隨著進(jìn)一步的與國(guó)際接軌，出國(guó)留學(xué)成為了越來(lái)越多人的進(jìn)修選擇之一。而高中畢業(yè)生作為其主要人群，卻有著不小的爭(zhēng)議，對(duì)于這個(gè)現(xiàn)象，在我方看來(lái)，就和世界上的任何一個(gè)事物一樣，我們討論的高中生出國(guó)留學(xué)也必然存在利弊兩面，而在我方看來(lái)利弊的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，則是是否存在必然的不可替代的利，以及無(wú)法解決的弊是否嚴(yán)重到讓我們質(zhì)疑其存在的價(jià)值。因此，我方堅(jiān)定認(rèn)為，高中畢業(yè)生出國(guó)留學(xué)利大于弊。接下來(lái)我方將從以下兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述：

第二，對(duì)于社會(huì)發(fā)展國(guó)家而言，高中畢業(yè)生對(duì)的出國(guó)留學(xué)并不意味著人才的流失，反而是會(huì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步。其實(shí)，更多的高中畢業(yè)生選擇出國(guó)留學(xué)，這一非傳統(tǒng)的升學(xué)道路，在很多人看來(lái)或許是逃避，但實(shí)際上卻是迎接一種新的更巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時(shí)，也在一定意義上減輕了國(guó)內(nèi)高考的壓力，也不失為一種有所益處的趨勢(shì)。

至于，這些留學(xué)生結(jié)束學(xué)業(yè)后是否歸國(guó)的問(wèn)題，老實(shí)說(shuō)，并不是根屬于高中畢業(yè)生問(wèn)題。更何況，根據(jù)近些年的數(shù)據(jù)表明，有越來(lái)越多的留學(xué)生愿意學(xué)成后回國(guó)工作，而袁隆平老先生曾被問(wèn)到，他的學(xué)生好多出國(guó)了，不回來(lái)怎么辦？袁老先生說(shuō)，等到祖國(guó)需要他們的時(shí)候，他們一定會(huì)回來(lái)。這么一來(lái)，讓留學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)到國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)文化后帶回祖國(guó)，發(fā)展祖國(guó)，這難道不是一件利己利國(guó)的事情么？
