透視昨天，工作的風風雨雨時時在眼前隱現，但我們卻必須面對現實，不僅僅要能做的到工作時埋下頭去忘我地工作，還要能在回過頭的時候，對工作的每一個細節進行檢查核對，對工作的經驗進行總結分析，從怎樣節約時間，如何提高效率，盡量使工作程序化、系統化、條理化、流水化！從而在百尺桿頭，更進一步，達到新層次，進入新境界，創新為了更好地做好今后的工作，總結經驗、吸取教訓，必將有利于自己的前行。

回首過去，是為了更好地面向未來。為了總結經驗，發揚成績，克服不足，現將XX年的工作做如下簡要回顧和總結：

一、回首XX1、我們正生活在服務經濟時代。服務已滲透到生活中的諸多細節，每個人既是享受服務的“客戶”，又是為“客戶”提供服務的個體。正因如此，我們的工作也應該更完善以為生產服務為中心，來為生產提供更快捷、高效、優質的服務。實實在在做人做事,是我們秉承的理念，盡我們的全力去滿足每一個生產細節的要求.確保了XX年生產旺季瓶箱供應，順利完成了生產任務.2、能嚴格執行公司倉庫保管制度，防止收發瓶箱差錯出現。入庫及登帳，檢驗不合要求瓶源不準入庫；做到以公司利益為重，愛護公司財產，不監守自盜。

3、合理安排瓶箱在倉庫內的存放次序。按產品種類、規格、等級分區堆碼，不得混和亂堆，隨著成套瓶區和回退瓶區堆位劃線完工,使各堆位擺放比以前更加整齊, 保持庫區的整潔簡潔。

4、積極配合財務部和采購部。負責定期對倉庫產品盤點清倉，做到帳、物、卡三者相符。能真正掌握材料的進、出、存的工作流程，同時也真正做到了物盡其用，人盡其才的作用。

積極配合財務部門做好倉庫庫存的盤點工作，保證庫存報表的每天上交時間和數據的準確性,真實性。

5、XX年塑箱損壞嚴重,塑箱的管理權限在瓶箱庫,可是使用塑箱的是(瓶箱庫,包裝車間,成品庫).其中大部損壞應該是瓶箱庫叉車司機供箱在通道推擠壞,倒一次瓶至少損壞7━10個塑箱,包裝車間在卸垛是摔壞塑箱,塑箱卡在鏈道上,包裝車間的員工是用棍打塑箱,洗620ml瓶時碼垛機亂碼時把塑箱擠壞,成品庫轉運塑箱瓶時損壞一些.瓶箱庫缺少對塑箱使用的監管.每天的工作中都有很多問題發生，我們有必要做到要善于發現問題，把握問題，并在第一時間去解決，來提升自身的業務能力。

二、展望XX

在恪守以往取得的成績和好的工作方法外，爭取在XX年能改善去年的不足，使工作再上一個新的臺階，特在此列出如下的倉庫XX年工作計劃和工作目標：

1、加強日常管理工作。
