來到公司大約半年了，公司里的人對我都很好。我衷心感謝徐總以及各位同事對我的照顧與錯愛，在這半年里，我學到了很多以前從未接觸過的知識，開闊了視野，鍛煉了能力。而今，我決定離開，也許這樣會好一些。

因為諸多原因，我決定參加2007.1的研究生考試，以為工作兩年再去讀研是一個好的決定。如果我現在不辭職，我就是在公司里尸位素餐兩年，因為在兩年時間里，我不可能為公司做多少貢獻。我也許能大致經歷、學習這個工程建設的某些方面，可這只是對我有好處，只會使我欠公司更多的情。考慮到公司在人員安排上的合理性，本著對公司負責的態度，為了不讓公司因我而造成決策的失誤，我鄭重向公司提出辭職。

因為有想考中山大學的研究生，前幾天一位老鄉告訴我中大招一名熱工的本科生做實驗助理。這對我而言是一個很好的機會，學校的氛圍肯定更加適合準備考研，我在1.4已經把我的相關資料寄過去了。我希望盡快解除與公司的勞動關系，可以安心地輕輕離開。也許我該提前一個月給您遞呈辭職報告，好在我手頭的工作不多，一個星期足以交接干凈。我原本打算1.16開始我的二十余天的探親假，現在我希望所有該處理的事情都在

1.13（周五）前處理妥當。馬上就要離開公司了，在這最后的一段時間里，我會做好所有的交接工作，正常上班，靜心等待您的答復、處理。

離開這個公司，我滿含著愧疚、遺憾。我愧對公司上下對我的期望，愧對各位對我的關心和愛護。遺憾我不能經歷工業園的發展與以后的輝煌，不能分享你們的甘苦，不能聆聽各位的教誨，也遺憾我什么都沒能留下來。我將就這樣悄悄地離開，結束我的這第一份工作。
