我覺得如果某些公司計劃著要參加這次廣交會的話首先得提前做好一些準備:

1.在去廣交會之前,盡可能的要把客戶所提到的問題先羅列出來(自已可以先換位思考下把自己當成客戶),這樣才能做到心中有數(shù)不會在關鍵的時候掉鏈子。

2.一定要熟悉自己的產(chǎn)品。熟悉產(chǎn)品時,除了它的性能,各款材質外,還要熟悉包裝及其尺寸大小。另一方面,在報價的時候,尺度要把握的準!不要隨意的抬高價,因為現(xiàn)在很多的國外客戶都是中國通(我記得我曾經(jīng)接到一個詢盤,老外居然讓我以人民幣報價給他)最關鍵的一點是,所有的事情自己要親力親為,不要動不動的就跟老板交流意見,這樣會讓客戶覺得你很是不專業(yè)的哈!以上所有的這些,自己一定要熟練,客戶問到時,要快速回答對方,因為他們時間趕的緊,沒時間在那等你!

3.在廣交會上,語言是自己找準客戶的一個敲門磚。畢竟廣交會是一個綜合性的展會,在那里會有來自世界各地的潛在客戶。英語此時就成為了雙方溝通的一座橋梁。試想一下,當客戶來跟你交流時,會愿意跟一個英語不是很流利的人溝通,還是更愿意跟一個能用英語對答如流的人溝通呢?所以我覺得既然去參展,就得打個有準備的仗,最好在參展之前把英語的口語多練練。

接著,我跟大家分享一下在參加廣交會吸引老外目光的一些技巧:

1.展臺設計要有特色。展臺的設計應體現(xiàn)和加強企業(yè)形象,反映企業(yè)精神。展覽會不再是擺攤推銷賣貨,它不應再孤立地展示個別的產(chǎn)品,而是以產(chǎn)品為載體通過綜合的手段展示企業(yè)整體能力和檔次。那如何讓展臺更能吸引別人的眼球呢?

a.公司可以在展臺旁邊放置一個播放器,然后給大家播放視頻,把自己公司的企業(yè)簡介、主營業(yè)務、企業(yè)理念、成功案例、產(chǎn)品介紹等,制作成多媒體的形式,壓縮到5分鐘左右給大家介紹自己,這樣會比發(fā)放昂貴的宣傳冊更具有震撼力(因為很多的與會者都是拎著大包小包的,不方便去拿個宣傳冊或者是一看就丟掉了),肯定能百分百吸引到與會者的目光。

b.采用照明系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)調查,照明可將展品認知度提高30%至50%。大部分展覽中心會提供廠商天花板聚光燈,不然也可租用攜帶式照明系統(tǒng)。

c.依展位大小選擇大小合適的展品,及參展產(chǎn)品,以免過度擁擠或空洞。2.展會上可以適當?shù)膸┬《Y物去。那帶些什么禮物比較好呢?

a.帶有公司標志與網(wǎng)址的圓珠筆或日歷,因為這些都是平常辦公用品,這樣客戶在使用筆的時候會想起我們公司。

3.參展商必須注意細節(jié)印象,正如書中所寫:大禮不辭小讓,細節(jié)決定成敗。事實上,成功利用展會營銷的秘訣就在于文中所述的小細節(jié)。

a.首先要注重自己的著裝,不要太隨意!最好統(tǒng)一服裝與胸牌,這樣不但提升公司形象而且會給客戶留下深刻的印象。
