尊敬的領導、教師、親愛的同學們：

大家下午好！

首先感謝團委能夠信任我，選舉我為本屆校學聯的主席！這是對我的一種信任，也是一種挑戰，不過我堅信，只要在團委老師們的指導下，在新老部長的共同努力下，我們一定會成為承前啟后的一屆，接好這個接力棒。學聯自08年成立至今經歷了從無到有的一個過程，而這個過程是所有成就與輝煌的一個基礎。與孫一峰的共事讓我學到學生領袖改有的氣魄與堅持，與何雪嬌的共事又讓我看到了學生領袖剛柔并濟的智慧。所以當我得知我有信可以加入到這么一個集體中而感動激動，既然他們已經為我們鋪好了前進的道路，所以我勢必將帶領大家所向披靡勇往直前。

學生會是在黨委的領導下、在團委的指導下獨立開展工作的學生組織，是切實為同學們服務的團體，新一屆學生會是承前啟后的一屆，更是開拓創新的一屆，我們深知肩膀上的重任。在繼承并發揚學生會優良傳統的同時，我們更要在新的形勢下搭建新的舞臺、開創新的局面，使學生會提升到一個新的發展平臺。為此，我代表新一屆學生會全體成員向大家簡要匯報一下工作設想和決心：

首先，我們要抓好基礎工作，一切工作制度先行，壘筑堅實地基。深層的地基關系著高樓的命脈，我們日常看似平淡的基礎工作決定著學生會的全方位的運作。在最短的時間內制訂和完善所有制度，包括部門職責，主席團對各部門的月考核制度、對部長的月考核制度，各部門內部部長對于干事的考核制度，每月考核公示制度等等。
