我能夠在這里參加護士長這個職位的競聘，首先應感謝院領導為我們提供了這個展示自我的平臺和公平競爭的機會。競爭這一職位將是我跨越人生歷程的又一個新的目標、新的起點，我愿在競聘中接受的考驗和挑選。但無論成功與否，我都會從容面對。

力。五年的臨床護理工作的歷練，使我的業務技術不斷成熟，并得到明顯的提高與發展；與此同時，護士長的言傳身教，也使我積累了較多的護理管理與應對突發事件的經驗。在這五年時間里，我的各項考核均獲得合格和優良。正是這一切鞭策我在護理工作的道路上向更高的臺階邁進。

我知道護士長的工作十分重要，既是護理工作的管理者，執行者，也是指揮員，又是戰斗員。我也深知護士長的工作十分辛苦。正是她們愛崗敬業，激勵著我，促使著我向她們學習，向他們靠攏。如果我能夠競聘為護士長，我要做好以下幾方面的工作：

1、履職盡責，團結奮斗。在院班子的正確領導和護理部的指導下，積極配合領導搞好科室的管理工作，要團結全體護理人員，加強溝通，增進協調，充分發揮集體優勢。

2、注重學習，強化責任。我將用制度和崗位職責去管理我的同事，督促

若有人問我：“世界上誰的手最美”？我會自豪地回答：“是我們護士的手”。有人說，在這個世界上，有多少不同的職業，就有多少不同的手：農民兄弟的手，是呼風喚雨的手，像地圖一樣刻滿了大地的渠道、豐收的田疇；而我們護土的雙手，就是美麗的白鴿，為減

別說你好苦，因為你是護士。是護士，就該為你的病人營造生命的綠色；是護士，就該承擔起點燃生命，重塑生命的職責。雖然，我們的工作不曾驚天動地，也不會流芳百世，但我們無須為這種沒有扭轉乾坤之力而悲哀。因為你是春天的滴滴細雨，讓生命的原野再現新綠；你似深秋的一片紅葉悄然飄落，天使的青春已融為患者康復的笑靨；你是寒冬一一枝臘梅，陣陣幽香帶給病人生的希冀。

別說你好苦，當你看到同齡少女一件漂亮的時裝，一件時髦的皮大衣，一件隨意的休閑服，那種灑脫，那種摩登，那種悠閑，也許確實使你羨慕過一番，但你可曾關注過自己那一襲飄然白衣，一頂別致的燕尾帽，是何等素雅、何等精干!

苦衷和酸澀。請走進她們的心靈，去感知她們的辛苦，與她們一起分享維護生命、使生命得以存在和延續的喜悅。我不敢說護士工作的偉大，但我想說護士的工作一定不平凡。護士，承擔著“保護生命，減輕痛苦，促進建康”的使命。

來了新的一天，無數個寒冷的冬天的早晨，我們是行走在街頭最早的上班族。

其實，我只是一名普通的護士！

其實，我只是一名普通的護士，作為新世紀的青年人，我把護理事業當作無上的榮光，當作義不容辭的責任，這是一種實現理想的熱烈情感，是

得那個夜班，我搶救成功了一個病人，那天上白班我灌了12個腸，那天前夜下班回家三點鐘，無數個寂靜的黑夜，我們在病人的鼾聲中迎來了新的一天，無數個寒冷的冬天的早晨，我們是行走在街頭最早的上班族。
