工作總結

一、顧大局,盡職責,全心全意投入工作
工作兩年來,我深知110接處警工作是公安機關的一項重要職能,是建設和諧警民關系的橋梁和紐帶,隨著110日益深入人心,人民群眾也更加熟知與依賴110,對110的期望值越來越高,由此對我們接警臺工作的要求也越來越高。如果接處警工作不到位,就會直接影響公安機關在人民群眾心目中的形象。因此,結合市局開展的“???法治理念教育”、“解放思想大討論”等活動,深刻領會貫徹上級領導意圖,認真的處理每一起報警電話,設身處地的做到想群眾之所想、急群眾之所急、幫群眾之所求,將小小接警臺當成公安機關親民、愛民的窗口,將群眾和各出警單位的滿意度作為衡量工作質量的標準,今年以來,我共值班??次,受理報警求助電話??起,安排有效警情??起,未受到一次有效投訴,較好的維護了公安機關的良好形象。
二、順民意,獻真情,真心實意服務群眾
作為110接警員,在接處警工作中,要深懷一顆愛民之心。我自覺站在群眾的角度思考問題,想群眾之所想,給群眾之所需,幫群眾之所求,做到知民心、順民意、解民憂、幫民困、救民難,變受理為服務,寓服務于受理。應信守“四有四必”的承諾,設身處地地體會一名普通百姓、受害者、求助者的感受,深刻領悟“執法為民”的深刻內涵,明確自己不僅是執法者,也是權為民所用、情為民所系、利為民所謀的具體落實者。在處理群眾報警過程中,既要善于用法,又要學會用情;既要與人民群眾心連心,又要與人民群眾心換心。所謂心連心,就是要做到民情民意入耳,民聲民求入腦,民利民苦入心;所謂心換心,就是在心連心的基礎上,要求接處警人員主動與人民群眾在心理上調換位置,換位思考,充分了解報警群眾最迫切、最希望解決的是什么?從而有針對性地處理和解決群眾亟待解決的問題,真正贏得群眾的信任。舉例:---
三、勤學習,善總結,誠心正意提高素質
經過近兩年的工作實踐,我深知做一名合格的接警員必 須要有過硬的政治素質、良好的心理素質、縝密的判斷能力、豐富的業務知識,才能在工作中更好地駕馭局面,處理警情,因此,我平時認真的參加科里組織的業務學習,虛心向領導和同事請教。比如,向來值班的各單位領導學習處變不驚,駕馭事件的心態,向?班長、?班長、?班長、?班長學習熟練調度復雜警情的方法,向?姐、?姐和其他同事學習答復群眾問題的技巧,向各處警單位學習對轄區情況的熟悉程度。通過細心地觀察、學習,我較好的掌握了接警員應具備的“耳、手、口、腦”四項基本功,熟悉接處警流程,熟練指揮科各種設備的操作。
四、查問題,找不足,以整改促進步
回顧一年來的工作,有成績,也有不足。通過認真的總結剖析,認為存在以下幾點:一是有時工作態度不嚴謹,如對報警人的耐心說服能力有待提高;二是對業務知識掌握的還不夠全面,如對轄區地理位置劃分了解的不清楚,有時候會派錯出警單位,造成不必要的麻煩;三是組織紀律性稍差,未能認真遵守規章制度,有遲到、筆記記錄不全等現象發生。
以上是我個人的工作總結,有不足的地方,請領導和領導給予批評指正。
第四篇:接警工作流程
接到公安類警情后,110接線員通過350兆電臺、GPS點對點指揮調度系統直接調度街面巡邏車、網絡派單指令分局綜合室雙向處置形式指令基層單位出警處置;接到聯動類警情,110接線員根據群眾的不同訴求,初步判明性質及歸口單位,以網絡派單形式指令相關聯動單位辦理。聯動單位的受理、督辦、反饋等工作,由市政府110聯動辦相關科室負責;訴求復雜或管轄部門暫時不明的,轉110聯動辦直接轉辦。各縣及吉利區有各自的110報警臺,工作運作模式及職責范圍與市區基本一致。
自2010年開展110聯動工作以來,110指揮中心共受理群眾各類報警求助和訴求電話776萬余次,有效報警及訴求248萬余起,其中聯動訴求128萬余起。2015年,110共受理各類民生訴求32萬起,辦結率達99.4%,對110聯動群眾滿意率達96.8%。

消防報警與接警程序
1、值班員接警必須使用規范用語,語言清楚,填寫《出車命令》記錄細致;
2、要穩定報警人員的情緒,告訴報警人不要驚慌,問清著火部位、燃燒物料的性質,有無人員被困;
3、在接到報警求助時要問明火災事發的地點,報警人姓名、電話并提示報告人保持電話暢通;
4、通知報警人到路口等候消防隊的到來;
5、啟動消防報警按鈕,把《出車命令》交給消防滅火戰斗班班長,將有關情況報告值班隊長。
6、值班員應與滅火戰斗班班長保持密切聯系:了解火場動態情況,隨時將火場情況報告給上級領導。
7、及時準確的下達上級領導下發的各項指令。
