M：本公司現有一產品安裝了某公司的T產品，但因T產品的某一質量問題X導致本公司的產品在市場上頻繁發生儀表功能失效，顧客抱怨較為強烈，且這一問題困擾公司已十年有余，問題改進了，段時間內消除了，可過不了多久就又會出現，同一問題反復發生，做為SQE你該如何去處理這個問題呢，并杜絕問題的再發生。

首先了解是什么質量問題、嚴重程度、發生頻率、不良比例。

然后搜集樣本，取得實物，看是否有明顯不良特征，能否通過什么方式進行sorting出來。

通報供應商，要求其技術及品質負責人過來開會，就以上的數據及實物進行分析討論，初步判定問題是人為造成還是設備或流程問題，并確定改善措施和改善日期，同時對庫存品進行sorting。

去供應商現場進行查看，對比改善前后，產品質量是否有明顯提升。

要求供應商落實到文件，提供8D報告，并將實際操作規范化。

跟蹤一段時間來料品質，時間至少是之前發生頻率的兩個周期，如果期間無此問題，可以close。如果仍有問題，則重復最后三步工作，直至找出root cause并解決為止。【sqe英文面試自我介紹】自我介紹ziwojieshao.html。
