以上兩個事例表明，文明的一切都是由細節(jié)構成的，通過這些細節(jié)，我們看見了文明離我們國家還有一定距離，因此我們每個學生都應該養(yǎng)成文明習慣，做文明學生。尤其是對于我們施橋中心小學的學生來說，你們中有不少學生是經過各種途徑和努力后，才得以成為了施橋中心小學的一員。然而遺憾的'是，在我們身邊，在一部分同學身上，還是有著一些不文明行為。例如，我們的校園內、樓梯上總能見到與我們美麗的校園極不和諧的白色垃圾，尤其星期六、星期日教室里、校園內垃圾隨處可見，甚至有的同學認為，反正有值日的同學打掃，扔了又何妨；再例如可見在教室走廊上的起哄大鬧，走路推推搡搡，隨意撞壞門窗，也不覺心疼；再例如校園內部分同學之間相互的講臟話、粗話，隨意攀爬學校墻頭、國旗圍欄和車棚圍欄，甚至還有個別同學故意損壞學校公共財物。我們很多同學把文化知識的學習放在首位而常常忽略了社會公德、文明習慣的養(yǎng)成，而這恰恰從本質上體現(xiàn)一個人的思想品質。事實上，良好的行為習慣是保證我們良好學習的前提，也是樹立健康人格的基礎。在學校沒有良好的行為習慣的同學就目無紀律，不講衛(wèi)生，擾亂整個學校的學習環(huán)境。相反，如果我們養(yǎng)成了文明的行為習慣，學習環(huán)境就是良好的、有序的。我們知道：一個學校的學生具有良好的文明行為習慣，才能構建出優(yōu)良的學習環(huán)境，創(chuàng)造出優(yōu)良的學習成績。現(xiàn)在，我們正處于人生中最關鍵的探索時期，在這個時期的所作所為，將潛移默化的影響到我們自身的心理素質，而文明的行為就在幫助我們提高自身的心理素質，同時也完善了自身的道德品質，如果我們不在此時，抓好自身的道德素質建設，那我們縱然擁有了豐富的科學文化知識，于人于己于社會又有何用呢，所以，我們應該先成人，后成材，不要做一部單純掌握一些知識技能的機器，而要成為一個身心和諧發(fā)展的人。文明就是我們素質的前沿，擁有文明，那我們就擁有了世界上最為寶貴的精神財富。

尊敬的各位領導，老師和親愛的同學們，大家早上好。

五年前，也是面對著一群高三的同學，我是他們的一員，誓師百日沖刺。在非洲這片神奇的土地上，每60秒就有一分鐘過去了，在這里，兩年前，大家都滿懷期待踏入一中的校門。今天，最主要是和大家分享和交流我的一些個人經歷以及體會，我一樣還要在9月份過后繼續(xù)我的求學之路，我也一樣和大家面臨著人生該往哪去的選擇。有很多想和大家分享的東西，這里主要講三個方面。

一、經濟學與選擇

我本科和研究生都是學經濟學的。大家可能覺得經濟學學的是錢有關的東西，其實，商科和金融才是跟錢最有關系，經濟學的一個經典定義就是：“將一定的資源實現(xiàn)產出的最大化。”所以，我傾向于把經濟學看成是研究選擇的：做選擇的人是誰，他有什么資源，他的最優(yōu)目標是什么。學過生物的都知道，我們來到這世上是多少億分之一的機會，而我們的出生已經決定我們的死亡，根本不必我們急著去追求死亡這個結果。而正是這樣，人生只有一次。只有一次的人生，才讓我們把人生規(guī)劃這件事情看得很重。什么是你想要的人生，你有什么資源是實現(xiàn)你的人生目標，而你最后達到的人生目標是不是你自己本身最想要的，這時候，你差不多把自己看成經濟學里的理想人了。所謂理性人，就是時刻作出最有利于自己選擇的人。回想你們過去所做的大大小小的選擇，假如存在一個比過去你已經發(fā)生的行為更好的選擇，你是不是一定就已經選擇了它，從而說明你所做的選擇已經是你那時最好的了，不然你不會選擇它，所以，對于過往，沒必要太糾結，未來才是最能夠把握的。

但是，信息有時候是一種資源，你在不知道一些信息的時候所作出的選擇，可能讓你現(xiàn)在為過去某事感到特別后悔，這就是吸取過去教訓的意義。我們要打破生物細胞準確復制遺傳信息的規(guī)律，將達爾文的進化論發(fā)揚光大。

經濟學這個“做選擇的人是誰，他有什么資源，他的最優(yōu)目標是什么。”用于自己學習計劃以及人生規(guī)劃是特別好用的，怎么樣在有限的時間內爭取最好的成績。

二、學霸會是怎么樣的

大家都談論學霸的時候，總經常帶著開玩笑的感覺。但每一次談及真正的學霸我是很敬佩的，或許你們認為我就是學霸之一，我敬佩是的知識和個人努力。非英語專業(yè)過了英語專業(yè)八級，喜歡文學，歷史，還看點社會學和歷史，說起高中的歷史還拿過生物和化學的省級或國家獎。但我從不覺得這些有什么了不起的，看書的本身對我來說就是件快樂的事情，滿足好奇心的過程是很有快感的。我接觸過大大小小的學霸，還有虐我?guī)讞l東陽北街的學神，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們有以下幾條共性：

(1)努力和有毅力。學霸都很有自控力，他們可以不厭其煩地背單詞，刷題，為了一個目標鍥而不舍。越努力的人越幸運，士不可以不弘毅，任重而道遠。聰明的鳥兒總是先飛的。有好多人問我怎么學英語，除了一些學習的好渠道，別的真的只剩下“堅持”二字。不要怕困難，殺不死你的都會是你更強大。

(2)保持和孩童一樣的好奇心。學霸總是像一個孩子那樣，不厭其煩地去不斷了解他所好奇的事物，并不斷沿著這個路徑往上走，而且在這個過程是快樂的。知之者不如樂之者。

(3)經常思考。學而不思則罔，一個只會學些表面知識，而不思考的人總是在學習上走不遠的。有些人從小學到高中的成績變化，就可以看出規(guī)律了。

沒有誰就是天生的學霸，努力的信條不知道多少次在我們的腦海里蕩漾。我覺得可以這樣簡單地把人分類。知道怎么想的是一類人，而知道怎么做是是另一類人，而堅持怎么做的又是另一類人。人是什么樣的人是由他的行為決定的，學霸總是像學霸那樣做事，學霸是一種精神，優(yōu)秀是一個習慣。老師也是通過他們辛勤地教書這一行為體現(xiàn)出他們的身份，而不是老師這個職稱。(老師你們辛苦了)

三、努力以及上好大學的意義

自信一小部分是別人給的，你看到了身邊的人通過努力得到了他們所追求的東西。大部分的自信是自己給的，你發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的努力也可以得到回報。即使是吃到了天賦異稟這種餅的人，想成功也是要付出自己的`努力的。所謂天道酬勤，不過是通過努力，減少未來的不確定性，一步艱辛，卻堅實地走向勝利。上了大學，并不一定能許你一個好的未來。先不談“大學之道，在明明德”，大學可以增加你成功的概率。你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，越好的大學努力的人越多。進入不同的學校，相當于進入不同的圈子，越好的學校，遇見認真的人就越多，努力追求知識的人也越多。

馬克思主義的觀點認為，人的本質是由其所處的社會關系決定的。那么好的大學，好的學習氛圍，會改變一個人。我覺得，人不能簡單地由環(huán)境決定，我們要扼住命運的咽喉。人在不同的環(huán)境面前一般都還可以做不同的選擇，這時候環(huán)境就是誘發(fā)出你是什么樣的人的介質。堅定的人，有目標的人，不管遇上什么環(huán)境都是努力的人。

可有時候努力沒有回報怎么辦?小學，會算“1+1”可以直接得到結果。到了

高中，一個圓錐曲線，好不容易把數(shù)據(jù)代進去，居然出來一群方程。越往高，獲得一個東西，需要的努力就越多，以前走一步，現(xiàn)在十步，沒有回報的人可能停在了半途。這個問題交給大家去思考。我給出的建議是：有時候做人要分析時間序列，不做橫截面比較。

以前，我會想，眼睛一閉不爭，一輩子就過去了。努力有何意義，當我看看爺爺奶奶，爸爸媽媽，還有想想他們以前住的是瓦房，現(xiàn)在是小洋樓。我找到了我自己的答案。

從某種意義上說，人不是活在物質世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想與信念之中。對于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗飯，一杯水就可以了；但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有遠大的理想和堅定的信念。

下面我給大家講一個故事：

浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探險隊在艱難地跋涉。頭頂驕陽似火，烤得探險隊員們口干舌燥，揮汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他們沒有水了。水就是他們賴以生存的信念，信念破滅了，一個個像塌了架，丟了魂，不約而同地將目光投向隊長。這可怎么辦？

隊長從腰間取出一個水壺，兩手舉起來，用力晃了晃，驚喜地喊道：“哦，我這里還有一壺水！但穿越沙漠前，誰也不能喝。”

沉甸甸的水壺從隊員們的手中依次傳遞，原來那種瀕臨絕望的臉上又顯露出堅定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撐他們踉蹌著，一步一步地向前挪動。看著那水壺，他們抿抿干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。

終于，他們死里逃生，走出茫茫無垠的沙漠，大家喜極而泣之時，久久凝視著那個給了他們信念支撐的水壺。
