各位嘉賓、各位朋友：

Distinguished guests and friends，很高興和大家一起，在這里慶祝中華人民共和國成立61周年。

I am most delighted to celebrate the 61st Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China here with all of you.廿一世紀的頭一個十年，見證國家經濟的高速發展，綜合國力不斷提升，人民生活素質大幅改善，成就舉世矚目。

In this first decade of the 21st century, we have witnessed the country's rapid economic development, rising national power and huge improvement in people's standard of living.These remarkable achievements have made China the focus of world attention.我出任行政長官以來，經常有機會造訪內地，從東北到海南，從富饒的沿海省份，到騰飛中的中西部各省，我和我的同事都多次踏足，親身感受到內地發展一日千里。即使是同一個城市，每次到訪都帶給我新的感受、新的震撼。

As the Chief Executive of HKSAR, I have visited the Mainland on numerous occasions over these years.My colleagues and I have set foot in many places, spanning from the Northeastern region to Hainan, from the prosperous coastal provinces to the booming Central and Western regions.We see immense progress everywhere.Each and every visit to these places gives me new sensations and new insights.但在邁向繁榮富強的道路上，國家也不是無風無雨。就像過去一年，多個省份的水災、甘肅的泥石流、青海地震，導致不少人命傷亡，家園破碎，和嚴重的經濟損失。說明我們遼闊的國土上，在發展的過程中，仍然有不少困難和挑戰，需要國家上下團結，同心同德，一起克服。

Our country's rise to prosperity and power is not without difficulties.Over the past year, for example, the floods in various provinces, the massive mudslide in Gansu and the devastating earthquake in Qinghai caused heavy casualties, extensive destruction and severe financial losses.These are a testimony that on this vast piece of land, there are still many difficulties and challenges ahead that call for our united efforts to overcome.今年，國家舉辦了“上海世界博覽會”，再一次成為全球目光所在。它是有史以來規模最大的一次世博。我知道不少市民已經趁暑假和長假期到上海參觀過。我希望大家把握展期最后一個月的機會，感受世博的魅力。香港會繼續全情參與，包括在十月十八至二十二日舉辦“世博香港周”，將五個多月以來的香港參博活動帶進高峰。

The Shanghai Expo this year has once again made our country the world spogtliht.I know many people have visited this largest world expo ever during summer holidays and long holidays.For those who haven't, I hope they will do so in this last month of the Expo to feel its charm and excitement.Hong Kong will continue to fully engage in the event and present visitors with wonderful programmes.I am sure the “Hong Kong Week” from 18 to 22 October will be the climax of months of our participation in the Expo.各位，國家在地區和世界的經濟影響力正不斷增加。這是后金融海嘯時期國際經濟的一個重要的變化。隨國家的內需、對外貿易和對外投資不斷擴大，這個現象會不斷深化。在這個變化的過程中，香港可以利用本身的優勢，發揮我們作為國際金融中心的角色，推動人民幣區域化、國際化，并提升香港的競爭力，也為內地金融開放累積經驗，促進國家經濟的進一步發展。

Ladies and gentlemen, we have seen the country's growing economic influence in the region and the world.This is a significant change in the global economic landscape in the post-financial crisis era.This phenomenon will continue to intensify with the country's increasing domestic demand, external trade and overseas investment.In this process, Hong Kong will leverage our strengths as an international financial hub to promote the regionalization and internationalization of Renminbi, to enhance our competitiveness and to accumulate experience for the financial opening-up and further economic development of the country.國家今后發展的方向，是要加快轉變經濟發展模式，優化經濟結構。香港的服務業發展成熟，在國際上占領導地位，加上“一國兩制”的獨特優勢，在“十二．五”時期可以對國家發展作出新的貢獻。現在“十二．五”規劃起草已到了關鍵時刻，我們會積極配合國家規劃工作，以充份發揮香港的功能角色。

Looking ahead, our country is set to accelerate the transformation of its economic development model and optimize its economic structure.With a mature and top-notch services sector, and unique advantages under “One Country, Two Systems”, Hong Kong has much to contribute to the country's “12th Five-Year Plan”.The drafting work of the Plan has now come to a critical stage.We will do all we can to contribute to the drafting of the Plan and give full play to our strengths to serve the needs of the country.各位嘉賓、各位朋友：國家的發展有很美好的前景。我希望各界朋友都可以把握當前時機，為國家、為香港的發展作出貢獻。最后，讓我們一起為國家、為香港的美好未來，干杯！

國務院總理 溫家寶

各位來賓、各位朋友、各位同志：

在美好的金秋時節，我們迎來了中華人民共和國成立六十一周年。我代表黨中央、國務院，向全國各族人民致以節日的祝賀！向港澳同胞、臺灣同胞和海外僑胞，致以親切的問候！向出席招待會的各國朋友和所有關心、支持我國現代化建設的國際友人，表示誠摯的感謝！

今年是我國實施經濟社會發展“十一五”規劃的最后一年。五年來，我們勵精圖治，成功應對國內外各種重大風險和挑戰，國家面貌發生了新的歷史性變化。社會生產力快速發展，綜合國力大幅提升，人民生活持續改善，國際地位和影響力顯著提高。特別是過去兩年，面對國際金融危機的嚴重沖擊，我們審時度勢，果斷采取有力措施，全面實施一攬子計劃，克服重重困難，在世界率先實現經濟回升向好，保持了經濟發展的好勢頭，并為長期發展奠定了堅實基礎。實踐證明，黨中央、國務院采取的政策措施是符合實際的，是及時、有力、有效的，是在關鍵時期做出的戰勝當前困難、增強發展后勁、保障改善民生的正確選擇。

過去五年，我們是一步一個腳印走過來的，中國人民有理由為此感到自豪！有了這五年的特殊經歷和寶貴經驗，中國人民對自己的未來更加充滿信心！

我們正在制定國民經濟和社會發展“十二五”規劃。未來五年，對全面建成更高水平的小康社會至關重要。

我們要堅定不移地推動科學發展。這是解決一切問題的基礎。要緊緊抓住戰略機遇期，加快轉變經濟發展方式，調整經濟結構，推動科技創新，提高經濟增長的質量和效益，促進城鄉、區域協調和可持續發展。我們的發展完全是為了國家繁榮昌盛、人民富裕幸福。因此，必須把保障和改善民生擺在更加突出的位置，努力擴大就業，不斷增加城鄉居民收入，扭轉收入分配差距擴大的趨勢；大力發展文化、教育、衛生等各項事業，完善養老、醫療等社會保障制度；增加保障性住房供給，保持房地產價格的合理和穩定，讓經濟發展成果更廣泛地惠及全體人民。

我們要堅定不移地推進改革開放。全面深化經濟體制改革，積極穩妥推進政治體制改革，統籌推進文化、社會等各領域改革，使整個體制更加適應經濟社會的發展，更加適應建設社會主義

民主政治、發展社會主義先進文化的要求，更加有利于促進社會公平正義，更加有利于實現人的全面發展。中國的發展進步離不開世界。一切有利于對外開放的政策，我們都將堅持下去。我們要大膽學習借鑒人類社會創造的一切文明成果發展自己，同時也要以自己的智慧和創造為人類文明發展做出貢獻。

我們要堅定不移地走和平發展的道路。中國的發展不會損害任何人，也不會威脅任何人。中國絕不會走“國強必霸”的路子。中國在追求自身發展的進程中，將以促進人類的共同發展和繁榮為己任。我們愿同各國人民一道，攜手建設持久和平、共同繁榮的和諧世界。

來賓們、朋友們、同志們！

我們將繼續同廣大香港、澳門同胞一道，攜手維護和促進香港、澳門的長期繁榮穩定。我們將繼續同廣大臺灣同胞一道，攜手推進兩岸和平發展，實現祖國和平統一大業。我們正站在新的歷史起點。全國各族人民要緊密團結在以胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央周圍，高舉中國特色社會主義偉大旗幟，以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導，深入貫徹落實科學發展觀，為建設富強民主文明和諧的社會主義現代化國家而努力奮斗！

現在，我提議：

為慶祝中華人民共和國成立六十一周年，為偉大祖國的繁榮富強和各族人民的幸福安康，為中國人民同世界人民的友誼與合作，為來賓們、朋友們和同志們的健康，干杯！

溫家寶總理的講話振奮人心，引起我們的共鳴和感動。這些話，不僅僅是鼓舞和振奮，更是

一條條可行的措施和前進的方向，讓我們倍感信心和力量。在我們這樣一個有著十幾億人口的大國進行現代化建設，是人類歷史上前所未有的壯舉。我們已經取得了偉大的成就，但前面的路還很長。在前進的道路上既有機遇也有挑戰。我們堅信，只要堅定不移地走中國特色社會主義道路，堅持改革開放，消除兩極分化，領導干部做到兩袖清風、執政為民，就一定能夠把中國建設成為富強民主文明和諧的社會主義現代化國家。我對中國的未來充滿希望，祖國的前程將無限光明。

3各位嘉賓、各位同事、各位香港市民：

Distinguished guests, dear colleagues and fellow Hong Kong people,今天，我們和全國人民一起，慶祝六十四周年國慶，我代表香港特別行政區政府，歡迎各位嘉賓蒞臨國慶酒會。

Together with all people of our country, today we celebrate the 64th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.On behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR), I welcome all of you to this reception.過去一年，國家在社會和經濟等方面的發展，繼續取得可喜的成就，國際地位和影響力進一步提升。得到中央政府的支持和各兄弟省市的合作，香港既為自身發展取得一定的成績，也繼續為國家和民族的進步貢獻力量。

In the past year, our country has again made encouraging achievements in its social and economic development, as well as in other areas.Its international status and influence continue to be on the rise.With the support of the Central Government and the co-operation of Mainland provinces and municipalities, Hong Kong has not only moved forward in its own development, but also continued to contribute to the progress of our country and our people.過去一年，香港繼續按照「一國兩制」，「港人治港」，高度自治的方針，既維持「一國」的地位，也實踐了「兩制」的特色；既保持高度開放和高度國際化的特點，也維護了國家的主權和香港的利益。

In the past year, under the principles of “One Country, Two Systems” and “Hong Kong people administering Hong Kong” with a high degree of autonomy, we have continued to preserve the integrity of “One Country” while giving play to the characteristics of “Two Systems”.We have also maintained our status as a highly open and international city, while safeguarding the sovereignty of our country and the interests of Hong Kong.特區政府和香港社會要一并發揮好「一國」和「兩制」兩方面的優勢，要同時貢獻好「國際聯系」和「國內聯系」兩種力量，促進香港和內地的共同發展。

The HKSAR Government and our society should fully capitalise on the advantages of both “One Country” and “Two Systems”, and make contributions to the co-development of Hong Kong and the Mainland through our links both with the international community and with other parts of our country.去年十月，世界銀行將香港的便利營商排名為全球第二位。今年初，美國傳統基金會將香港連續十九年評為全球最自由經濟體。今年九月，世界經濟論壇將香港的競爭力排名提升兩級，至全球第七位，亞洲第二位。在剛公布的《2013新華─道瓊斯國際金融中心發展指數》，香港的綜合排名為全球第三位。由此可見，香港在國際間的地位和競爭力繼續得到肯定。

In October last year, the World Bank ranked Hong Kong the second easiest place to do business in the world.Early this year, the Heritage Foundation rated Hong Kong the world’s freest economy for the 19th year in a row.In the Global Competitiveness Report released by the World

Economic Forum last month, Hong Kong moved up two places to seventh in the world and second in Asia.And on the newly announced Xinhua-Dow Jones International Financial Centers Development Index 2013, Hong Kong is placed third for its overall performance.These are affirmations of Hong Kong’s international status and competitiveness.香港的競爭力來自香港各界市民的努力，也來自國家的支持和不斷提升的國際影響力。本屆特區政府高度重視今天和內地省市的合作關系，更重視未來和內地省市在更廣闊的領域和更高的層面上合作的潛力。

Hong Kong’s competitiveness stems from the untiring efforts of all people in Hong Kong, as well as the support and ever-increasing international influence of our country.The current-term Government not only attaches great importance to co-operation with Mainland provinces and municipalities today, but pays even greater attention to expanding the scope and raising the levels of co-operation in future.香港和內地的關系愈來愈密切，今天，香港在內地的經濟活動，地理上已經遠遠超越過去的珠三角，遍布大江南北的大小城市；產業面也已經大幅超越傳統的制造業和房地產業，遍及漁、農、礦和服務業的各個范疇，為香港建立了最重要的經濟腹地和最龐大的體外經濟，鞏固了香港總部經濟的地位，令香港各行各業和各階層的居民直接或間接得益。以銀行業為例，截至2013年6月底，香港銀行在廣東省設立分支機構共154間。六家香港銀行在廣東設立異地支行58家，實現了港資銀行對廣東省的全覆蓋。

The ties between Hong Kong and the Mainland are getting closer.Nowadays, our economic activities across the boundary have extended geographically from the Pearl River Delta region in the past to all cities, large and small, across the country.They have also gone beyond the traditional sectors of manufacturing and real estate to many other industries, including fisheries, agriculture, mining and services.These activities have created the most important economic hinterland and the largest external economy for Hong Kong and consolidated the status of our headquarters economy, benefiting all sectors and strata of our society directly or indirectly.Take banking, for example: as at the end of June 2013, 154 branches of Hong Kong banks were set up in Guangdong Province, while six Hong Kong banks had opened a total of 58 cross-location sub-branches there.This means that the services of Hong Kong-invested banks now cover the whole of Guangdong Province.符合雙方已商定的CEPA原產地規則的香港產品，可以免關稅進口內地，今年八月簽署的CEPA「補充協議十」，更將服務貿易開放措施增至403項。除拓展香港和內地的經貿關系外，特區政府亦大力推動與外國的交往，根據香港投資推廣署統計，現時有7,250家境外企業在香港落戶，創下最高記錄，約有四分之一外國投資企業表示，CEPA是他們決定到香港發展的重要考慮因素。

Under the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement(CEPA), Hong Kong products meeting the agreed rules of origin enjoy tariff-free treatment when imported into the Mainland.Supplement X to CEPA signed in August this year brings the number of liberalisation measures for trade in services to 403.Besides fostering a closer economic partnership with the Mainland, the HKSAR Government has also endeavoured to promote business with the international community.According to Invest Hong Kong, the number of overseas and Mainland companies with business operations here has reached an all-time high of 7 250.About a quarter of foreign-invested companies consider CEPA a key factor in their decision to operate in Hong Kong.根據政府統計處于2010年的統計調查，在統計前十二個月內曾在中國內地工作的香港

居民有約十七萬五千人。這數字尚未包括那些須長期逗留在中國內地工作而不回港的香港居民。內地也是香港居民旅游的主要目的地，2012年到內地的香港旅客超過7800萬人次。

According to a survey conducted in 2010 by the Census and Statistics Department, around 175 000 Hong Kong residents had worked in the Mainland during the 12 months before the survey, not including those who had to stay in the Mainland for work on a long-term basis without returning to Hong Kong.The Mainland is also a major tourist destination for Hong Kong residents.In 2012, Hong Kong people paid over 78 million visits to the Mainland.香港和內地社會關系的發展，也體現在兩地居民通婚的數字上。2012年，在香港注冊的婚姻當中，有約百分之三十五是兩地通婚。此外，香港人到內地養老和受教育的也愈來愈多。根據政府統計處2011年的調查，六十歲及以上，居留內地的香港人共有115,500人。這數字尚未包括在香港沒有常設居所的短暫留港居民及已移居內地而沒有回港的香港永久性居民。在升學方面，自2012年起，依據免試收生計劃，內地部分高等院校試行對香港學生豁免內地聯招考試。2013年，共有70所內地高校參與，共錄取約1,200名香港學生。

The growing social ties between Hong Kong and the Mainland are also reflected in the number of cross-boundary marriages, which accounted for about 35 per cent of all marriages registered in Hong Kong in 2012.In addition, more and more Hong Kong people go across the boundary for retirement and education.A survey conducted in 2011 by the Census and Statistics Department found that there were 115 500 Hong Kong people aged 60 or above residing in the Mainland at the time of the survey, not including “short-stay Hong Kong permanent residents” with no usual place of residence in Hong Kong and Hong Kong permanent residents who had moved to the Mainland without returning to Hong Kong.On education, some higher education institutions in the Mainland have exempted Hong Kong students from taking the Joint Entrance Examination for Universities in the Mainland from 2012 onwards under a pilot scheme.In 2013, 70 Mainland institutions joined the scheme, admitting around 1 200 students from Hong Kong.各位嘉賓，各位同事，各位香港市民：世界在變化，中國在前進，香港要主動和積極面對新的合作和競爭環境，要尋找新的功能定位，要發揮新的作用，作為中國公民，我們要與全國人民一起，為國家的發展貢獻力量，也為香港的繁榮穩定貢獻力量。

第五篇：六十一周年國慶演講稿

雅典奧運中國女排時隔20年重奪奧運會冠軍，那激動人心的時刻，相信你熱淚盈眶，當薩馬蘭奇宣布舉辦2008年奧運會的城市是北京時，相信你痛苦流涕，當聽說美國轟炸我國駐南斯拉夫大使館時相信你憤恨之極。這些都牽動我們的心，我們的中國心。

金秋十月，丹桂飄香，在收獲的季節里，我們迎來了偉大祖國60歲的生日。全國上下，舉國歡騰，神州大地，普天同慶。讓我們共同祝福我們的祖國繁榮昌盛，祝福我們的人民幸福安康！

自從1949年10月1日毛主席向全世界莊嚴宣告：“中華人民共和國中央人民政府成立了！那一偉大時刻起新中國發生日新月異，翻天覆地的變化。中國的各項事業都有了前所未有的突破和發展，科技、經濟、政治、軍事，都實現了新的突破和跨越。我們驚喜地看到：港澳回歸、神舟上天、10年北京奧運會的成功舉辦、條條高速公路、鐵路縱橫交錯、通江達海，戈壁上蘑菇云騰空而起，舉世矚目的三峽工程傲然屹立，前無古人的青藏鐵路全面貫通，一個又一個驚天奇跡證明了我們的綜合國力的大大提高了。我們可以明顯看到我們現在生活的深圳，改革開放的最前沿，以前一個小漁村，現在是高樓林立英姿勃發，身為中國人我們深感驕傲和自豪。

六十年哪，彈指一揮，這歷史長河的一瞬。雖然我們今天取得的成績是驕人的、可喜可賀的，這只是萬里長征走完的第一步，我們還要繼續艱苦奮斗！欣喜的同時我們還要謹記歷史，歷史不應該忘記，歷史也不應該被忘卻。我們不能忘記近代帝國列強瓜分我們的歷史，不能忘卻我們的圓明園，不能忘卻那殘暴的南京大屠殺，30萬以上中國人被殘殺。燒、殺、淫、掠日本人在中國大地上犯下了滔天的罪行，這場浩劫是中國人永遠的傷痛，就是因為那時我們還很落后、很軟弱，甚至無能。我們不應該忘記這段屈辱的歷史。這段恥辱的歷史。

3.14的西藏**、7.5新疆烏魯木齊打砸搶、熱比婭紀錄片將在澳大利亞、臺灣高雄電影節將播放。等等的這些，你想到了什么？網上最近流行一句話“臺灣，你媽60大壽，叫你回家吃飯”你看了一笑了之了嗎？心里痛過嗎？激憤過嗎？我們都是心服熱血的中國兒女，我們中國還不是很強大，我們的責任還很重。我們怎么辦？朋友們，同事們，夢醒吧。我們是中國未來的脊梁，我們肩負著國家的希望，我們要把我們的祖國建設的更加強大、經濟更繁榮、國力更強盛。讓我們的國家極積趕上并超過發達國家,，成為世界的霸主。到時候我們可以坦然的說聲“臺灣，你媽大壽，趕緊回來吃飯，不然你試試看”。
