學習2011版《義務教育數學課程標準》心得體會
在今年暑假我全面完整地學習了新課標,讓我受益匪淺。使我進一步認識到2011版數學課程標準從基本理念、課程目標、內容標準到實施建議都更加準確、規范、明了和全面。為我深刻領會數學新課改精神,有效的進行數學教學改革指明了新的方向。下面就談一談這次學習新課標的幾點體會:
一、教學中教師要面向全體靈活選擇教法
新課程標準的五大基本理念之一是“人人都能獲得良好的數學教育,不同的人在數學上得到不同的發展”。在教學過程中我們要面向全體學生,關注并促進每一位學生的發展,尤其是那些學習上暫時有困難的學生,同樣應給予足夠的重視,而非岐視,要因材施教,因勢利導,通過多種途徑和方法,滿足他們的學習需求,發展他們的數學才能。教材中設計了不少如“思考”、“探索”、“討論”、“觀察”、“試一試”、“做一做”等問題,教師可根據實際情況組織學生小組合作學習,在小組成員的安排上優、中、差各級知識水平學生要合理搭配,以優等生的思維方式來啟迪差生,以優等生的學習熱情來感染差生。在讓學生獨立思考時,要盡量多留一些時間,不能讓優等生的回答剝奪差生的思考。對于數學成績較好的學生,教師也可另外選擇一些較靈活的問題讓他們思考、探究,以擴大學生的知識面,提高數學成績。
因此教師要深入、全面地學習課程標準,理解課程標準的精神實質,掌握課程標準的思想內涵,通曉課程標準的整體要求,才能目的明確、方向集中地鉆研教材,具體、準確地把握教材的重點、難點,創造性地設計教學過程,分散難點、突破疑點,從而得心應手地駕弩教材,靈活自如地選擇教法。
二、教學中教師要正確把握自己的角色定位。
在新的課程標準的理念中談到:數學活動是師生積極參與、交往互動、共同發展的過程。有效的教學活動室學生學與教師教的統一,學生是學習的主體,教師是學習的組織者、引導者與合作者。數學教學應該以學生的認知發展水平和已有的經驗為基礎面向全體學生注重啟發式和因材施教。教師要創設有助于學生自主學習的問題情境,給學生足夠的時間和空間經歷觀察、實驗、猜測、計算、推理、驗證等活動過程,讓學生獲得知識,形成技能,發展思維,學會學習,促使學生在教師指導下的生動活潑地、主動地、富有個性地學習。要善于激發學生的學習潛能,鼓勵學生大膽創新與實踐。它實際上是一種探究性的學習,教師是探究性學習的組織者,在學習中對學生提供經驗和幫助,做好組織協調工作。教師要想方設法開闊學生的視野,啟發學生的思維,要善于發現學生思維的閃光點,適當地給予一些建議,老師要向學生提供經驗,幫助他們進行判斷、檢查自己想法的正確性,提醒他們注意探究中可能出現的問題和困難,要深思熟慮地、周全地統籌學生活動。教學中可讓學生充分討論,在這個過程中,學生思維會變得開闊,富有獨特性和創造性,同時也提高了他們的認識水平和口頭表達能力,逐步由過去的“學會”向“會學”轉變。例如《三角形的面積》這節課我就采用了先猜想~論證~歸納教學過程。這樣讓學生在探究中獲得知識,發展思維,培養合作精神,教師在這個過程中是一個組織者、引導者和合作者。
三、教學中教師要進行多元化的評價讓學生體驗成功
新課標指出:“要關注學生學習的結果,也要重視他們的學習過程;要關注學生數學學習的水平,也要關注他們數學活動中所表現出來的情感與態度,幫助學生認識自我,建立信心。”這就要求我們教師對學生的評價要全面、多元,多用激勵性評語。要多一些寬容,少一些指責,允許學生犯錯。我們必須清楚地認識到:每個學生的基礎是有差異的,學習數學的進程也會有差別,如果用同一個標準去衡量評價學生的學習,必然要制造出許多的失敗者。
因此,評價要因人而異,不要用“同一把尺”,要注重評價個體在原有基礎上的進步,幫其樹立學好數學的信心。“興趣是最好的老師。”只要我們時時刻刻把學生放在首位,努力充實自己,讓學生愛學、樂學,必定會獲得教學上的進步。
在新課標的學習與實踐之中,新理念、新思路、新方法不斷沖擊著站在課改浪尖上的教師們。我們曾經困惑,不知所措,但通過學習,我們又會新的姿態站在教育前沿。無論遇到多大的艱難險阻,我們緊跟著新課標、新理念,才不會迷失自己的方向,切實為學生的全面發展服務。

用兩句話來概括2011版課程標準和原課標的區別:重思考輕知識,重興趣輕數量。
2011版語文義務教育課程標準中小學低段和中段都減少了識字寫字的數量,并且在中段加入了獨立識字能力的要求。這就是說:低段識字量減少,而對學生思考漢字規律,獨立識字能力的要求有所側重。漢語是獨一無二的音義結合體的語言,除了具有其他語言都有的符號性,而且還有其漢字產生初期的圖畫性,可以說漢字起源于圖畫。去年有幸聽了“千課萬人”,其中一堂識字寫字課別開生面,這位老師從漢字的構成法方面很好地解讀了文字的結構和意義的聯系。讓孩子學得有趣,并且有規律性的東西,可以讓孩子去掌握。想象一下,每個漢字都有他的淵源,如果追溯到漢字的源頭,用奇妙的圖畫來展示,那是不是很有趣呢?相信,經過這樣的厚積薄發,雖然在低中段孩子識字少了,但是具備了識字寫字能力,有足夠的識字寫字興趣和愿望的孩子,他熱愛母語,并且掌握了一定的方法,那么就有可能成為一個自主識字的人。
對于寫作的要求,刪掉了“40分鐘內完成不少于400字的習作”的要求,而且新增了要評價學生的寫話興趣,能夠文從字順地表達自己的觀點,并且能夠讀寫結合。還特別強調孩子的寫作習慣的培養。更加人性化、符合教育的規律了。之前就有老師提出,規定3年級剛剛接觸寫話的孩子在短時間內寫成成篇的作文是有難度的,質量不好,也容易打擊孩子的寫作興趣。新課標不僅更合理,而且還關注孩子的寫字習慣。放眼望去,孩子們的坐姿真的不夠好。小眼鏡多了,孩子的寫作水平不是多寫才能培養,還要讓他們會寫。怎么辦呢?要培養孩子的閱讀興趣。關于閱讀興趣,應該是孩子的主要語文活動。本組汪海老師就提出閱讀教學要培養孩子的閱讀興趣,其他方面何嘗不是。能夠自己讀書,就可以在鮮貨的語言環境中不斷復現識得的生字,也可以自己主動識字,識字量得到了提升、閱讀量也有了,寫作業可以促進。表達技巧再加以訓練,那么聽說讀寫方面就都會互相促進、齊頭并進了。2011年版的《語文課程標準》較原先更為強調語言文字的重要性,這多少與近年來語文教學中忽視、淡化語言學習影響了學生語文素養提高的“去語言化”現象有一定關系。
因為缺失,故有所需求。這同樣體現在課標對書寫要求的教育中。新課標與原課標中一樣在每個學段的目標中都有對書寫作要求:
第一學段(1~2年級)“養成正確的寫字姿勢和良好的寫字習慣,書寫規范、端正、整潔。”
第二學段(3~4年級)“能使用硬筆熟練地書寫正楷字,做到規范、端正、整潔。用手筆臨摹正楷字帖。”
第三學段(5~6年級)“能用毛筆書寫楷書,在書寫中體會漢字的優美。”
第四學段(7~9年級)“臨摹名家書法,體會書法的審美價值。” 每一學段都有對書寫作專門的要求,足見在基礎教育階段,國家對學生漢字書寫的重視。而2011版課標又在原來的基礎上對書寫要求有所增加:
第三學段(5~6年級)新增“寫字姿勢正確,有良好的書寫習慣。” 第四學段(7~9年級)新增“寫字姿勢正確,有良好的書寫習慣。” 同一個新增要求反復出現在兩個不同的學段,而且這樣的要求似乎應該對初學寫字的低年級學生而言的,現在卻出現在基礎教育的高學段,這其中難道不能說明些什么嗎?
現階段學生的書寫狀況,我敢說初高中的語文教師最有發言權,最深有感觸。書寫能賞心悅目的,如稀世珍寶,可遇而不可求;能書面整潔的,則心滿意足;余下的,能書寫正確已屬萬幸。常說“字如其人”,一個人的字跡即他的形象、名片,如今能拿出這張名片的學生真是少之又少。究其原因,我認為是多方面的。
首先,學校對書寫教育的重視程度不夠。在升學壓力的逼迫下,在對分數的追捧下,不管是小學還是初中,學校把精力和時間都放在了提高分數的教學上,很少關注到與分數沒有多少關系的書寫上,書法課常被占用,特別是到了初中,就更是形同虛設。鋼筆、毛筆等多數成為了學校以外的培訓機構的事,而這本來應該在基礎教育的范疇之內。敢不夸張地這這么說一句,若非個人愛好去學習軟筆書法,有的學生一輩子都不會提起毛筆寫一個字,最終成型的字體都沒有被關注,這書寫時的姿勢、習慣更是無人去問津了。因此,戴眼鏡的更多了,橫七豎八的寫字姿勢多了,字體規范的少了,書寫美觀的稀了,體現漢字魅力的絕了。
其次,書寫意識淡薄了。學生也好,老師也好,家長也好,整個社會也好,幾乎所有人都抱著打印替代書寫的觀念,頂多練好自己的姓名就行了。其余,沒必要、不需要也不可能都自己一筆一畫的卻寫下來。這是浪費時間,out了。既然社會有此心態,自然也就形成了共識和常態。再次,榜樣效應的弱化。沒有條件練習,沒有心態練習,再加上周邊沒有可供模仿的榜樣,學生當然也就沒有被熏染的氛圍,沒有想學好的意識,甚至沒有審美的視角,何談要求自己書寫漂亮?更妄論學習書法了!
漢代揚雄在《法言》中說道:“言,心聲也;書,心畫也。聲畫形,君子小人見矣。”一個人的書寫在一定程度上反映了他的基本素質、個人素養和精神風貌,而一個社會的書寫形態則在很大程度上體現了這個社會在藝術領域和精神層面上的追求,關乎到民從對民族文化的態度。課標既然將書寫教育納入語文教學之中,那么在語文的學習中,每一位語文老師對規范學生的書寫則是責無旁貸的。我們不求能引領學生體會漢字的藝術價值,至少能引導他們工整地書寫每一個漢字,在書寫中達成“培育熱愛祖國語言文字的情感”“激發和培育學生熱愛祖國語文的思想感情”的目標。
