今夜流光溢彩，今夜橙香醉人。在深入學習貫徹黨的十八大精神的濃厚氛圍中，在洋溢豐收喜悅的美好時節，我們相聚在馳名中外的“世界橙鄉”贛州，迎來第四屆中國贛州國際臍橙節。首先，我代表中共贛州市委、贛州市人民政府，以及918萬贛州人民，對各位領導，各位嘉賓，各位女士、先生的光臨，表示誠摯的歡迎和由衷的感謝！

贛南臍橙被譽為“中華名果”，是國家地理標志保護產品。發展臍橙產業，是一項播種希望、收獲甜蜜的事業。經過數十年的辛勤耕耘，贛南臍橙種植面積已居世界第一；年產量世界第三，為全國之首。2009年至今，中國贛州國際臍橙節每年舉辦一屆，規模一屆比一屆宏大，內容一屆比一屆多彩，成果一屆比一屆豐碩，已成為具有國際影響力的盛大節會。贛南臍橙隨節會東風，走出深山、飄香全國、享譽世界。本屆國際臍橙節以“相約世界橙鄉·共促贛南振興”為主題，相信在與會領導、嘉賓和客商的共同努力下，必將辦成一次友誼的盛會、合作的盛會、發展的盛會！

各位領導、各位朋友，女士們、先生們：

在這百花爭艷、茶香四溢的美好時節，在這山明水秀、目酣神醉的十里長沖，我們迎來了120萬XX人民的共同節日——XX縣第四屆茶文化旅游節。在此，我謹代表中共XX縣委、縣人大、縣政府、縣政協和全縣人民，向蒞臨本次茶節盛會的各級領導和各位朋友，表示熱烈的歡迎和最衷心的感謝！

XX生態條件獨特，茶葉資源豐富，種茶歷史悠久，茶文化源遠流長，是安徽省重點產茶縣之一。茶為國飲，廬江的白云春毫茶、龍王井云霧茶和潛川好茗有機綠茶等更是茶中珍品，以其原料細嫩，形美香高，味醇爽口，湯色明凈的優良品質，享譽海內外。白云春毫、龍王井云霧茶榮獲“安徽十大品牌名茶”稱號，潛川好茗有機綠茶榮獲2010年上海國際茶博會金獎。

近年來，我們大力弘揚茶文化，以茶為媒，努力打造“綠色茶鄉”品牌。從2008年開始，已連續成功舉辦了3屆茶節盛會，有力地推動了我縣旅游產業的發展。今天第四屆茶文化旅游節又在這里隆重舉行，必將為我縣旅游產業的快速發展增添新的動力。本屆茶文化旅游節適逢走進巢湖時代座

談會舉行，我們精心組織安排了XX綠茶發展研討會、茶鄉體驗游、“魅力茶鄉”攝影大賽等系列活動，還推出一批合作開發項目，我們愿與廣大賓朋就共同關心的產業和領域進行廣泛磋商和洽談。

XX山青、水秀、人美，請各位賓朋盡量多安排一些時間，深入廬江秀美山川，領略自然古樸，感受生態文明。我們衷心希望大家在盡享XX山水風光、領略潛川特色文化的同時，認識XX、宣傳XX，深化合作交流，攜手共創更加美好的明天。

第三篇：臍橙節開幕式觀眾須知(新)(165003)

臍橙節開幕式及大型文藝演出觀眾須知

1、所有學生統一著校服，佩戴校徽，注意穿戴整潔，各方陣攜帶院旗、系旗前往。

2、開幕式及演出所需時間長，請所有同學起前用好晚餐，由于現場人員多，場內流動廁所有限，觀眾盡量提前方便，少飲水。

3、晚上氣溫低，觀眾要注意穿足衣物，保暖防凍，如遇下雨，會統一發放一次性雨衣。

4、禁止攜帶飲料、包裹、相機、攝像機、打火機、管制刀具及易燃、易爆物品入場。

5、各院系帶隊領導、老師要配合志愿者帶領觀眾在規定的時間統一有序進行安檢、入場和退場，并憑入場卷對號入座，不得缺席、遲到、早退，嚴禁自行入場、退場。帶隊老師隨隊出發和返回。

6、入場后禁止大聲喧嘩和隨意走動，不得離開座位靠近舞臺觀看、拍照、不得向演員獻花和索要簽名。服從組織方的安排和調度，遵守觀看紀律，確保文明觀看。

7、愛護場內設施，要增強防盜意識，保管好隨身財物，出現特殊情況時要保持冷靜，在座位等候。

8、演出結束后，所有學生先原地等候，待內場觀眾退場完畢后，再有序退場，退場后按照出發時隊列統一組織返回，不得單獨行動。

9、各方陣集合時間17:30，出發時間17:40，最遲達到體育中心時間18:30，入場后市文廣局為大家準備了國產電影大片觀看，開幕式開始時間20:00，大型文藝演出開始時間20:30。全體同學務必嚴格遵守時間規定，不得遲到、早退和單獨行動。

10、對違反本須知的學生，視情節嚴重程度給于批評教育及其它處分，對違反本須知所造成的一切后果由學生本人自負。

尊敬的厲無畏副主席，各位領導、各位專家，同志們：

值此第十一屆中國開漁節開幕之際，我們迎來了第四屆中國海洋論壇暨2008感動海洋環保人物評選頒獎儀式的舉行。借此機會，我代表中共象山縣委、縣人大、縣政府、縣政協，向長期以來關心、支持我縣發展的上級領導、各界人士，表示衷心的感謝！向出席中國海洋論壇開幕式的各位嘉賓，表示誠摯的歡迎！向2008感動海洋環保人物的獲獎者，表示熱烈的祝賀！

象山地處東海之濱，海洋是大自然對象山的饋贈，是象山的獨特魅力所在。近年來，我們堅持以科學發展觀為統領，大力弘揚“海納百川，勇立潮頭”的象山精神，統籌海陸發展，積極推進海陸一體化，以驕人的業績躋身全國綜合實力百強縣第63位。

三年前的今天，中國海洋論壇在象山發起并永久落戶 1

象山。三年來，我們共同見證著中國海洋論壇的蓬勃開展，也不斷收獲著中國海洋論壇帶來的豐碩成果。我們相信，此次以“海陸統籌與可持續發展”為主題的海洋論壇的召開，必將進一步深化對海洋保護和利用的認識，必將有力地促進中國海洋事業的發展，也必將使象山在海陸一體化科學發展之路上越走越寬廣。

第五篇：李源潮副主席在第四屆世界和平論壇開幕式上的致辭

今年是世界反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年和聯合國成立70周年，本屆論壇以“同舟共濟：理解、協商、互助”為主題，很有現實意義。中國國家主席習近平提出，當今世界，各國利益交融、興衰相伴、安危與共，要構建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關系，推動建設人類命運共同體。在此，我愿就建設人類命運共同體談幾點看法，與大家交流。

一、人類正在走向同舟共濟的命運共同體

人類歷史是一個多種文明相互激蕩、相互交融的過程。人類從最初各自分散活動，到結成社會與國家形態，又經歷過數千年相互爭斗、征戰不止的時代，才意識到全人類命運的共同性。這是文明的進步，是歷史的大勢所趨。兩次世界大戰的慘痛災難提醒人們，你死我活的對抗和廝殺會把人類引向滅亡，只有全人類的共同解放才能解放每個人自己。當今時代，世界各國發展的共同性、利益的共同性、挑戰的共同性、治理的共同性日益突顯，智者必須順應時代潮流，樹立人類命運共同體的意識。

首先，科學技術的創新和生產力的發展使人類的基本活動——物質生產方式表現出越來越強的共同性。市場機制的全球化整合和互聯網的全球性覆蓋是其重要動力。大到波音747，小到智能手機，都由數十個國家的幾百家廠商合作生產。中國網商阿里巴巴去年“雙十一”一天實現全球銷售額570億元人民幣。國際上有學者提出了“零邊際成本社會”概念，認為網絡功能使生產與服務的邊際成本趨近于零，將開創人類協同共享的新時代。

其次，世界各國、各區域的發展繁榮已體現出越來越明顯的共同性，貿易、金融、投資、資源供給、教育、旅游、科技創新等都在深度全球化。2014年，全球商品出口總額18.4萬億美元，中國在其中占首位；全球對外直接投資1.26萬億美元，中國接受外資1200億美元，對外投資1160億美元；全球旅游11.4億人次，中國出境人數突破1億人次。同時，人類應對挑戰、化解危機越來越顯示出共同性，金融危機、恐怖活動、氣候變暖、疫病傳染、貧富差距成為各國面臨的共同難題。7年前次貸危機從美國爆發后迅速波及全球，世界經濟連年下滑，至今復蘇艱難。埃博拉疫情成為幾十年來最嚴重的公共衛生危機之一，中東呼吸綜合征又向人類提出了新的挑戰。

還有，全球治理、建立秩序也體現出越來越明顯的共同性，消除戰爭、預防危機、反恐合作、科技創新、金融監管、氣候控制、發展援助、全球脫貧，僅靠個別或少數國家難以解決，只有在全球合作下才能有效進行。

人類只有一個地球，各國共處一個世界。在全球化和互聯網無孔不入的覆蓋下，生活在不同文化、不同種族、不同宗教和不同社會制度中的72億人民，只能同乘一艘“諾亞方舟”。各個國家，從政府、企業到社會民眾，都需要有同舟共濟的意識，認識人類命運共同體，構建人類命運共同體，維護人類命運共同體，發展人類命運共同體。在互利合作中爭取共同利益，應對共同挑戰，推進共同治理，實現共同發展，促進共同安全。

構建人類命運共同體有兩條現實路徑：一是推進區域發展一體化。二戰后尤其是近20多年來，區域一體化戰略加快推進。歐盟一體化從經濟到政治安全領域全面推進，北美經貿一體化日益緊密，拉美地區一體化進程加快，非洲也在朝一體化方向努力。亞洲是當今世界最具發展活力和潛力的地區之一，但一體化進程相對滯后。加快亞洲一體化建設，是亞洲發展的內在需要，是構建亞洲命運共同體的必然選擇。二是構建解決人類最關注問題的共同體機制。聯合國、世界貿易組織和二十國集團（G20）是解決全球和平安全與包容性發展的重要機制，上合組織、亞信、中國與東盟領導人會議（10+1）、東盟與中日韓領導人會議（10+3）在促進地區和平與發展中發揮了積極作用。當今世界面臨的新問題、新挑戰復雜多樣，需要我們不斷創新共同體機制，推動國際治理體系向更加公正合理有效的方向發展。

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the end of the World Anti-Fascist War and the founding of the United Nations.The theme of this year's Forum “Overcome Difficulties: Understanding, Consultation and Reciprocity” is both timely and relevant.As President Xi Jinping pointed out, in today's world, the interests, prosperity and security of countries are closely intertwined;we should all work together to build a new type of international relations based on win-win cooperation and foster a community of common destiny for all.Here, I wish to share with you some of my thoughts on building a community of common destiny.I.Mankind is moving towards a community of common destiny which links us together like passengers in the same boat Throughout history, civilizations in different parts of the world have interacted with and enriched each other.From geographical isolation to the gradual forming of societies and nation-states, and through thousands of years of conflicts and war, it finally dawned on us that we share a common destiny.This understanding represents the progress of human civilization and trend of the times.After the scourge of the two world wars, we have increasingly realized that confrontation and war will eventually bring about the demise of mankind and we must work for the well-being of all mankind before we can achieve success for ourselves.In today's world, countries have increasing commonalities of both interests and challenges in their development and governance.As such, a wise man who follows the trend of the times should embrace a sense of community of common destiny for all.First, there are increasing commonalities in production pattern, as a result of scientific innovation and productivity increases.This is mostly driven by the globalization of market mechanisms and popularization of the Internet.The manufacturing of goods, from Boeing 747 airliners to smartphones, is done through collaboration among hundreds of companies in dozens of countries.Global online sales through Alibaba, a Chinese e-commerce giant, topped RMB57 billion within a day, on November 11 last year, known as the Singles' Day in China.Some scholars have put forth the term of “a society of zero marginal cost”, meaning that the power of the Internet, which brings down marginal cost of production and services to near zero, will usher in a new era of working and sharing for human society.Second, there are increasing commonalities in the development and prosperity of different countries and regions as a result of profound globalization of trade, finance, investment, resources, education, tourism and scientific and technological innovation.In 2014, export of goods totalled US$18.4 trillion worldwide and China ranked at the top.Globally, foreign direct investment reached US$1.26 trillion, of which US$120 billion flowed to and US$116 billion out of China.Worldwide, 1.14 billion tourists travelled to other countries and Chinese nationals made over 100 million outbound visits.In the meantime, countries are increasingly facing common challenges and crises: financial crises, terrorist activities, climate change, epidemics and wealth gap, to name but a few.The subprime mortgage crisis, which stemmed from the US seven years ago and soon spread to the rest of the world, has put the global economy on a decline for years running and recovery remains weak till this very day.The Ebola epidemic came to be one of the gravest public health crises in decades, and the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS)has posed yet another challenge to mankind.There are also increasing commonalities among countries in strengthening global governance and order.War and crisis prevention, counter-terrorism, scientific and technological innovation, financial regulation, climate change, development assistance and global poverty eradication, none of these challenges can be addressed by one or a few countries.They can only be effectively tackled through cooperation on a global scale.We have only one planet, and countries share one world.With the penetrating influence of globalization and the Internet, the 7.2 billion citizens of this planet, coming from different cultures, ethnic groups, religions and social systems, are all in the same boat journey together.Every country, from its government to businesses and to the general public, needs to foster a sense of togetherness, and jointly build, safeguard and grow a community of common destiny with all others.We should seek common interests through mutually beneficial cooperation, work together to address challenges and enhance common governance, with a view to enjoying common development and common security.Specifically, there are two areas we can work on to build a community of common destiny for all.The first one is to advance regional integration.After World War II, especially in the past two decades, regional integration has been moving ahead at a faster pace.European integration is advancing on all fronts, from the economic field to political security.North America enjoys deeper economic and trade integration.Regional integration in Latin America is picking up speed.Africa is also moving towards integration.Asia, one of the most dynamic and promising regions in the world, is somewhat lagging in its integration process.We must speed up integration of Asia if we are to achieve development and build a community of common destiny in Asia.The second area to work on is to build frameworks to address the most pressing issues facing mankind.The United Nations, the World Trade Organization and G20 are important mechanisms for global peace and security and inclusive development.Mechanisms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO), Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia(CICA), the ASEAN Plus One and the ASEAN Plus Three Summits have played an important role in promoting regional peace and development.Today, as we face new problems and complex challenges, we need to strengthen common structures in a creative way and make the global governance system more just, equitable and effective.
