1關于我省高等學校推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入

本科階段學習的暫行辦法

根據《中共中央、國務院關于深化教育改革，全面推進素質教育的決定》、《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要（2010—2020年）》以及全省教育工作會議精神，為了構建與社會主義市場經濟體制和高等教育內在規律相適應、不同類型高等教育相互銜接的教育體制，使部分優秀高職高專畢業生能夠進入普通本科階段學習，特制訂本辦法。

一、舉辦普通專升本教育學校：辦學條件達到國家設置標準的普通本科院校，經省教育廳批準，可按規定的推薦選拔程序和名額招收優秀高職高畢業生進入本科階段學習。

二、具有推薦資格的學校：普通本科院校、高等專科學校、獨立設置的職業技術學院以及承擔普通高職高專招生任務的成人高校。

三、推薦選拔的范圍和條件：凡經統招入學的普通高職高專應屆畢業生，政治思想好，身體健康，成績優秀，取得高校英語應用能力考試和全國高校（江西考區）計算機等級考試合格證書者，經所在學校推薦，可參加選拔考試。

四、推薦選拔程序：考生自愿報考，所在學校按條件進行推薦，省教育廳和招生學校分別組織英語和兩門主要課程考試。招生學校在最低控制分數線以上按專業從高分到低分，擇優確

定入選名單，報省教育廳批準。錄取的考生憑招生學校和省教育廳蓋印的《入選通知書》辦理戶糧遷移手續。

五、學籍和編班：經過考試升入本科階段學習的學生，學籍轉入本科院校，編入本科三年級相同或相近專業學習，也可單獨編班。

六、學費和待遇：進入本科階段學習的學生，按錄取學校所錄專業的學費和住宿費收費標準交納有關費用。“專升本”學生享受統招本科生相同的待遇。各高校要根據國家有關資助困難學生的政策規定，采取獎、貸、助、補、減等措施，幫助困難學生完成學業。學生學習期滿，各科成績合格，由本科院校按照教育部?2002?15號文件要求頒發本科畢業證書（即注明專升本），畢業后自主擇業。

七、監督管理：各有關高校要嚴格按照規定的條件和程序做好推薦選拔工作，堅持公平、公正、公開的原則，嚴格工作程序，嚴明工作紀律，張榜公布推薦名單和入選名單，接受群眾監督，切實保證推薦質量。對于在推薦選拔過程中徇私舞弊、弄虛作假的，無論何時查出，都要進行嚴肅處理，除清退違規入選學生外，還要追究有關人員的責任，并按情節輕重，給予行政處分，對違規學校取消１至３年的推薦或招收專科學生的資格。

八、組織實施：各校的推薦選拔工作在學校行政的領導下，由教學管理部門具體組織實施，監察部門參與監督管理。招生學校和推薦學校要密切協作，認真做好銜接和管理工作，確保教育質量。

本辦法由江西省教育廳解釋。

關于2013年我院推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進

入本科階段學習的通知 各系（部）：

根據江西省教育廳贛教高字〔2013〕25號文件精神，2013年我院推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科階段學習的工作已開始，現將有關事項通知如下：

一、推薦選拔辦法

按照《關于我省高等學校推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科階段學習的暫行辦法》（見附件一），凡符合選拔條件的普通高職高專學生應屆畢業生，可自愿報名，經所在院（部）推薦，參加選拔考試，招生學校按考試總成績從高分到低分擇優錄取。

二、招生計劃、招生學校

2013年全省共選拔4020名優秀普通高職高專應屆畢業生進入本科階段學習，所需招生計劃在今年下達各高校普通本科招生計劃中安排，具體學校招生計劃安排表（見附件二）。

三、選拔考試科目及時間

選拔考試科目為英語和兩門主要基礎課，英語考試由省教育廳統一組織，兩門主要基礎課考試由各招生學校組織。

英語考試時間為6月1日上午，兩門主要基礎課考試時間為6月1日下午和6月2日上午。英語考試內容以教育部《高職高專英語教學基本要求》為依據，考試題型可參考往年全省高校專升本英語考試試卷。兩門主要基礎課考試內容由各招生高校確定。

四、報名工作

報名工作由教務處負責組織、由各系（部）負責實施，考生只能報考一所學校，報名時各院（部）需認真審查考生資格和組織填寫推薦選拔登記表（見附件三）一式二份、收考生個人一寸照片三張，于4月19日前報教務處審核。各系（部）于4月23日至24日以系（部）為單位將考生報名費每人130元交教務處，逾期不予辦理。教務處負責統一上報各相關招生學校。

五、其他事項
