3.準備。教師事先準備四張卡片,每張卡片上寫上10個句子。其中有的句子的內容是真實的,有的則不符合事實。
將學生分為四個組。
先從第一組中選出一名學生上臺抽出一張卡片,并讓該生讀出卡片上的每個句子,每句讀兩遍。本組其他同學必須大聲打斷那位同學讀句,并根據真實情況分別說出yes或No。若回答正確,則加一分;若回答錯誤,則不給分;若該句第二遍讀完之后該組還沒人回答,這時教師用雙手擊掌,其他三組學生開始搶答。第一個搶答正確者為所在的組贏得一分。第一句回答完畢,接著讀第二句、第三句、第四句……
待每組都讀完10句后,統計各組得分,分數最高的組為優勝組。
注:①卡片上的句子內容可涉及本話題所涉及到的所有節日。
②如果學生具有較高的英語水平,可采用分組對抗形式。一組學生現場說一個句子,另一組學生判斷正誤。內容可涉及到課本上沒有提到的中國其他傳統節日或有地方特色的節日。這樣可以激發學生的求知欲。

教學計劃
新的一個學期又開始了,本學期我將完成八年級的英語教學。為了順利完成教學任務,我特制定如下計劃:
一、課標要求
以“英語課程標準”為宗旨,適合新課程改革的需要,面向全體學生提高學生人文素養,增強實踐能力和創新精神,正確把握英語學科的特點,積極倡導合作探究的學習方式,培養學生積極的情感態度和正確的人生價值觀,提高學生綜合素質,為學生全面發展和終身發展奠定基礎。
二、教材編寫特點
仁愛版八年級下冊英語教材,全書共有4個單元,每個單元分為3個Topic,每個Topic分為Section A-Section D部分: Section A 主要是對話學習,有語言目標,主要的功能項目與語法結構及需要掌握的的基本詞匯;Section B 部分是Secion A部分的知識擴展和綜合語言運用;Section C 和Section D 都是閱讀課文,以訓練學生的閱讀能力,擴大學生的閱讀量。本教材各單元話題靈活,貼近生活實際。
三、具體教學目標
1.讓學生受到聽、說、讀、寫英語的訓練,掌握最基本的語言知識和語言技能,養成良好的外語學習習慣,為進一步學習和運用英語打下扎實的基礎。
2.通過對學生的鼓勵和輔導,初步建立學生學習英語的自信心。

通過初中一年的英語學習,只有極少數學生能聽懂有關熟悉話題的語段和簡短的故事,能與教師或同學就熟悉話題交換信息。但是由于學生有來自農村,不好學,整體英語基礎較差,學習很吃力而自暴自棄。另外,許多學生在情感態度學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的固定和積累。
五、具體措施
1.認真鉆研教材和課標,精心備課,認真上好每一節課。確定每堂課的基礎內容,預備內容和擴展內容,滿足不同層次學生的不同要求。
2.充分利用現有的教學設備,加強直觀教學,提高課堂效率。
3.在教學中根據目標并結合教學內容,創造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動,吸引和組織他們積極參與。學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學習和使用英語,完成學習任務。
4.關注學生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。多與學生溝通,了解學生學習狀況和需求,及時改進教學中存在的問題和不足。
5.積極開展豐富多彩的英語活動,提高學生興趣。如單詞接龍比賽,朗讀比賽,英語手抄報比賽,學唱英
文歌曲,課前五分鐘活動等。
根據教學內容不同對不同層次的學生進行分層教學。注重個別輔導。在面向全體學生的基礎上培優補差。6.每天要求學生背誦課文的對話或短文,每天記當天學過的單詞并在下節課進行聽寫。每組成立2位組長負責抽查組員的背誦和記單詞情況。老師每天進行檢查。進行階段性檢測并且進行檢測分析。
7.針對學生寫作能力差的問題,每周要求學生寫一篇英語作文,每周要求學生從課外閱讀兩篇英語短文,并準備專門的閱讀摘抄本,教師定期檢查。
8.提高家庭作業設計的藝術。作業設計不能局限在抄寫單詞短語、課文等項目,要布置有針對性和實用性的任務。
9.不斷學習,加強自身素質和業務能力。

一、學期教學目標:
《課程標準》指出,八年級學生應有較明確的英語學習動機和積極主動的學習態度,能聽懂教師對有關熟悉話題的陳述并能參與討論,能讀供八年級學生閱讀的簡單讀物和報紙雜志,克服生詞障礙,理解大意,能根據閱讀目的運用適當的閱讀策略,能與他人合作,解決問題并報告結果,共同完成學習任務,能在學習中互相幫助,克服困難。能合理計劃和安排學習任務,積極探索適合自己的學習方法,在學習和日常交際中能注意到的差異。

二、學生基本情況分析:
本學期我擔任八年級二班英語教學工作。掌握了英語學習的一些基本方法,能夠積極主動認真地學習,學習成績較好。但還有少部分學生沒有明確的學習目的,缺少學習的熱情和主動性,自覺性較差,相應的學習習慣也差。主要原因是沒有激發學生學習英語的興趣,學生覺得英語學習是一種負擔,一部分學生沒有掌握記憶單詞的方法,連基本的單詞聽不懂,學不會,但是學生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。應加強基礎知識的講解和基本技能的訓練,讓學生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎知識和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能;另外,注意培養學生對英語的興趣;讓學生掌握記憶單詞、聽力、寫作等英語學習技能,培養良好的學習習慣和自主探索、合作學習能力。充分調動學生的學習積極性和主動性,使每一位學生都能在學習中有所收獲、有所進步。

三、教材分析:
教材針對性強;體例,體系新穎,每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目與語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的語訓練,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。C部分是語言學習的補充,單元語法的再現,結合練習訓練。D部分是寫作部分,根據單元所學的內容,完成相關話題的作文。這套教材是基于城市學生的狀況編寫的,對于我們農村學生來說,由于小學基礎不好,到初中以后學起來的確有些吃力,光是一千多個單詞就嚇退了不少學生學習英語的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農村的英語教學成績而努力。
本冊教材的重點是一般將來時用法;過去進行時的用法;表感官和直覺的系動詞的用法;動詞不定式的用法;情態動詞may might must can的用法。

四、教學實施:
