進取心，希望之星

高一學生正處在世界觀形成時期，他們是“成人的身軀，少年的心理”，情感搖擺不定，自我意識相當強烈。為了表明他們“大人”的獨立性，往往以自我為中心，一方面強烈要求信任他們，理解他們；一方面又出現了否定老師，否定家長及他人的心理傾向。他們使命感強，責任心差，“對人嚴，對己寬”，稍不如意，就會采取過激行動，并不顧及后果。他們常常原諒甚至美化自己的缺點錯誤，強詞奪理；看問題片面，不少學生不會辯證地看問題；眼高手低，有出人頭地的愿望，卻又不愿付出艱辛的努力。他們最缺的還是自我控制能力，比如玩游戲不能節制，自習課偷聽音樂，明知高一不是談戀愛的時候，可就是經不住誘惑等等。這種不穩定的心理狀態，具有向兩個方向發展的可能：一是向創造性、建設性的自我實現方向發展，為社會作貢獻；二是走向極端的、過激的危害社會的方向。我們班主任必須加強引導，避免出現第二種可能。

本學年我擔任高一一個班的班主任，并教這個班的語文課。為了有利于學生的自我實現，針對所帶班級學生的心理狀態，高一開學初，我就制定了這一年的工作目標：調動一切積極因素，化消極因素為積極因素，培養學生的進取心，讓學生生活在希望之中，從而逐步增強班集體的凝聚力。

進取心，是一種立志有所作為的精神，是一顆希望之星，是一首奮進的歌。作為學生，也許學習能力有強弱之分，品德修養有高下之別，但他必須有一顆進取之心。如果沒有進取心，他的學習和工作就缺少動力，看不到希望，甚至消極厭世，生活也將暗淡無光；相反，如果有了進取心，那么他就有了一種積極的生活態度，易于樹立遠大理想，并為之努力奮斗，也就有可能無往而不勝。因此，千方百計地保護學生的進取心，竭盡全力地培養學生的進取心，這是我們每一位教育工作者義不容辭的責任。為此，我作了一些工作： 重鼓勵，施行心理關懷。這是一種新興的教育思想，也是我們培養學生進取心的重要原則。從本質上說，高一學生大多具有積極向上的天性，傾向于充實、發展自己。他們渴

望被欣賞，被鼓勵，被贊美。作為教師，我們對學生施行心理關懷，從精神上、心理上關懷學生，鼓勵、表揚、獎勵學生，有助于滿足學生的正常心理需要，培養學生的進取心，使他們擁有成功的體驗，擁有足夠的自信與自尊，他們便有可能發揮出自身的潛能，不斷取得成功，甚至創造出奇跡。施行心理關懷，要糾正兩種偏向：一是無原則地賞識學生。當你走進現在的課堂就會發現，到處充滿著老師對學生的賞識，“不錯”、“真棒”之類廉價的表揚、贊美不絕于耳，甚至學生把題答錯了有的老師也稱“答得好”，還慫恿其他學生為其鼓掌。這種無原則的賞識，雖然比辱罵好，但它混淆了正確與錯誤的界限，不利于培養學生的是非觀念。同時，高中學生大多明白事理，廉價表揚無益于培養學生的進取心，因此要做到表揚有據，“表揚值得你表揚的”。二是放棄批評。現在流行一種觀點，叫做“學生永遠是對的”。我以為這話言之太過，不僅違背了客觀實際，而且違反了教學相長的起碼原則。如果學生永遠是對的，那就是說教師隨時有可能是錯的，那學生來學校干什么？是來教老師的嗎？因此，學生不可能永遠是對的，教師絕不能放棄批評。施行心理關懷，也不是不要批評，而是要恰當地批評。魯迅在《未有天才之前》一文中說：“惡意的批評家在嫩苗的地上馳馬，那當然是十分快意的事；然而遭殃的是嫩苗——平常的苗和天生的苗。”這說的是文學批評的事，我以為也完全適用于教育。對有缺點錯誤的學生，如果一味貶斥，肆意諷刺挖苦，痛快謾罵，就不僅達不到糾錯的目的，而且容易損傷學生的自尊心，使之產生逆反心理，甚至將人逼到生命的絕路。如果善意地動之以情，曉之以理，或者把批評變成“如果怎樣做，你會更好”，就會使學生在不足中看到長處，從失敗中看到希望，既接受批評，又不失其上進的勇氣。因此，我在教育教學中，始終堅持正面教育，對學生施行以鼓勵為主的心理關懷，發掘學生身上的優點，抓住學生的閃光點，及時表揚，恰當使用批評，收到了較好的效果。

定班規，樹立進取意識。一年來，我們制定和完善了《高一（10）班紀律管理辦法》《高一（10）班組長職權》《高一（10）班表彰獎勵辦法》《高一（10）班班干部輪流值周制度》《高一（10）班值日生演講制度》《高一（10）班安全制度》《高一（10）班衛生制度》。這些班規，不僅理順了班干部、團干部、課代表、組長、學員之間的關系，而且規定了職務的升降，優劣的獎懲，避免了班主任憑個人好惡行政，有利于樹立學生的競爭意識和進取意識。

辦報紙，激發進取熱情。一年來，我組織學生辦過4期《天泉文學報》。為了調動全班每個同學的積極性，每期報上每個同學都有一篇文章發表。根據我的體會，文學報一定要辦得有檔次，有水平，有吸引力，適合高中生的審美情趣。我教學生辦的文學報都是每期一個印張（即一張《人民日報》那么大），由我設計版式，請專業人員排版，請正規印刷廠

用60克膠版紙或80克書寫紙精心印制。既然是文學報，體裁就要盡可能完備。我們的《天泉文學報》每期包括4版：一版是雜感隨筆，二版是小說，三版是散文，四版是詩歌。此外，既是文學報，就一定要有文學味，絕不能停留在一般作文的水平上。每期印600--1000份，我們向全國各地報刊和教育行政主管部門、新聞出版管理部門寄去100多份，向學校領導、各科室、語文老師、高一各班送出100份，班里每位同學一人一份，家長一份，剩下的按一份一元的成本價賣給校內同學。多的時候賣過600多份。這學期學校領導不讓買了，我們就白送。每位同學都參與了賣報、送報的活動。不久就收到了市教育局領導發來的短信“寄來的文學報收到，謝謝！看得出您教的學生都很優秀?！逼鋵嵥恢溃医痰氖瞧胀ò嗟膶W生，學生的文章也是經多次修改才有那個樣子的。廖晨雅的《好學生小可》及我的評語，發表在成都《今日中學生》雜志2007年一二期合刊上。今年4月，美國高中學生來我校交流，我們送給他們文學報，他們高興地收下，每人還寫下了一句熱情洋溢的贊語，說是雖然讀不大懂，但看起來好像是藝術。試想，當一份格調高雅，內容新穎，設計精巧，印制美觀的《天泉文學報》展現在你面前時，你會是什么感覺？至少是眼前一亮吧？如果這份報上登有你用心寫的作品，你又會是什么感覺？難道你不會怦然心動而產生愉悅之情嗎？同學們正是這樣，當他們每次看到自己的作品登在報上時，那種勞而有得，勞而有功的喜悅和幸福之情，真的無法形容。上期報剛印出來，又開始為下期報組稿，同學們生活在期盼和希望之中，文章一篇比一篇寫得好，進取的熱情經久不衰。

搞活動，展示進取能力。有調查顯示，在下列情形下，學生的身心容易進入最佳狀態：當學生有興趣時，自由參與探索與創新時，被鼓舞和被信任能做重要事情時，有更高自我期待時，對教師充滿信任和熱愛時。同時每個人都有長處和短處，我們教師完全沒有必要天天拿著放大鏡去尋找學生的短處，而應滿腔熱忱地去發現學生的長處。為了讓學生的身心長期處于最佳狀態，我有計劃地組織了一些活動，給學生展示才能創造機會，讓他們把自己的長處亮出來：一是長期堅持課前3分鐘演講。由每天的值日生負責，人人都有機會輪到，演講內容不作任何限制，學生準備得相當認真，演講一個比一個精彩。二是作為獎勵，聘請樂于學語文并取得好成績的同學擔任課外讀本輔導員，讓他們扮演教師的角色，他們得到信任，受到鼓舞，刻苦鉆研，認真備課，認真講課，不僅體會到了當老師的艱辛，而且發揮了很好的帶頭作用。三是舉辦詩歌比賽和演講比賽主題班會。由學生自己寫詩歌自己朗誦，自己寫演講稿自己演講，全班同學人人參與寫作，由老師選出好的參加朗誦和演講比賽，由評委評出一二三等獎，比賽結果登在《天泉文學報》上。上學期舉辦過“寬容之心”詩歌比賽，本學期舉辦過“和諧之聲”演講比賽，都是全程錄相，賽后刻成光盤，發到參賽者手中，同

學們積極性很高。四是舉辦學習方法交流會。讓在考試中取得優異成績，或學習進步大的同學與全班同學交流。這種活動，一年中舉辦了4次，多數同學都掌握了一套適合自己的學習方法。五是積極參加學校和年級組組織的各種活動。去年參加年級組舉辦的慶祝紅軍長征勝利70周年歌詠比賽，由于放錄音帶時出現失誤，沒能獲獎，大家感受到了失敗的沮喪。我便對他們進行“細節決定成敗”的教育，并鼓勵大家在以后的活動中好好表現。今年五月，年級組舉辦禮儀大賽，一個平常表現不太好的同學主動請纓，自編情景劇，同學們團結一心，精心排練，結果全年級10個隊參賽，我班取得了第3名的好成績。此外，我還積極鼓勵同學們到學校各大組織參加競選竟聘，結果余秋韻被聘為校團委組織部長，鄧任美希被聘為校園電視臺英語主播，張迪杰被聘為學生會體育部長、校園電視臺漢語主播，一年來，他們都工作得很出色，張迪杰被評為校學生會優秀干部，校園電視臺先進工作者。張迪杰還成功地主持了學?？苿撍囆g節的開幕式、禮儀大賽、綜合場演出。各種活動為不同興趣和愛好的學生展示才能，取得成功，創造了條件。

評先進，激勵進取精神。根據《高一（10）班表彰獎勵辦法》，每學期結束前，評出班里的優秀學生干部、三好學生、行為規范最優生、行為規范生、成績優異生、積極上進獎，登在《天泉文學報》上，全班絕大多數同學都能得到表彰。此外，凡是學校要求我班上報的先進，我們都特別重視，并根據條件，本著公開公平公正的原則，全班同學無記名投票選舉，本學期我班就有13位同學受到學校表彰，其中還有1人被評為市直屬三好學生。學生進入高一后，有的學習跟不上，雖經努力仍不能取得好成績，進取精神嚴重受挫，以至于破罐子破摔。較大面積地表彰先進，不僅及時肯定了成績，宏揚了正氣，而且有利于學生加強自我約束，增強自信心，健康向上，從而有效地激勵了學生的進取精神。

調心態，從教師做起。積極進取，是一種良好的心態。心態決定成敗。然而“教育意味著一棵樹動搖另一棵樹，一朵云推動另一朵云，一個靈魂喚醒另一靈魂?！保ǖ聡睦韺W家和教育家雅斯貝爾斯語）要學生調整心態，從而保持積極進取的心態，養成健全的人格，我們教師必須首先調整好心態，控制好情緒，保持一顆進取心，用我們教師的進取心去“動搖”、“推動”、“喚醒”學生，去感染和影響學生。有專家通過個案分析指出，三分之二成年人的心理疾病產生于中小學時期，而中學生心理疾病多源于教師，對此我們應予以足夠重視?，F代化生活日益緊張繁忙，面對激烈競爭和嚴峻挑戰，教師極易產生心理疾病，心態也易變壞。這將導致不適當的教育行為，從而對學生產生不良影響。在十屆人大三次會議上，山東魯南制藥廠總裁提出給教師減負，這可能難以落實。但我們教師自己要調整心態，使之始終處于積極樂觀﹑平和穩定的狀態，以旺盛的精力，豐富的感情，健康的情緒，投入

教育教學工作，創設一個有利于學生積極進取的環境。

一年來，學校德育處一共搞了7次班風班貌評比，我所帶的班獲得6次“班風班貌優勝集體”稱號；在學校田徑運動會上，我所帶的班獲得“精神文明獎”；在學?？苿撍囆g節的禮儀大賽中，我們班代表隊取得了第3名的好成績。我所教學生全年的語文成績，用“分段賦值法”處理后，在全年級10個班中名列第二。在教育教學工作中，我也有些收獲：學校德育處對我的班主任工作進行考核，成績名列年級第二；我寫的《我教學生辦文學報》（約5000字）發表在北京首都師大主辦的《教育藝術》雜志2006年11期；我寫的《關于高一新生“心理斷乳”問題的初步認識》（約5000字），發表在上?！督逃l展研究》2007年第3期；我寫的《關于激發高中學生學習需要的嘗試》（約5000字）一文，參加成都市中小學心理健康教育優秀論文評選，于2007年3月獲市級二等獎。有誰能說得清楚，這究竟是我影響了學生呢，還是學生影響了我？

觀看了希望之星小學組總決賽十進六這場比賽，有以下幾點感受想與大家分享：

第一，學習英語的重點應該是能夠將自己的思想表達清楚。必須承認，我國是很重視英語教育的，而且英語教育在當今社會也是很必要的。但是在我國應試教育的整體框架下，我們的學生學習英語，大多都是床上游泳，真的到水里時，還是一樣會溺水，因為我們只是學習了理論。不管我們學習了多少理論，沒有實踐的英語教育一直使我們停留在行動的矮子上無法再長高。英語是一種語言，是用來進行交流的工具，即使我們選擇再多的A、B、C、D，我們還是無法學會用英語來表達自己。而貝諾的教學就克服了這一致命的英語學習的弱點。貝諾所創設的全英文全外教的教學環境使學生在國內有機會與外國人面對面交流，聽純正的英語，學純正的發音。
