我的教育教學故事

講述教師自己的教育教學故事——我想每個教師肯定有很多。雖沒有那么多的感天泣地的故事情節，但也有印象深刻和意義深長的故事情景。2010年9月，剛剛從學校畢業來到我校成為一名教師，當第一次走進教室時學生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發怒成了我生活中出現得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業這些都會引起我的發怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內容的學生。

其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學習成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學去醫務室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？

無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發覺剛才踏的不

是椅子，而是自己的師傅時，驚慌失措，張口結舌。但師傅并沒有厲聲責備他，只是以平靜的語調說：“夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打動了我，孩子們對老師是寬容的，只要你對他們付出過愛心，那么你曾經對他們的冷言冷語，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應該對學生寬容再寬容一些，蕓蕓眾生，各有所長，各有所短，可能他們經常無法克制自己的言行，無法很好地完成學習任務，不一定有輝煌的未來，可是誰說一個平凡的人就比誰低人一等呢？像故事中的那個老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無聲的教育。雖然書本知識的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學生營造一個寬容的學習環境，在鼓勵學生的人格力量的成長上，個性張揚的發展上，是有利得多的。整體的社會潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時候讓我們教師偏離了方向。

這段故事使我更深的領悟到“愛”是連接師生心靈的橋梁，作為教育活動的主體，我們必須有一顆愛心，只有熱愛學生，設身處地的理解學生，幫助學生，才會從各方面了解清楚學生的情況，才能使學生積極、主動的去接受教育。當然，通過交流也會促使教師更加努力的工作，并從中體會到一種特殊的“幸福”。在教育教學中，我深深的感受到“教育愛”的重要與偉大。

有人說過這樣一句話：老師不經意的一句話，可能會創造一個奇跡；老師不經意的一個眼神，也許會扼殺一個人才。老師習以為常的行為，對學生終身的發展會產生不可估量的影響，所以我們要牢記教書育人，誨人不倦的理念，做一個有愛心、有耐心、有責任心的合格的人民教師

總之，教無定法。任何一種方法，只要我們使用得當，都會有好的效果。如果我們在專業教學的情景創設中注意了這些問題，相信會給我們的教學帶來更多的實效，給我們的課堂帶來更多的生氣。篇二：英語教學故事演講稿 英語教學故事演講稿

大家好！很高興能有機會與大家分享我的教學故事。我是一名小學品德專職教師，在教品德與生活課的過程中，在那一節節活潑生動的品德課堂上，有許多有趣、動人的故事，有許多能夠引起我思考的瞬間，也有許多啟迪學生的情節，今天，我不可能全數呈現給你們。這里我要給大家講的故事是由我今年剛拍攝不久的照片引發的，這也就是我今天演講的題目——一盒發霉的蘑菇。4月中旬的一個下午，我走進了301班教室，因為主題為《孝敬父母》，我首先播放了《常回家看看》的背景音樂，正當我準備引出主題時，一位四十多歲、頭發凌亂、身背背簍、左手拄著一根竹棍的農村婦女站在教室的門前，嘶啞著聲音喊到：“兒啊，娘給你送東西來了,你出來一下，好嗎。”這突如其來的聲音和舉動使本來安靜的教室騷動起來，而后由騷動變成了一片嘲笑聲。而那位母親的孩子何國友——一個平時總愛嘲笑別人且十分調皮的學生，此時不僅漲紅了臉，而且十分尷尬。我急忙叫出了何國友讓他到教室外接一下母親送來的東西，并要他將自己的媽媽送出校門。當我回到教室的時候，嘲笑聲依然沒有停下來，面對著這些童稚般的嘲笑。我的心里不僅僅有點酸澀更有一種說不出的哀傷，我的眼前仿佛閃現出母親育我求學路上的艱辛??回過神來，我毅然在黑板上板書了課題《孝敬父母》，然后回轉身來，面向全體學生深情地說：“老師的媽媽也曾像何國友同學的媽媽一樣。為了讓我和我的弟弟能好好讀書，她起早貪黑，含辛茹苦??”霎時，整個教室里的嘲笑聲嘎然而止，靜得沒有一點聲音。當安靜需要被打破的時候，我才引出了一個讓全班同學交流討論的話題：爸爸媽媽給我們做了什么？我又能給爸爸媽媽做些什么？??可想而知，這節課學生討論十分熱烈。下課后，許多嘲笑的同學紛紛向何國友道歉，關心的話語一句勝過一句。

“五·一”長假后的一天早上，我在辦公室打掃衛生，發覺門外有一個孩子在徘徊，我拉開門一看，原來是何國友，他手里抱著一個紙盒子，外面用透明膠帶纏了一圈又一圈，他在我面前喃喃地說：“ 殷老師，這幾天放假回鄉下，我特地從山上采了許多蘑菇，請您收下。”然后便跑開了。

下班回家后，我打開紙盒，里面的蘑菇全發霉了，里面還有一封信，是何國友的媽媽請人代寫的，信里有這樣一句話至今銘刻在我的心里：殷老師，我以前只求孩子學好文化，并沒奢求孩子回報什么。但從那次回來后，他卻變了一個樣，又是洗衣，又是做飯，還幫我們干活兒，晚上，他第一次給我們倒了一盆熱騰騰的洗腳水。我高興得哭了好幾次。他能有這樣的進步，真得謝謝老師的教育！他媽媽的那封信我讀了一次又一次，每次都感動得熱淚盈眶。后來我還了解到，何國友來學校幾天后才敢送來，所以，一盒新鮮的蘑菇全發霉了。親愛的同事們，可能你會認為這哪里是什么禮物，但我深深地知道，這確實不是什么禮物，而是一顆純潔無瑕的心哪！

我給大家講個真實的故事，去年我們班來了一個男孩，他的名字叫-劉磊，他看上去是那樣的沉默寡言，沒有同齡孩子的活潑與開朗，在上課的時候不敢大聲的回答問題，當我讓他到前面做對話的時候他甚至都大哭了一場，連看大家一眼都不敢，聲音低的就像在說耳語一樣，我深知這是他對自己沒有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓勵所造成的。所以，后來我每次上課都給他表現的機會，并且每次我都鼓勵他說：jake 你這次比上次有進步，同時我也讓全班的同學一起為他鼓掌，我也告訴他的媽媽在家也多鼓勵孩子，只要看到他的進步就表

揚他，一天一天的過去了，我驚喜的發現孩子真的進步了，現在他能主動舉手回答問題，主動的參與游戲，成績也有了很大的提高。他媽媽很高興的告訴我他的孩子有進步了，每次從中信放學后總是喋喋不休的跟她說他學到了什么，并且成績也是大幅度提高，我作為他的老師真的為他的進步而興奮，我體會到了空前的成就感！這種成就感是任何東西都代替不了的。

圣經里有這樣一段話：愛是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；愛是永不止息。我愿讓這段話成為我的座右銘，用愛陪伴孩子們成長，用愛帶給學生燦爛的生命陽光，用愛提升自己的生命價值，這就是我所追求的 如果在給我一次機會去選擇職業，我還會選擇做英語教師，我喜歡我的工作，我熱愛我的生活。
