還有一點事我們的求學態度。我們再牛也是那些主考官的學生，我們懂得的知識在這些學識淵博的老師面前僅僅是皮毛，因此謙恭的態度是必須的。“吾愛吾師，吾更愛真理”這句話千萬不要用在復試中，相反我們必須將尊重的心態表露出來，例如你的臉上要始終表現出認真和謹慎。談吐中要有禮貌，對問題有異議盡量回避不談，總之表現的越謙虛越好，當然也不能唯唯諾諾的不敢說話了。

在初試查分之后到復試的這段時間里，我也進行了專業課知識及英語口語的練習，但是怎么說呢，可能是自信有點過頭了，都扎的不實，感覺有點浮躁。復試當天，首先從英語自我介紹開始，仗著自己平時口語不錯，也是為了一開場就“震住”老師，我說的語速較快，也自以為標準流利，覺得這樣老師對我的第一印象一定很好，覺得這個學生有點兒實力。結果大錯特錯，我這樣的表現從一開始就給了面試老師不太好的印象，甚至挑起了他們的“斗志”，加之這段時間專業復習不足，導致我重復性的“pardon?”和間歇性的邏輯混亂，慌張與后悔的情緒也一下子都上來了，就更沒有辦法集中思想思考問題，雖然之前的基礎還可以，但根本沒辦法在這種情況下應付，可想而知我的復試狼狽，幾乎是抓著頭皮走出考場的。

細節決定成敗

考研初試雖說競爭激烈艱苦卓絕，但絕對是有跡可循。我們能知道考什么科目，能通過很多渠道去復習準備，但過了初試之后呢？復試對很多同學來說是比較迷茫和擔心的，不知道該如何下手準備。事實上，盡管各個院校的復試題目不同，但都并不難（當然，如果你是專科考研，那復試絕對不是一件簡單的事情，因為還要加試專業課）。可是要想在15～20分鐘的時間里，展現出自己的英語水平也并不是一件很容易的事情，這就需要考生提前做好相關準備工作，不打無準備之仗。

“這兩天總有學生問我考研面試應該注意什么，作為一個前任的研究生輔導員，我就說說考研面試這件事情吧，權當給大家做個參考。

下面就說一下考研面試之前你需要積攢的人品了，這個大家一定要注意。第一，分數只是參考，關鍵還要看表現。

復試一般會按照1：2甚至更高的比例開始，像985.211院校復試線肯定會很高，如果大家報的校外的導師，一定不要以為分數高就有把握，分數低就沒戲（我考研那一年老板就放棄380分數的一個考生，因為他復試太爛了，而選擇了一個320多的剛過線的考生。），所以，如果你參加了復試，就一定要重新按照考研的精氣神準備，否則你可能是分母。所以復試的關鍵就是看你的準備程度。

第二，導師情況是關鍵

面對大多數的考生，老板有他自己的決定權，按照比重排序分別是“保送–院校–是否有推薦–知根知底（實習過）–復試成績（動手能力及對專業的熱愛）”，所以按照這個思路，你要弄清楚你的老板名額還有幾個？

第三，師兄是臥底

每年復試基本上都有一個套路，不同專業的復試有權重，考實驗什么？考英文什么？什么是筆試？什么是口試，什么樣的實驗？這些你知道嗎？

第四，練習是關鍵

這些，再加上你對專業的熟悉程度，是給你的一個很好的保障，如果你實在點背沒有選上，但是你的忠誠度很高的話，我相信每年的幾個破格名額或者老師給你推薦到另外一個地方的幸運也會降臨到你的身上。

2、現場緊張，詞不達意（拜托，你就不能回去練習幾遍？）

4、吹牛撒謊（不會不要緊，但是不能撒謊，你愿意錄取一個不誠信的人嗎？）

5、過分謙虛（千萬別讓人誤認你為高分低能，對于自己擅長的一定要表達）
