很忙,沒時間運動,怎么辦呢?聰明的中國人最相信吃了,各種保健品滿天飛,各種養生秘方充斥在微博、微信朋友圈,吃什么補什么,好像身體的任何問題都可以吃相應的動物、植物器官來解決。老王不反對平時合理的補充一些必要的營養素如綜合維生素片,但是把食物神話,包治百病,甚至療效超過藥物,我認為確實過了。

更有一些針對懶人的按摩儀,號稱放在肚子上抖啊抖就能抖掉啤酒肚、游泳圈,抖出八塊腹肌。但是這不科學啊!按摩儀在那邊抖消耗的是電能,能量守恒定律知道嗎?和你身上的脂肪有毛關系啊,頂多讓你家電表多走幾度電,真能抖出腹肌,愛因斯坦也能氣得活過來吧。

1、晨跑、晨練

估計看到這幾個字,又有很多人要說“我早上起不來”。這個,老王真的沒辦法把你從被窩里拽出來。

為什么是晨跑,而不是夜跑?因為早晨的時間比晚上的時間更加可控。一天中最容易擠出的時間是清晨,沒那么多事讓你分心,可以使你更加專注執行自己的鍛煉計劃。晚上的時間,你有可能會加班,有可能會出去應酬,有可能有聚會??所以即使你有一個很完美的鍛煉計劃,如果經常會被這些意外打斷,那就永遠無法執行到位。而早晨的時間則完全是自己的,即使你或你的上司是工作狂,應該也不會有太多的事情會要你在大清早去完成。

但是實際操作起來的難點還是在早起。晨跑或晨練那就必須早起,早起就必須早睡,這個道理人人都知道,能做到的人很少。我以前也是一個早上起不來的人,所以一開始跑步,我都是夜跑,但后來發現夜跑經常被一些瑣事干擾,于是想著改為晨跑。開始幾次確實比較痛苦,效率也很低,慢慢也總結出一些經驗:1.我個人的情況,一般睡眠6個小時基本不會影響白天的工作,所以如果第二天打算5點起床晨跑,那就必須在23點之前睡覺。偶爾因為晨跑導致睡眠不足,可以在中午補一覺,對于提升下午的精神很有幫助。

2.如果打算晨跑,我會在晚上就準備好所有第二天早晨要用的衣服、褲子、襪子、帽子、腰包、跑鞋等裝備和必要的食物,這樣可以節省晨間寶貴的時間,也就是你可以多睡一會會,而不至于手忙腳忙。

3.有條件的話可以自己單獨睡,定時一個鬧鐘,這樣也不會影響家人的休息。

4.晨跑之前的一個晚上,一般不要服用安眠、鎮定的藥物。洗個熱水澡有助于晚上順利入眠,睡前最好不要看手機、玩游戲,以免不知不覺拖后入睡時間。

5.起床后,可以馬上發個朋友圈或微博,當朋友們熱情點贊的時候,你會發現早起一件多么有成就感的事情。

6.如果能約上朋友一起晨練或晨跑,那是再好不過了,互相的監督牽制往往讓計劃更能執行到位。

對于吃,我們解決兩個問題:

首先是:吃什么?我建議的原則是:低脂、適量碳水、適量蛋白質。

1、低脂:對于脂肪類的食品,如油炸類、各種高脂肪糕點要盡可能減少攝入。

2、適量碳水:米飯、面包括糖分要適量攝入,因為中國人的主食是以碳水為主,所以也要適當控制碳水的攝入,適量夠用就好。甜食也不要吃太多。

3、保證蛋白質的攝入:普通人每公斤體重大約需要0.8 克蛋白質,運動人士這個標準要再挑高。奶制品、雞蛋、牛肉等都是優質蛋白質的來源,同時要多吃新鮮的水果和蔬菜。

為什么要這么吃呢?因為脂肪吃下去,只要沒有消耗掉,就直接變成脂肪;碳水包括糖分吃下去,只要沒消耗掉,最終也變成脂肪;蛋白質雖然也能轉化為脂肪,但優先級別最低,轉化過程也比較復雜,而且蛋白質是合成肌肉的必需原料,對身體健康非常重要,所以一定要保證攝入。

當然,每一種營養素都是身體健康的要素,所以一方面不要大吃大喝,同時也要注意各種營養素攝入的比例,減少不必要的脂肪堆積。做菜盡量選擇健康的做法,不要老是盯著烤串、炸雞翅、炸薯條。
