。
(一)體現了以學生為主體的教學理念。
培養和發展學生的學習主體性是英語教學的根本任務。教師改變了過去“一言堂”的傳統教學模式,設計了大量問答、敘述、表演、討論等形式多樣的語言實踐活動,讓學生在語言實踐的過程中逐步形成主動參與、樂于探索、勤于動手、善于合作的學習態度,同時十分注意激發學生的學習興趣,發展互助、關心和合作的新型師生關系。
(二)重視了語言情景的創設和利用
運用多種教學手段創設語言情景是英語教學的一個重要原則。這些老師充分利用圖片、多媒體課件以及身體語言創設了比較真實的語言運用情景,并利用情景講解語言知識,進行技能訓練,使教學內容既簡潔清晰,又形象生動;讓學生愉快地融合在語言運用的情景之中,自然而然地、不知不覺地吸取和操練,不斷提高聽、說、讀、寫等運用語言的能力。
(三)突出了扎實靈活的語言操練
這些老師從課文的整體著眼,通過情景并采用多種手段和方法,引導學生學習、操練新詞語和新句型。在操練過程中盡可能地使語言形式和語言意義緊密聯系、有機結合,盡可能地使聽、說、讀、寫四項技能相輔相成、互相促進,并努力做到目的明確、重點突出、難點分散、形式活潑,還充分注意了訓練的速度、節奏和密度。
(四)強調了學生實際運用語言能力的培養
培養學生實際運用語言的能力是英語課程的一項主要任務。在這些課中,各位老師堅持做到以語言內容和語言功能為主,以語言形式和語言結構為輔,通過敘述、問答、討論、等手段,積極引導學生盡可能多地讓學生自己動口動手,緊密聯系生活實際,運用語言做事,運用語言吸收和傳遞信息,運用語言表情達意、交流思想,將所學語言運用于真實交際。
當然講課過程中也存在一些問題:
針對閱讀部分,教材理解不夠透徹,應把2a-2e當做整體,調整學習順序,不孤立看,著重閱讀技巧及策略,通過關鍵詞、句引導學生,通過導讀導學來做閱讀理解;單元之間的聯系不夠密切,導入不夠自然;角色轉變不夠,新知識導入部分太多,應該利用已有知識通過層層遞進的問題學習新知;語言聯系實際時,話題設置不要太高;利用多媒體的同時不能忽視圖中插圖;聽力訓練可采取填空,轉述,角色扮演等形式展開。

讀中活動:整體入手,細節突破,透徹理解 Reading quickly for main idea(skimming)Reading carefully for details(scanning, careful reading)Reading for structure 讀后活動:關注語言形式,鼓勵運用(retell, role-play, problem solving, debating, text reconstruction 本次活動讓我深深地感受到我們還有很多需要努力的地方。這些參賽教師就象是面鏡子,從中折射出我們身上許多問題,例如:課堂教學設計,重難點的把握等等。記得某位專家曾說過,“教學就像一盤菜,呈現方式、教學的儀表、舉止的完美就如一道菜是否具備色香味,而知識點的落實及對學生今后的發展是否有利就如這道菜是否有營養,只有有營養才是最具價值的,也是最有生命力的。教師在教學中就要像廚師一樣,不僅能做出一道色香味俱全的菜來,更重要的是能做一道對學生來說能營養終身的菜來。”成為這樣的教師是我的愿望。在今后的工作中,我會始終以踏踏實實、謙虛好學的態度,不斷努力,不斷創新,爭取早日成為優秀的英語教師。
