一．學校申請需要的：

1.填寫申請表格，（用中英文）

2.一張學校老師推薦信：老師對學生學習能力，個性，與同學相處的關系等，客觀的看法。（須蓋學校公章）

3.申請人手寫文章，題目“我為什么想來美國讀書？”

4.經濟文件證明：銀行存款證明三十萬人民幣以上的存款，以備支付第一年學費。

5.三年學校官方成績單（如果已經在高中，須包含初中成績，如果還在初中，請提供所有的初中成績，并蓋學校公章。）,6.申請人五分鐘長的英語自我介紹錄像。（如果經面試官面試，可以免錄像。）

二．簽證申請需要的：

1． 護照

2． 身份證

3． 繳交簽證費，簽證費收據號

4． 戶口本

5． 房產證

6． 營業執照(自己公司)，或工作證明（單位證明或名片）。

7． 銀行存款（資信）證明

8． 出國旅游記錄：以前出國的舊護照（簽證），以及在國外的照片。

9． 數碼照片：簽證申請數碼照片，-照片文檔必須由數碼相機拍攝獲取圖像產生，或由掃描儀將紙制照片掃描入電腦產生。該紙制照片的尺寸必須至少為51mm *51mm（2英寸*2英寸）。必須為申請人（6個月內）近照。

第二篇：出國留學需要的材料

1.畢業、學位和成績單公證

凡出國留學一般須向國外(境外)有關院校和機構提供在讀證明/畢業證書/學位證書/成績證明，辦理在讀證明/畢業證書/學位/成績公證書需要的材料為：

(1)申請人的公民身份證(護照、通行證)、戶口本/暫住證或其他身份證明;

(2)申請人學歷或成績證明(在讀證明、畢業證書、學位證書、成績單、結業證書等原件)，學歷證明上需有原頒發學校分別加蓋公章和有關人員(校長、院長、學位評定委員主席)簽名章方可生效;

(3)申請人遺失學歷證明原件的，應向原就讀學校申請補發，如無法補發的，應由原就讀學校開具相對應的學歷證明書，公證處對學歷證明書進行公證。

2.出生公證

出生公證書的內容體現了申請人的姓名、性別、出生日期與地點、生父母姓名等信息。在出國留學中，出生公證方便了國外(境外)院校對于申請人及其生父母之間關系的認定，也為出國人員在國外留學期間經濟來源提供了依據。辦理出生公證需要的材料為：

(1)申請人的公民身份證、戶口本、出生醫學證明，父母親的公民身份證、戶口本，結婚證(如離異，提供離婚證+離婚協議或已生效的民事調解書或判決書);

(2)申請人如無法出具出生醫學證明，可向公證處提供人事檔案單位或出生報戶口派出所出具的出生證明，證明要詳細寫明其姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地點和生父母姓名;

(3)前往美國、法國、泰國和新加坡及申請人特別指出需在出生公證書上貼照片的國家，還需提供二寸免冠彩色證件照，底色無要求。另前往法國，用于申請房補的出生公證，有效期為三個月，請廣大留學人員在申辦留學簽證時，及時更新。

3.親屬關系公證

出國留學一般還需要提供留學人員與經濟資助人之間的親屬關系公證書。辦理親屬關系公證需要的材料為：

(1)申請人的公民身份證、戶口本、出生醫學證明，父母親(經濟資助人)的公民身份證、戶口本，父母親結婚證(如離異，提供離婚證+離婚協議或已生效的民事調解書或判決書);

(2)申請人所在人事檔案單位或街道辦事處或鄉(鎮)政府出具有證明，證明應詳細列明申請人和關系人的姓名、性別、出生年月、現在住址以及與他們之間是何種親屬關系。

4.無犯罪記錄公證

中國公民在申請出國留學時，有時還需向對方國家或地區出示在中國居住期間無犯罪記錄公證，辦理無犯罪記錄公證需要的程序及材料為：

(1)申請人持公民身份證、戶口本或其他身份證明來公證處領取委托調查函;

(2)申請人憑委托調查函前往戶籍所在地的公安派出所開具的無犯罪記錄證明;

(3)申請人憑無犯罪記錄證明、公民身份證、戶口本或其他身份證明向公證處申請辦理無犯罪記錄公證。

同留學國家在研究生教育方面的特點各有不同。

申請留學讀研學生主要分三類
