5：30 省、市四套班子主要領導在省人民大會堂會見廳會見休博會、西博會主要嘉賓。

6：00 在省人民大會堂花中城宴會廳出席杭州市招待晚宴。7：15 乘車赴湘湖主園區城山廣場。

8：00 出席休博會、西博會開幕式并觀看文藝演出。9：30 返回下榻賓館。

第二篇：足球聯賽開幕式活動安排

校園足球班級聯賽開幕式流程及要求

時間： 一：準備工作

1：橫幅

信息中心

總務處

完成時間：下午3點前

2：主席臺布置：無線話筒兩支，發言臺。總務處負責，下午3點前完成。

3：運動員代表發言：王力安排。裁判員代表發言：王力安排。時長不超過2分鐘。

4：主持人：王小方

5：錄像（本次活動請信息中心務必安排錄像，保留一些視頻資料）、照相：信息中心。

新街一小第一屆校園足球聯賽

8：開幕式參加班級及站隊要求

參加開幕式班級為：四年級1、2、3、4；五年級1、2、3、4；六年級1、2、3、4每班按照早操隊形站兩隊，集中站在主席臺對面位置。各班級要把參賽運動員集中站在本班隊伍前面。其中上場隊員必須先穿好隊服球鞋。體育組預先將區別馬甲發給相關班級的隊員。

9：請鐘建軍組長讓裁判員預先給收場的四支球隊抽好主攻簽。

10：請各班級班主任務必組織好啦啦隊，搞出點形式花樣出來，營造一下氣氛。

1、7.40-8：00進場（由教室到指定觀看區，學生帶椅子分四列縱隊）

4、8：10宣布仙涌小學2012年《陽光校園、快勻》學校運動會開幕式的開始
