引言

隨著幼兒教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,人們?cè)絹碓角宄恼J(rèn)識(shí)到幼兒教育的重要性。然而大多數(shù)人們都把關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)放到城市,卻忽視了農(nóng)村的幼兒教育,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村幼兒教育相對(duì)滯后。這就要求我們應(yīng)該更多的來關(guān)注和關(guān)心農(nóng)村的幼兒,讓他們能有一個(gè)好的、正規(guī)的開始。在2009年的暑假期間,我曾在宿州蒿溝鎮(zhèn)的幾家農(nóng)村幼兒園進(jìn)行了實(shí)地的調(diào)查,并且著重去了育鷹雙語幼兒園。通過兩個(gè)月的調(diào)查我發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然農(nóng)村的大自然社會(huì)環(huán)境為幼兒教育提供了豐富的素材,但是很多幼兒班都盲目的運(yùn)用一些教育內(nèi)容和方法,未能根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r選擇教育內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)方案,組織教育活動(dòng)。針對(duì)上述情況,我在農(nóng)村幼兒園教學(xué)方面總結(jié)了以下的問題和建議。農(nóng)村幼兒園教學(xué)方面存在的問題 2.1 教學(xué)目標(biāo)單一

農(nóng)村幼兒園教育中存在著教師只為傳授知識(shí)而傳授,幼兒只為學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)而學(xué)的現(xiàn)象。于是,讓幼兒學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí)成為了農(nóng)村幼兒園教學(xué)的唯一目標(biāo)。

農(nóng)村幼兒園在制定學(xué)期教學(xué)目標(biāo)的時(shí)候只規(guī)定了各門課的進(jìn)度要求,忽視了德、志、體、美、勞的全面發(fā)展。根據(jù)我在育鷹雙語幼兒園的觀察,這個(gè)學(xué)校整個(gè)學(xué)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo)主要是針對(duì)語言、數(shù)學(xué)、英語,而美術(shù)、體育、社會(huì)科學(xué)等課程則根本沒有教學(xué)目標(biāo)。這種做法不僅讓孩子學(xué)的單調(diào)、乏味,更使孩子不能得到全面發(fā)展,對(duì)幼兒的成長(zhǎng)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生不良的影響。

雖然幼兒園制定了學(xué)期教學(xué)目標(biāo),但是由教師準(zhǔn)備的單元教學(xué)計(jì)劃卻沒有很好的落實(shí)下來,可以說是沒有明確的單元教學(xué)計(jì)劃。這些單元教學(xué)計(jì)劃基本上都是老師在腦子中想想就行了,而且僅限于把某些知識(shí)教會(huì),卻忽視了日常的保育以及游戲。我曾和一位農(nóng)村幼兒老師交流過,問她平時(shí)都有怎樣的教學(xué)目標(biāo),這位老師卻回答:“能有什么目標(biāo)啊,讓孩子學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí)不就行了?!笨梢?,教會(huì)幼兒知識(shí)已成為農(nóng)村幼兒教師心目中唯一的教學(xué)目標(biāo),而培養(yǎng)幼兒的行為習(xí)慣、技能則受不到教師的重視,甚至是忽視。

2.2 教學(xué)內(nèi)容“小學(xué)化”

幼兒教學(xué)內(nèi)容的“小學(xué)化”是指直接向幼兒教授小學(xué)才應(yīng)接受的知識(shí),重視單純知識(shí)灌輸,輕視智力的開發(fā)和能力的培養(yǎng),使學(xué)前教育完全“小學(xué)化”。這種教育違背了由幼兒生理發(fā)展特征所決定的學(xué)習(xí)心理特征,對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)信心會(huì)產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響。

教學(xué)內(nèi)容的“小學(xué)化”主要體現(xiàn)在注重教授幼兒一些死記硬背的東西,如:識(shí)字、古詩、算術(shù)、英語等。而忽視了音樂、美術(shù)、體育等能夠開發(fā)智力,鍛煉身體的課程。比如教幼兒數(shù)學(xué),教師選擇的內(nèi)容沒有從兒童實(shí)際的接受能力出發(fā),而是主觀的向幼兒灌輸小學(xué)的數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)。甚至在小班就開始學(xué)加減法,布置作業(yè),全然不顧幼兒是否理解,只要記住就行,這是對(duì)幼兒心理和生理的嚴(yán)重傷害。再如背古詩,一些農(nóng)村幼兒園教幼兒背誦古詩卻根本不給幼兒解釋意思,只是單純的把小學(xué)的一些古詩拿過來一句一句重復(fù),機(jī)械的教給幼兒。孩子們雖然會(huì)背了,但是對(duì)這樣的內(nèi)容卻完全不能消化,這樣只能加重他們的負(fù)擔(dān),不能讓他們學(xué)到任何屬于自己的知識(shí)。

總之,從以上的例子我們可以了解到家長(zhǎng)的渴望和幼兒園的自身利益導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)村幼兒園教學(xué)內(nèi)容的“小學(xué)化”非常嚴(yán)重。現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)村幼兒教育“小學(xué)化”現(xiàn)象,不利于幼兒的身心健康發(fā)展,不利于幼兒智力的開發(fā)和全面發(fā)展。

2.3 教學(xué)方法單調(diào)且盲目照搬

農(nóng)村幼兒園主要采取的是“灌輸式教學(xué)”的教學(xué)方法。即老師講、幼兒聽,老師問、幼兒答,老師演示、幼兒看的“注入式”方式。教師忽視幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,甚至過高估計(jì)幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)能力。不管幼兒是否能消化,硬往幼兒的小腦子里灌死知識(shí),造成幼兒的被動(dòng)接受,而不是根據(jù)幼兒的年齡特點(diǎn),多采用一些喜愛的,豐富多彩的教學(xué)方法。比如教幼兒認(rèn)識(shí)ā、ō、ē,教師就直接在黑板上寫出這三個(gè)拼音,然后教師念,讓幼兒重復(fù),直到幼兒記住后再開始提問。這種“灌入式”的教學(xué)方法是農(nóng)村幼兒園的一種普遍的教學(xué)模式,不管是學(xué)習(xí)什么,甚至是美術(shù)課也是教師手把手操作來讓幼兒完成。這種單一的教學(xué)方法,造成了課堂氣氛的不活躍,并且激發(fā)不起幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和求知欲望。

農(nóng)村幼兒園在運(yùn)用單一教學(xué)方法的同時(shí)也到城市幼兒園進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),但是他們卻盲目的照搬城市的教學(xué)方法,并且互相效仿,不懂得融會(huì)變通。教師到城里幼兒園聽課,然后按照聽課的教案,利用本班幼兒模擬教學(xué),并推廣給其他教師,其他教師再去效仿。但是這種學(xué)習(xí)也只是片面的,從而導(dǎo)致了一個(gè)幼兒園的教學(xué)方法可能都一樣,教學(xué)方法的單調(diào)程度可想而知。我在蒿溝鎮(zhèn)就遇到過這樣一家私人開辦的幼兒園,這個(gè)幼兒園的所有班級(jí)都把兒童關(guān)在一個(gè)固定的空間,讓兒童看書寫字,看動(dòng)畫片,然后吃飯、睡覺,再看動(dòng)畫片。于是這些幼兒班就完全成了變相的托兒所。在與這里的教師溝通過后我才明白,原來是有幾位教師去城里的幼兒園聽課,卻把托班的一些教學(xué)方法給學(xué)來了,并且在幼兒園普遍實(shí)行開來??梢?,農(nóng)村的信息閉塞導(dǎo)致了幼兒園不能及時(shí)和外界溝通,而只能采取單調(diào)的教學(xué)方法。

2.4 操作材料缺乏

農(nóng)村是一個(gè)物產(chǎn)豐富的地方,各種天然的材料都很多。但是在幼兒園中卻很少提供給幼兒材料讓孩子們動(dòng)手操作,最多也就是買一些簡(jiǎn)單的玩具供幼兒玩耍。這種操作材料缺乏的情況不利于幼兒智力和創(chuàng)造力的開發(fā)。在晨間接待的時(shí)候我進(jìn)入了一家農(nóng)村幼兒園,一進(jìn)去只能看見一兩個(gè)滑滑梯式的大型玩具放在院子的角落里,而院子的其他地方就什么也沒有了。進(jìn)入教室,幼兒就在那傻傻的坐在凳子上,也沒有什么給幼兒玩,大多數(shù)孩子都在哪無聊的東張西望。在上課的過程中,由于農(nóng)村幼兒園對(duì)操作材料在教學(xué)中所起作用的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,加上怕麻煩等原因,教學(xué)中老是幾套操作材料反復(fù)使用,有時(shí)只是老師操作而幼兒只是在下面看。以上情況都說明了在農(nóng)村幼兒園中可以供幼兒實(shí)際操作的材料非常缺乏,陳舊單調(diào)的操作材料,極易使幼兒產(chǎn)生厭倦情緒,影響孩子上幼兒園的積極性。

促進(jìn)農(nóng)村幼兒園教學(xué)發(fā)展的策略

3.1 樹立保育與教育相結(jié)合、全面發(fā)展的教學(xué)目標(biāo)

《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要》中指出,幼兒園教育貫徹國家的教育方針,堅(jiān)持保育與教育相結(jié)合的原則,對(duì)幼兒實(shí)施體、智、德、美諸方面全面發(fā)展的教育,全面落實(shí)《幼兒園工作規(guī)程》中所提出的保育教育目標(biāo)?!毒V要》中提出的教育目標(biāo),不僅是針對(duì)城市幼兒園,更要在農(nóng)村幼兒園切實(shí)的貫徹落實(shí)下來,這就要求我們:

3.1.1 各個(gè)農(nóng)村幼兒園必須要有整體的教學(xué)目標(biāo) 在新學(xué)期來臨之前,每所農(nóng)村幼兒園都要根據(jù)本園的情況,并針對(duì)健康、語言、社會(huì)、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)五大領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容做出詳細(xì)的教學(xué)目標(biāo),并把這些教學(xué)目標(biāo)貫徹落實(shí)到老師的行動(dòng)中去。

3.1.2 教師自身要制定出合理的教學(xué)目標(biāo)

制定合理的教學(xué)目標(biāo)就是教師不能盲目的、敷衍性的制定教學(xué)目標(biāo),而是應(yīng)該根據(jù)幼兒的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)來制定教學(xué)目標(biāo),并且要注重教育與保育相結(jié)合。各個(gè)幼兒園也應(yīng)該定時(shí)對(duì)每位教師制定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢查和監(jiān)督,不能是教學(xué)目標(biāo)流于表面,而要真正融入到幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中去。

3.2 改變教學(xué)內(nèi)容的小學(xué)化,需要幼兒園、家庭、社會(huì)的共同努力

幼兒園需要改變教學(xué)內(nèi)容的小學(xué)化傾向,與家庭、社會(huì)的共同努力。

3.2.1 農(nóng)村幼兒教師要提高自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),要樹立正確的教育觀念

教師應(yīng)該按照幼兒身心發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和幼兒園教育的規(guī)律,選擇切合本地農(nóng)村幼兒的教育內(nèi)容。同時(shí),還應(yīng)改變教師的消極思想,調(diào)動(dòng)起工作積極性,充分發(fā)揮她們的聰明才智,充分利用本地豐富的鄉(xiāng)土資源,豐富農(nóng)村幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。

3.2.2 提高家長(zhǎng)的文化素質(zhì),更新教育觀念

由于很多農(nóng)村家長(zhǎng)的知識(shí)水平偏低,而且對(duì)自己孩子的期望值偏高,那么在教育上就會(huì)給幼兒背上沉重的包袱。因此,我們可以利用家長(zhǎng)會(huì)、家訪等形式向家長(zhǎng)廣泛宣傳幼兒的身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)以及早期幼兒教育的正確內(nèi)涵,讓家長(zhǎng)采取合理的教育方法,形成合理的子女教育期望,最終達(dá)到減輕幼兒學(xué)習(xí)壓力的目的。

3.2.3 改革國家的入學(xué)選拔制度

國家應(yīng)改革中小學(xué)的選拔制度,全面推行素質(zhì)教育,淡化中小學(xué)考試競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),減輕教育系統(tǒng)給學(xué)前教育帶來的壓力,使農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育事業(yè)沿著氣自身的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)發(fā)展。

3.3 運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方法,進(jìn)行適合幼兒特性的教育

由于農(nóng)村自身擁有的教學(xué)方法落后,在學(xué)習(xí)城市的教學(xué)方法時(shí)有存在盲目性。所以在分析了農(nóng)村的特點(diǎn)后,我總結(jié)了以下幾種教學(xué)方法可供農(nóng)村幼兒園使用。

3.3.1 游戲化教學(xué)法

游戲是幼兒的天性,幼兒游戲蘊(yùn)藏著幼兒發(fā)展的需要和教育的契機(jī)。因此,圍繞幼兒的興趣特點(diǎn),結(jié)合農(nóng)村的周圍環(huán)境和材料,精心組織各種游戲,創(chuàng)設(shè)合理游戲情境,嘗試各種各樣的角色游戲,不僅可以寓教于樂,而且可以使幼兒高興的學(xué)。

3.3.2 生活化教學(xué)法

“教育即生活”是杜威的一個(gè)重要的學(xué)前教育思想,即最好的教育就是在生活中學(xué),教育是生活的過程,教育的目的就是教學(xué)生適應(yīng)眼前的生活。因此,對(duì)于幼兒來說,幼兒的生活應(yīng)從生活入手,在解決身邊的一些實(shí)際問題的同時(shí)學(xué)到更多的知識(shí)。

3.3.3體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)法

體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)法同樣包含了杜威“從做中學(xué)”的學(xué)前教育思想,即教育不是教給兒童既有的科學(xué)知識(shí),而是讓兒童在活動(dòng)中獲得經(jīng)驗(yàn)。體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)法注重親力親為,動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦,學(xué)以致用,創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,讓幼兒在各種形式的探究活動(dòng)中,充分發(fā)揮自主學(xué)習(xí)精神,得到內(nèi)心的體驗(yàn)和感悟。

3.4 因地制宜,就地取材,為幼兒提供豐富的操作材料

幼兒園需要因地制宜,就地取材,為幼兒提供豐富的操作材料。

3.4.1 就地取材,提供豐富的戶外活動(dòng)器具

因?yàn)樵S多農(nóng)村幼兒園缺乏資金,使得農(nóng)村幼兒園缺少像城市幼兒園里的那種大型游戲器具。但是,農(nóng)村幼兒園可以利用農(nóng)村資源制作出一些游戲活動(dòng)的器具。如,竹子做成高蹺,用梯子搭成小路,用稻草當(dāng)成小山等等開展許多豐富多彩的游戲活動(dòng),讓孩子們?cè)谕嫠V信囵B(yǎng)了爬、鉆、平衡、堆積的能力。

3.4.2 為幼兒提供豐富的室內(nèi)操做材料

教師和幼兒可以共同收集在農(nóng)村隨處可見的,衛(wèi)生、安全、適宜、無污染的材料用于操作和游戲。如,石頭、樹葉、草、竹、種子等。同時(shí)我們可以收集一些幼兒感興趣的自然物,然后再教室里布置成自然角。這樣可以引發(fā)幼兒主動(dòng)的去嘗試、操作的興趣,改變現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村幼兒枯燥的課余生活。

3.4.3 利用自然資源,進(jìn)行形式多樣、趣味性強(qiáng)的教學(xué)操作活動(dòng)

農(nóng)村幼兒園應(yīng)改變教師操作、幼兒看的教學(xué)現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)從重講解演示法轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹赜變簞?dòng)手操作。教師在教學(xué)的過程中,可以根據(jù)課本再利用上農(nóng)村的一些自然物,如各種谷類、豆類、花草等,使幼兒每人都有操作的材料,真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)在做種玩、玩中學(xué)。

綜上所述,發(fā)展農(nóng)村地區(qū)的幼兒教育,必須“以窮治窮”,依靠當(dāng)?shù)氐淖匀毁Y源,艱苦奮斗;以農(nóng)村的廣闊天地為課堂,以大自然、大社會(huì)為教育內(nèi)容和教材,做到農(nóng)村化、地方化;結(jié)合幼兒身心發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),開展多種生動(dòng)活潑的游戲和活動(dòng),做到幼教化、學(xué)前化,努力探索出一條具有農(nóng)村特色的幼兒教育新路子。
