發(fā)走進新時代······播放這首歌時，心里開始冒著小問號。新時代？那原來還有舊時代嗎？

又過了幾年，開始了新的歌謠。“一九七九年一九七九年那是一個春天，有一位老人在

中國的南海邊畫了一個圈。神話般地崛起座座城，奇跡般聚起座座金山。春雷啊喚醒了長天

內(nèi)外，春輝啊暖透了大江兩岸。啊！中國、中國！你邁開了氣壯山河的新步伐，你邁開了氣

壯山河的新步伐。走進萬象更新的春天······”那時候，父親開始給我講起了中國的

故事。中國人民進行了長達8年的抗日戰(zhàn)爭，中國人民為此付出了巨大的民族犧牲，但是

也創(chuàng)造了光輝的戰(zhàn)績。我印象最深最觸動的是王二小小英雄的英勇事跡。

王二小，在抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期，他的家鄉(xiāng)是八路軍抗日根據(jù)地，經(jīng)常受到日本

鬼子的“掃蕩”。

王二小是兒童團團員，他常常一邊在山坡上放牛，一邊給八路軍放哨。1942年10月25日，日本鬼子又來“掃蕩”，走到山口時迷了路。敵人看見王二小在山坡上放牛，就叫他帶路。王

二小裝著聽話的樣子走在前面，為了保衛(wèi)轉(zhuǎn)移躲藏的鄉(xiāng)親，把敵人帶進了八路軍的埋伏圈。

突然，四面八方響起了槍聲，敵人知道上了當，就氣急敗壞地用刺刀挑死了王二小，正在這

時候，八路軍從山上沖下來，消滅了全部敵人。家鄉(xiāng)的革命干部和老鄉(xiāng)全部得到安全，王二

小卻睡在冰冷的山間。小小王二小，用他的生命給我們中國的未來與明天。這些的這些都

是兒時，最初的印象。革命的印象、戰(zhàn)爭的印象。

中國人民艱苦的歲月終于過去，代

價卻是無數(shù)的革命先烈。解放那一年，中國終于直起

了腰板。我們的民族終于昂首、終于偉大起來。面對逝者，我們也只能給予他們一些遲到的

欣慰。

戰(zhàn)爭是殘酷的，原來生活從一開始是那樣繁亂。

父親給我講訴的所有雜亂的詞言語句，最終總說明了共產(chǎn)黨！永不言敗的共產(chǎn)黨！但是，那些總是父親那個年代的中國共產(chǎn)黨。

爺爺說、爸爸說。如今輪到我來說。我說：共產(chǎn)黨是團結(jié)！共產(chǎn)黨是希望！共產(chǎn)黨是不

抗日的年代已過去，戰(zhàn)火紛亂的年代已過去。新中國給我的是另一番新風貌。2014年5月

12日下午，我在上網(wǎng)。突然在網(wǎng)上盛傳一句話：四川汶川發(fā)生大地震。

晚上六點多回到家

打開電視，電視頻道鋪天蓋地的講述汶川發(fā)生地震的情景。這時我感觸很深，現(xiàn)在的中國真 的強大了。在電視里閃過幾個畫面，我流淚了。我看見人民解放軍們穿著制服在努力的速度 的救援。這讓我很久很久不能平復(fù)心情，我擔心汶川的同胞兄弟姐妹們，可是我卻只能守候

我與祖國演講稿

各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位評委、同事們：

大家好！

很榮幸我能出場縣司法局中層干部競聘演講，首先，我向今天晚上參加競崗辛勤工作的各位評委、各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示感謝。

我叫xx，生于19XX年1月，現(xiàn)年45歲。中共黨員，學歷大專，19XX年參加工作，現(xiàn)任臘口司法所所長。今天，對我來說是一次挑戰(zhàn)自我的機會，競爭上崗是對我們每一位同志多年來工作、學習的一次綜合檢驗和考察，也是轉(zhuǎn)變機關(guān)職能、提高工作效率、加快司法行政工作發(fā)展的客觀要求。我競爭的崗位是縣司法局歸正人員管理科副科長的職位。我認為我有能力勝任。下面我簡單介紹一下競爭該職所具備的條件：

（一）我有19年從事基層鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作，有多年組織工作經(jīng)驗，特別是三年多灘坑移民工作，積累了一定的管理協(xié)調(diào)能力和經(jīng)驗。

（二）在基層多年有吃苦耐勞的精神。

（三）能夠團結(jié)同志，在工作中堅持民主集中制。

（四）是能夠聽取和接納不同的意見。

（五）能準確擺正自己所處的位置。如果承蒙大家信任有幸擔任重任，我將竭盡全力不負眾望，做好歸正管理科副科長的工作。

在新的崗位上，我初步的想法是：

（一）加強學習。向書本學習，向同事們學習，向?qū)嵺`學習。我對司法局歸正人員管理工作雖然是接觸少了一點，但多年的基層司法所工作經(jīng)驗讓我具備了一定的歸正人員管理能力。與此同時，我將刻苦學習有關(guān)歸正人員管理工作的業(yè)務(wù)知識、社會科學知識和法律知識，使自己具有較為深厚的理論功底，從而盡快掌握歸正人員管理規(guī)律，融入歸正科副科長的角色中來。

（二）加強團結(jié)。注意和周圍的人、同事之間建立和諧的人際關(guān)系，努力營造同事間真心相處、說真話、做實事的積極氛圍，調(diào)動各方面的積極性以形成合力。

（三）當好參謀和服務(wù)員。作為一名副職，在認真做好所分管范圍內(nèi)的工作之外，還要當好司法局局長、科長等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀助手；當好歸正人員的服務(wù)員，切實解決歸正人員的生活困難和就業(yè)安置問題，使歸正人員在回歸社會后能自食其力。

（四）協(xié)助科長做好歸正人員的管理業(yè)務(wù)工作。

1、健全幫教網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

2、堅持回訪歸正人員，了解和掌握歸正人員的思想動態(tài)實行動態(tài)管理。

3、建立健全歸正人員臺帳，加強政法各部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)溝通，及時登記每位歸正人員動態(tài)信息，對有重新犯罪傾向人員實施重點幫教，對符合條件的歸正人員進行及時撤管。

4、拓寬安置渠道。

5、幫教解憂工作。協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)部門解決回歸人員及其家庭面臨的困難，促使他們釋放后仍繼續(xù)改造。

6、是注重典型引導(dǎo)。通過宣傳歸正人員的轉(zhuǎn)好典型事例，把歸正人員推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、帶領(lǐng)群眾致富、熱心公益事業(yè)的事跡，向歸正人員進行宣傳，幫助他們樹立融入社會的信心。

（五）協(xié)助科長做好社區(qū)矯正工作。XX年是我國社區(qū)矯正工作全面實施的第一年，這是一項全新的工作，也是歸正管理科的重點工作。要在社區(qū)矯正宣傳教育、社區(qū)矯正干部隊伍建設(shè)、矯正人員的銜接、執(zhí)行、解除。社區(qū)矯正工作制度等等要邊工作、邊實踐、邊探索，摸索出社區(qū)矯正人員管理工作新經(jīng)驗。
