（一）讓幼兒在日常生活中學習英語

眾所周知,語言是在不斷地聽、說、模仿、使用中豐富提高的，特別是幼兒的外語學習，如果沒有一個連續、經常的語言環境刺激，學過的東西很快就會遺忘。我們與幼兒一起學習、游戲、生活的時間很長，進行英語教育占有得天獨厚的優勢，可以使幼兒在教師反復說、反復使用中，受到潛移默化的影響，在自然中去掌握,并在日常生活中加以運用。如孩子們早上回園后，我利用英語問好“Good morning ×××”，他們聽上幾天就學會了，并能模仿回答“Good morning teacher”。排隊時，用英語“Orange Team，stand up！”（橘子組，起立）。吃飯時，用英語介紹飯菜，告訴幼兒米飯（rice）、面條（noodles）、雞蛋（egg）、西紅柿（tomato）等名稱。游戲時，以“Clap your hands”“Stand up and Sit down”等小游戲熱身。又如晨間提問“What’s the day is it today？”“What’s the weather like？”；在課間做做英語手指游戲，等等。幼兒不用刻意去學，就這樣在日常生活中聽幾遍，也就記住了，并學會使用。而這些在專門教學中卻要學上很長時間才能掌握。

（二）創設情景環境，激發幼兒主動學習英語的興趣

幼兒英語學習主要途徑來自說和交往，但是良好的物質環境，在其發展中起著促進作用。這里所講的物質環境主要指教師根據幼兒英語發展水平，有計劃、有目的地設置安排一定的情景畫面、活動道具和動手材料，在觀察、操作、游戲中，引發他們對英語的反映使用能力。

利用墻面布置一個英語角。墻面布置是幼兒園環境中面積最大，最為醒目的畫面。它如同一幅幅大的廣告，濃縮著教育的內容和目的，給幼兒以直接的刺激和潛移默化的影響。根據不同的場所設置不同的畫面，寫上相應的英文句子。給幼兒展示一個英語與生活息息相關的平臺。如：在圖書角畫有一張嘴，上面豎著一個食指，下面寫有“Please be quiet!”； 在洗手池上面畫上小朋友洗手和小水滴，水滴上寫有“Please wash your hands”，等等。幼兒雖然不認識上面的字，卻知道是英語，看到時就會引起對英語的反應和使用。畫面都在無聲的給幼兒一種提示。在有鮮明主題的大墻面上，教師根據目標和幼兒水平進行設計。如：做一個可以插圖片的口袋，把正在進行的活動的圖片放進去，孩子們平時走過看到，就能反應出老師在英語活動時候的內容。比如，放進“London Bridge”(倫敦橋)，孩子們走過常常就唱起了“London Bridge is falling down~~”。這樣對平時教學的內容做了復習，發揮了墻面環境的多種教育功能。

（三）常規教學活動中常使用多種方法進行教學

（1）視覺輔助教學

1、實物教學：利用實物的出示引導幼兒學習。如：教小班幼兒學習蘋果“Apple”

這個單詞時，教師可以邊念“Apple”邊出示實物蘋果，讓幼兒看蘋果知道“Apple”就是蘋果的意思，然后用《傳蘋果》或《蘋果找朋友》等游戲，通過讓幼兒摸、聞、傳、和蘋果對話等鞏固對蘋果的發音。

2、欣賞教學：利用視覺效應引導幼兒學習。主要有：

用圖片進行引導教學。

用情景表演引導幼兒學習。如：在《Who Is It?》的教學中，可以請兩名幼兒事先排練好情景表演，然后表演給其他幼兒看，引起幼兒的學習興趣從而自主進行學習。

（2）動作輔助教學

利用夸張的動作表現或肢體語言引導幼兒理解所要學習的內容。如：小班兒歌《Cry And Laugh》的教學時，教師可以用自己哭和笑的臉部動作引導幼兒理解“Cry” 和“Laugh”各表示的意思，然后用“Yes Or No”的游戲，從讓幼兒看教師的動作判斷對錯，到幼兒自主游戲，以此鞏固對所學內容的理解和認識；另外，還可以用《Do As I Tell You》讓幼兒聽老師說自己做，或者《Say As I Do》讓幼兒看老師的動作正確發音，使幼兒進一步掌握。

（3）繪畫輔助教學

利用幼兒對動作的興趣，通過繪畫讓幼兒在畫的動作過程中自然地學習。同樣象上面的小班兒歌《Cry And Laugh》的教學，除了用動作引導學習以外，還可以請幼兒自己動手畫哭和笑的臉部表情，在畫的過程中邊畫邊說，從而得到進一步的鞏固。

（四）利用多媒體手段，為幼兒提供更多的語言刺激

多媒體教育是現代教育中的重要手段，在幼兒英語教學中同樣有著其無法替代的作用。因為幼兒園畢竟處于一個有限的空間、時間內，而電教手段，能幫助我們克服時、空的限制，提供給幼兒更多的信息刺激，創造適宜的環境。同時，電教手段的優勢在于有影可看，有聲可聽，悅耳的音樂、生動的畫面，具有強烈的感染力，符合幼兒認識規律和思維水平。因此，我們在早晨入園或戶外體育活動、室內自由活動時放一些歡快簡單的兒童英語歌曲、對話，讓幼兒邊玩邊聽，不占用幼兒任何活動時間，幼兒在反復聽的過程中，學習了語音語調，建立了語感。磁帶中盡管有學過的，也有沒學過的，但聽的多了，腦子里有了深刻的印象，一旦學到就有似曾相識的感覺，掌握起來相對容易多了。另外，比如利用多媒體手段進行教學中難點的突破，如：在學什么東西在什么上面，什么東西在什么下面，on和under的用法時，教師設計了“小動物捉迷藏”這一活動，利用投影儀，使用復合片和抽拉片的方法，讓小動物分別藏在桌上、椅子下、書上、床下等。直觀、形象的和可愛的小動物游戲，使幼兒很快區分了on和under的意思和用法。

利用多媒體教學課件可把幼兒的興趣吸引到現代尖端技術的輔助中，讓幼兒在好奇中主動的接受。另外，利用電視錄像選擇適合幼兒的材料內容放給幼兒看，在畫面與音樂、情景與對話的共同作用下，則提供給幼兒一種身臨其境的語言環境，加之錄像的可控性，可重復性，對幼兒反復學習、鞏固有極大的幫助。

前蘇聯教育家蘇霍姆林斯基說過：“沒有一條寓有詩意的、感情的和審美的清泉就不可能有學生的智力發展”。而“興趣是最好的老師”，興趣就是滋養孩子們熱情英語的悠悠清泉。培養幼兒正確使用英語交流的能力并不是一朝一夕就能夠完成的，它需要我們教師經常有意識、有計劃地落實到每一次的教學活動中去，盡可能地創造機會讓幼兒多聽多說多練。在教學中，要創造機會確保人人參與，尤其要鼓勵那些性格內向，缺乏自信和口語能力相對較差的幼兒大膽參與，通過游戲化的活動形式鍛煉幼兒的口語交際能力，加深理解，在帶來歡樂的同時產生更大的學習熱情，使幼兒獲得最大限度的口語實踐，逐步掌握語言，形成語感。

“師者，傳道、授業、解惑也。”這也許是傳統教學觀念對教師角色的最好概括。歷來，教師與學生之間都是傳遞與接受的關系，然而隨著時代的變遷師生之間不再是單純的傳與受的關系了。教師成了學生的學習伙伴，教師的角色也從傳授者轉向了設計者、促進者、支持者、管理者，以及反思與研究者。更為重要的是對教師的教學提出了更高的要求：有效地教。

本著“以幼兒發展為本”的思想，我們應該通過我們的引導、點撥、鼓勵、輔導，通過一系列有趣、生動的活動來調動幼兒的英語學習興趣，從而達到幼兒英語有效教學的目的，為孩子們的終身發展創設一個自由生長的廣闊天地。因此，面對以幼兒發展為本的教育觀，在教學中我們要善于做到創境激趣、以趣激學、引導幼兒積極主動地參與學習，主動的探索獲得知識。

總之，通過實踐的感知和理論的探究，我們深切地體會到幼兒園進行英語教育必須通過多種途徑和形式，創造一種良好的語言環境，調動幼兒學習的積極性，讓幼兒能夠在歡樂和興趣中學習。我們的幼兒英語教育應朝這一方向前進！
