第三篇：cet考試承諾書

CET 考 生 誠 信 考 試

承 諾 書

 根據國家教育部要求，凡參加CET考試的考生，在考前必須閱讀《考生誠信考試承諾書》并簽字認可。為此，請考生認真閱讀、知曉、認可、遵守“CET考生守則”、“國家教育考試違紀處理辦法”等考試有關規定和紀律要求，并提供考生本人的真實、準確信息及有關證件，如有違反將按教育部“國家教育考試違規處理辦法”及本校校紀校規嚴肅處理。

考生愿意遵守考試有關規定和紀律要求的，須進行誠信考試承諾簽名，以表明其對考試規定和紀律要求的知曉、認可并承諾自覺遵守。

一、CET考生守則

一、按照有關規定的要求簽署《誠信考試承諾書》。

二、必須按規定的時間（上午8：45開始，下午2：45開始）入場，入場開始15分鐘（即上午9：00，下午3：00）后，禁止入場。入場時必須主動出示準考證以及居民身份證（或軍人或武警人員證件），接受考試工作人員核驗，并按要求在考場座位表上簽名。

三、只準攜帶必要的文具入場,如鉛筆(涂答題卡用)、黑色簽字筆、橡皮。禁止攜帶任何書籍、筆記、資料、報刊、草稿紙以及各種無線通信工具（如尋呼機、移動電話）、錄放音機、電子記事本等物品?？紙鰞炔坏蒙米韵嗷ソ栌梦木?。

四、入場后，要對號入座，將本人準考證以及居民身份證放在課桌上，以便核驗。

五、答題前應認真填寫答題卡中的姓名、準考證號等欄目。凡答題卡中該欄目漏填涂、錯填涂或字跡不清、無法辯認的，答題卡一律無效。

六、在考試結束前禁止提前退場。

七、必須嚴格按要求做答題目。書寫部分一律用黑色簽字筆做答，填涂信息點時只能用鉛筆（2B）涂黑。只能在規定考生做答的位置書寫或填涂信息點。不按規定要求填涂和做答的，一律無效。

八、遇試卷分發錯誤或試題字跡不清等情況應及時要求更換；涉及試題內容的疑問，不得向監考員詢問。

九、在考場內必須嚴格遵守考場紀律，對于違反考場規定和不服從考試工作人員管理者，取消考試成績并按校紀校規處理。

十、考試結束鈴聲響時，要立即停止答題，將試卷扣放在桌面上，待監考員允許后方可離開考場。離開考場時必須交卷，不準攜帶試卷、答題卡離開考場。

十一、自覺服從考試工作人員的管理，不得以任何理由妨礙監考員進行正常工作。監考員有權對考場內發生的問題，按規定作出相應處理。對擾亂考場秩序，恐嚇、威脅考試工作人員的將移交公安機關追究其責任。

二、教育部《國家教育考試違規處理辦法》(摘要)根據中華人民共和國教育部第18號令《國家教育考試違規處理辦法》的有關規定，對參加CET考試違紀舞弊考生的處理辦法摘要如下：

一、考生不遵守考場紀律，不服從考試工作人員的安排與要求，有下列行為之一的，應當認定為考試違紀：

(一)攜帶規定以外的物品進入考場或者未放在指定位置的；(二)未在規定的座位參加考試的；

(三)考試開始信號發出前答題或者考試結束信號發出后繼續答題的；

(四)在考試過程中旁窺、交頭接耳、互打暗號或者手勢的；

(五)在考場或者教育考試機構禁止的范圍內，喧嘩、吸煙或者實施其他影響考場秩序的行為的；

(六)未經考試工作人員同意在考試過程中擅自離開考場的；

(七)將試卷、答卷(含答題卡、答題紙等，下同)、草稿紙等考試用紙帶出考場的；

(八)用規定以外的筆或者紙答題或者在試卷規定以外的地方書寫姓名、考號或者以其他方式在答卷上標記信息的；

(九)其他違反考場規則但尚未構成作弊的行為。

二、生違背考試公平、公正原則，以不正當手段獲得或者試圖獲得試題答案、考試成績，有下列行為之一的，應當認定為考試作弊：

(一)攜帶與考試內容相關的文字材料或者存儲有與考試內容相關資料的電子設備參加考試的；

(二)抄襲或者協助他人抄襲試題答案或者與考試內容相關的資料的；

(三)搶奪、竊取他人試卷、答卷或者強迫他人為自己抄襲提供方便的；

(四)在考試過程中使用通訊設備的；

(五)由他人冒名代替參加考試的；

(六)故意銷毀試卷、答卷或者考試材料的；

(七)在答卷上填寫與本人身份不符的姓名、考號等信息的；

(八)傳、接物品或者交換試卷、答卷、草稿紙的；

(九)其他作弊行為。

三、教育考試機構、考試工作人員在考試過程中或者在考試結束后發現下列行為之一的，應當認定相關的考生實施了考試作弊行為：

(一)通過偽造證件、證明、檔案及其他材料獲得考試資格和考試成績的；

(二)評卷過程中被發現同一科目同一考場有兩份以上(含兩份)答卷答案雷同的；

(三)考場紀律混亂、考試秩序失控，出現大面積考試作弊現象的；

(四)考試工作人員協助實施作弊行為，事后查實的；

(五)其他應認定為作弊的行為。

四、考生及其他人員應當自覺維護考試工作場所的秩序，服從考試工作人員的管理，不得有下列擾亂考場及考試工作場所秩序的行為：

(一)故意擾亂考點、考場、評卷場所等考試工作場所秩序；

(二)拒絕、妨礙考試工作人員履行管理職責；

(三)威脅、侮辱、誹謗、誣陷考試工作人員或其他考生；

(四)其他擾亂考試管理秩序的行為。

五、考生有以上第一至三條所列考試違規行為之一的，取消該科目的考試成績，所在學校按校紀校規給與相應紀律處分。

六、考生有第四條所列行為之一的，應當終止其繼續參加考試，考試成績無效；考生及其他人員的行為違反《治安管理處罰條例》的，由公安機關進行處理；構成犯罪的，由司法機關依法追究刑事責任。

三、考生注意事項

1、部隊考生可憑軍官證、士兵證代替居民身份證參加考試。如有考生的居民身份證遺失、換證等，可憑臨時身份證參加考試。

2、因手機等通訊工具不準帶入考場，所以請考生不要將手機及其它貴重物品帶到考點，以免遺失，否則后果自負。



3、如填涂信息卡不符合要求，后果由本人自負?？忌诳记皯孪葴蕚浜盟璧?B鉛筆、塑料橡皮、小刀等，以免影響考試。

4、考試時不得使用各種字(詞)典。
