放假通知

各鄉鎮中心校、中學、縣直各學校、幼兒園；

暑期將至，為切實做好暑假各項工作，合理科學地安排好學生的暑假生活，使廣大師生度過一個安全、健康而有意義的假期，根據衡水市教育局衡教基〔2012〕24號《關于做好2012年中小學暑假工作的通知》精神，現將我縣暑假工作安排情況通知如下，請認真貫徹執行。

一、放假時間安排

2012年暑假全市義務教育階段學校從7月6日開始，8月31日結束，9月1日正式開學；普通高中從7月9日開始，8月19日結束，8月20日正式開學;幼兒園實行教師輪休制度，確保部分幼兒入園需要。各單位要嚴格遵守放假時間安排，嚴禁隨意調整假期時間。

二、認真做好放假前的有關工作

（一）做好學校安全教育工作。各學校要牢固樹立“安全第一”的思想，嚴格貫徹執行國家、省、市、縣關于加強中小學幼兒園安全工作的各項規定，扎實做好放假前學生安全教育工作。放假前，各學校要有針對性地對廣大教師、學生集中進行防火災、防傳染病、防食物中毒、防溺水、防交通事故、防觸電、防雷擊、防自然災害等方面的安全教育，增強安全防范意識和自救、自護能力。要加強與學生家長的溝通交流，增強家長對子女的安全教育和管理意識。同時，發揮各方面的作用，做到學校、家庭、社會齊抓共管，嚴防各種安全事故的發生。

（二）加強校園安全防范工作。放假前，各學校要對校園校舍進行一次全面、細致的安全大檢查，并利用假期做好學校校舍和各類教育設施的巡查、改造、維護和修繕工作，對危及師生安全的校舍堅決停用或拆除；要重點做好微機室、儀器室、圖書室、食堂和水源等重點部位的安全防護工作，及時消除各類安全隱患；要根據實際，科學制定各項安全工作措施和應急預案，嚴格執行假期值班制度和信息報告制度；同時，要確保信息暢通，對各種突發事件和異常情況必須做到第一時間妥善處理，并及時上報。

（三）做好假期法制教育工作。要集中對學生進行一次社會公德和遵紀守法教育，教育學生遵紀守法，維護社會公德，模范執行《中小學生日常行為規范》，不吸煙、不喝酒、遠離毒品，自覺抵制不健康的書報雜志及音像制品，不進游戲室、臺球室、錄像室、歌舞廳等營業性娛樂場所，不參加以夏令營為名進行的各類違規、違法活動。各地各學校要有效防范校外機構以夏令營為名組織學生參加各類違規、違法活動，一經發現，要堅決制止，并上報有關部門。

三、嚴格規范中小學假期教育行為

暑假期間，各中小學、幼兒園一律不得以任何借口組織學生集體上課或補課，不得參與、動員和組織學生參加各類輔導培訓班，不得聯合或將校舍租借給社會力量辦學機構用于開辦補習班和培訓班。中小學、幼兒園在職教師不得從事有償家教或者誘導、暗示、強制學生接受、參與有償補習或向學生宣傳、推介有償家教活動；未經教育行政部門批準，在職教師不得擅自受聘于其他教育機構任兼職教師。各級教育行政部門和學校要嚴格執行《故城縣教體局關于嚴禁假期亂辦班、亂補課、亂收費的通知》精神，并逐級簽訂責任狀。

四、科學指導學生參加豐富多彩的社會實踐活動

各中小學校要為學生提供系統科學的假期生活指導，鼓勵和指導學生積極參加社會實踐活動。學校可為學生按規定布置適量的家庭作業，但不得增加學生過重課業負擔，要確保學生有自主安排活動的時間，豐富假期精神生活，使他們在豐富多彩的假期活動中豐富閱歷，快樂生活，健康成長。要教育引導中小學生在假期文明上網，并指導家長加強對子女假期上網的教育管理，使學生自覺抵制不良信息的侵害。要充分利用未成年人校外活動場所以及當地圖書館、展覽館、體育館等校外社會資源，開展好優秀民族文化傳承教育和培訓活動，促進校外活動與學校教育、家庭教育的有效銜接。

五、切實做好新學年新生招生工作

各學校要認真貫徹省、市、縣教育行政部門有關招生工作的文件精神，嚴格按照規定做好新學年中小學、幼兒園新生招生工作，堅決杜絕招生中的各種違規、違紀行為。

按照就近入學的方針，妥善安排適齡學前三年幼兒入園，確保義務教育階段適齡兒童、少年全部按時入學。

六、利用假期做好迎接省督導評估準備工作

（一）校園環境的整治和各功能室的維修

利用假期對校園的各個角落進行綜合整治。對校園的墻體、門窗、地面、綠化帶、室內外黑板、校園文化宣傳欄、各類標牌和各功能室進行統一的整理和維修，對照省過程性評估提出的要求進行整理，以新的面貌迎接省督導評估。

（二）完善檔案整理、儀器設備整理和圖書資料上架整理
