今天，我演講的題目是《踐行科學發展觀 勾畫青春之藍圖》。

科學發展觀，淺顯直白地說：就是要用科學發展的眼光看問題。

科學發展觀的第一要義是發展，核心是以人為本。從西城統計的發展道路來看，就始終貫穿著發展和以人為本。從人員短缺、資金短缺、缺乏重視、無人問津的狀態到今天的三級四制、經費充足、社會廣泛關注，無不體現著西城統計日新月異的變化，這些變化中無不蘊含著領導層對科學發展觀的實踐應用。此次深入學習科學發展觀正值建國60周年、“五四”運動90周年暨建團87周年，在這個重要的歷史時期，我們年輕的一代就要主動肩負起與時俱進、創新圖強，共建可持續發展、和諧社會的人生目標和時代重任！

作為新一代統計人，我們要明確自身的責任，珍惜所在的崗位，以科學發展為指導，做好本職工作，提高服務能力。在學習實踐科學發展的過程中，我們首先要做到的是樹立正確的學習觀、保證有一個端正的學習態度。因為態度決定一切，而觀念又決定態度，觀念的形成直接對行為產生影響。就好比舊社會的婚姻，都是父母包辦，兒女沒有自主權，如果自由戀愛就會被眾人謾罵為傷風敗俗，一旦觀念形成，態度就難以改變。因此，正確的學習觀有助于我們深入領悟科學發展觀的理念，有助于我們在處理不同情況、不同問題的時候，合理利用科學的方法，不盲目、不蠻干，講方法、講技巧，把實干、苦干和巧干很好地結合起來，提高工作效率，領悟統計工作的真諦。

其次，實踐科學發展觀還要做到

不斷學習。學習有利于提高我們的知識水平，增強做好工作的本領。人們對先進理念的接受程度是不同的，我們只有不斷更新知識結構，不斷了解時事政治，才能跟上時代的步伐，充分接受和理解先進的理念，并以先進的理念指導我們的工作。通過學習，我們才能具備與時俱進的社會競爭力，正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，具備卓越的領導能力，自我完善與增值能力。

年間，中國經濟總量迅速擴張，國內生產總值從3645億元增長至21，0871億元，增長近60倍！中國的經濟成

就不僅寫在了中國歷史之上，也在世界歷史上刻下了輝煌的一頁，過去25年全球脫貧所得成就中，近70%的成

改革開放的30年，是中國社會和諧穩定的30年！自粉碎“四人幫”以后，中華民族猶如鋼鐵長城一般堅

改革開放的30年是中國航天事業不斷創新的30年！從1979年遠程火箭發射試驗成功，到2003年“神五”

升天，首次載人航天飛行成功，再到2005年神舟六號載人航天衛星順利返回，中國航天人在摸索中讓祖國一

躍成為航天科技強國！2008年，我國首顆探月衛星“嫦娥一號”發射升空，炎黃子孫的千年奔月夢成為了現

實！“神七”的成功發射，神七在太空漫步，讓中國人第一次在太空留下了自己的足跡！

改革開放的30年，也是我國體育事業蒸蒸日上的30年！1984年許海峰摘得中國奧運首枚金牌，自此之后，

中華體育健兒奮勇爭先：2000年悉尼奧運，中國代表團收獲28枚金牌，取得了金牌榜和獎牌榜均名列第三的

佳績；2004年雅典，中國軍團更是將金牌總數擴增到32枚，位列金牌榜第2位！而今年，奧運大幕在中華大
