一．行文前

在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進行三輪自我拷問：

1．準備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：

我有哪些優點和優勢？

我有哪些背景和經歷？

可以發動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

2．總結完畢，再度拷問自己：

在這些優點和優勢中，我最大的優勢是什么？

在這些背景和經歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么？

3．結合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：

我對（目標院校）北大光華管理學院有什么利用價值？

把這個問題的答案想明白后再開始行文。

二．行文中

行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人！？

自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個平臺，實現自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環節。自我介紹的唯一任務就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我！我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達到一個“你不接收我，你會后悔，會是你（北大）的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的效果。寫自我介紹的過程中，權衡行文主線中的兩個方面：目標院校（北大）要錄取我，是我需要得到來目標院校（北大）來深造？還是我也值得他們（北大）選擇我？

很多學員在面試過程中，都是急切的表達自己急需讀MBA深造。事實上，沒有哪個參加考試不是急切需要深造的。我們在陳述理由的時候，需要展示的是個性化的東西。你在陳述自己的理想與人生職業目標時，牢記：所有的理想與目標都只有一個指向，那就是促使你選擇 MBA。

而介紹的重點是應該放在“我值得目標院校（北大）選擇我”。

你的過去經歷是否與面試官選擇你有關，什么優秀***員，學習馬列主義先進分子……與面試要選擇你無關的輝煌經歷，毫不猶豫的X掉！所有的輝煌經歷與風光故事中，只有既能證明你有資格進北大，也能證明你有潛質實現你的職業理想的才放在自我介紹中去。一定要狠心的刪去沒必要的輝煌與風光。而進行你自我介紹中的經歷與故事，都要和你的目標-----證明你有資格進入北大-----有清晰的邏輯關系。

行文中，要懂得如何變劣勢為優勢，比如有的學員因為自己的中專背景可能覺得難以啟齒，但是如果能夠做換位思考，我是中專生都這個厲害，你北大給我一個機會，我還能不龍行天下？所以這樣的時刻一定要發揮自己強烈的自我意志，去影響面試官，讓他感受到你無窮的潛力，而不是盯住你的weak教育背景。

行文中幾個關鍵點：

1． 自信是整個自我介紹的基調。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度！

2．一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作！-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認識到這一點。關鍵是怎么克服。很多學員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。

3． 行文中不要浪費一個字！------現代社會，每個人都很忙，不要讓你的垃圾信息浪費我們的時間。再怎么漂亮恢弘的用詞，只要能刪，一定要毫不猶豫。

4． 不要試圖說一個字的不真實之言！-----在面試官面前，你就是幼兒園的小孩，你有幾斤幾兩，自己掂量一下。任何不實之言，他們都能一眼看出。

5． 不要有一絲的猶豫不絕與模棱兩可。-----這點對于一個管理者來說是個基本的素質，不必多說。

6． 展示個性！-----這是個個性化年代。不要跟我說你讀了 6年中學4年大學，畢業3年升為科長，5年做了處長。誰都可以做到。

三．行文后：

1.至少做三次以上修改----好的文章永遠都是改出來的！三次是最低底線！

2.自我介紹要反復模擬練習，并找不同背景的人提出修改意見，在陳述時，不能讓人感覺在背稿紙，而應該是與朋友交流，語氣中肯又不失激情。
