第四篇：宿舍文化節頒獎晚會的策劃

頒 獎 晚 會

主辦：院團委、后勤總公司 承辦：宿管中心

協辦：校自管會

晚會主題：校本部第四屆宿舍文化藝術節頒獎晚會

活動意義：豐富我院學生文化生活，繼承和發揚優秀的宿舍建設理念，搭建與各個組織交流合作的平臺，為整個學院宿舍文化的健康發展創造一個良好的氛圍。展示當代大學生的風采，擴大院自管會在全院的影響，最終達到與全院各個社團和諧共處的目的。

活動內容：此次活動以系為單位推薦1—2個節目，活動舉辦的同時將對本次宿舍文化節活動中獲得名次的同學頒發獎品及證書 承辦單位：宿管中心 協辦單位：校自管會

特邀單位：國旗班，大學生藝術團 時間：12月20日晚

1、晚會協調及進展期（11月29日－12月10日）：

本階段主要完成節目篩選及排練、中期宣傳、禮儀小姐確定、舞臺燈光音響確定、物品購買。

①節目篩選及排練：由辦公室負責，地點暫定大學生藝術團二樓。從各學系選取優秀節目，并進行排練。

②中期宣傳：由辦公室負責。該階段展開網絡宣傳(論壇、qq群及貼吧)、廣播宣傳。

③舞臺確定：由組織部負責。請結合節目組舞臺要求，聯系制作公司。

④物品購買及禮儀小姐確定：由辦公室負責。物品需要晚會策劃情況征求各部。

2、晚會倒計時期（12月110日－12月20日）

本階段主要完成晚會全過程確定（包括節目單確定）、第一、二次彩排、末期宣傳、領導邀請、場地確定、媒體報道確定。

節目單確定交由各部門，加緊排練節目。并進行第一次彩排，時間暫定12月15日，地點文工團排練室。

②末期宣傳：組織部負責。宣傳單（節目單）設計和發放，廣播宣傳。

③領導邀請、邀請函制作、場地確定及媒體報道確定：由辦公室負責。

④費用收集：由組織部負責。務必收正規發票，若此期無法收齊務必于晚會開始前收齊。

會場準備：

1、場地申請

2、由組織部總體負責會場布局。

3、發放節目單

4、引領觀眾進場入座

5、舞臺搭建及燈光安裝調試工作

6、音箱設備調試工作

7、準備好晚會所需伴奏帶

16、停電應急方案：

（1）若晚會前停電，晚會最多推遲1小時即20：00舉行，此間觀眾自由處理自己的時間；如果20：00仍沒有正常供電，則由主持人宣布晚會改天舉辦。

（2）在晚會前半部分之間停電超過10分鐘后由主持人宣布晚會改天重新舉行；在晚會后半部分之間停電超過10分鐘后由主持人宣布晚會閉幕。

（3）在停電期間，由紀檢部負責演員的組織與服裝道具的看管工作；由組織部負責領導及來賓的服務工作；由紀檢部負責現場秩序的維持；由舞臺組（樓內人員）負責舞臺、音箱設備、燈光設備等的看管。

（4）在主持人宣布晚會改天舉辦或閉幕后，按“附則”中“會后工作分工細則”清理會場。

17、燈光應急方案：

（1）四個照燈兩個以內無法正常使用時，正常使用剩余照燈。

（2）四個照燈兩個以上無法正常使用時，啟動事前準備的照明器具。

18、節目應急方案：

（1）上一個節目演出時，其后的兩個節目在后臺準備，前一節目由于各種原因無法按時出演時，下一個節目即時跟進。

（2）任一節目在演出過程中發生失誤或無法順利進行的晚會策劃情況時，由節目的領演人迅速組織演員重演此節目；若重演仍出現問題，則該節目立即退場，視具體晚會策劃情況決定其再次重演或取消。

注：各工作組在尚未開展自己的工作或完成自己的工作時，請自覺參加其他工作組的工作以加快整體工作進程。

晚會會后工作細則：晚會結束后，各晚會策劃晚會策劃工作人員按照會前安排的相應工作進行收場工作。

注：

1、晚會結束后立即開展清理會場工作，各負責人完成自己的工作即可離開會場；

舞臺設置：

1.裝扮上： 背景布、舞臺邊上氣球、鮮花、燈籠

2、節目： 盡量多 優中選優，最后12個節目即可，時間一般在兩個小時左右，最好有一個壓軸節目

3；節目彩排|：

至少兩給不帶妝彩排，一次帶狀彩排；（去年沒有一次完整的彩排

時間太緊了）

4主持人： 選擇主持人要選擇有臺風的主持人 去年是兩個老手 經常主持的兩個新手參加過主持人大賽的 沒有在大禮堂主持過的盡量不用

5：節目單： 節目選好后，按照節目質量排好順序(參考主持的人意見)提前一天把節目單打印出來，用帶有顏色的紙打印。

6請領導：問問孫主任都是請誰？買上好一點的請帖、職位、姓名。讓孫主任寫好，有些副院長以上級的，孫主任親自送，其他的自管會去送。晚會當天主持人要報到場的領導，開幕之前孫主任會把所有到場的領導現場寫好、排好序然后交給主持人、沒有這一步不能開幕； 7.整個流程安排：1話筒盡量多找，最容易出錯的地方就是節目鏈接不上，上一個節目完了

下一個節目還沒到或者少人了。節目定了之后，每個節目安排兩個人負責，緊盯著這個節目 一直保持和這個節目的負責人聯系做好準備，上一個節目和下一個的話筒交接安排兩個人，道具一般放在禮堂的東側，多找一些男生負責搬得要快，撤的也要快！8.服裝：定好節目后，就要訂服裝，到市區定

9.安全門衛：各個門口時刻有人，不能出現擁擠！

10.容易出錯的定好就是頒獎：找好每次頒獎的人，有個人專門負責。獎狀和人數一定要對上，還有禮儀，一般是六個到八個禮儀
