去超市做導(dǎo)購，看上去沒有任何技術(shù)含量，其實是積累“終端銷售經(jīng)驗”的過程。我現(xiàn)在從事營銷咨詢行業(yè)，做得越久，越明白市場一線實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗的重要。一次我和做過導(dǎo)購的朋友一起逛街，買化妝品的時候，她硬是幫我跟導(dǎo)購要了兩份贈品，贈品的價值甚至超過了我的購買金額。我觀察了整個過程，我的朋友只說了關(guān)鍵的兩句話。一句是“大家都是學(xué)生”，這樣一下子拉近了與同為學(xué)生的導(dǎo)購員的距離，繼而彼此迅速熟絡(luò)，這是我那朋友在做賣場導(dǎo)購時學(xué)到的銷售技巧。另一句是“可以給的，我也干過導(dǎo)購”，表明她知道導(dǎo)購的權(quán)限尺度在哪里，讓對方不要再拿“公司規(guī)定”作為拒絕多送贈品的理由。
