我是一名即將畢業的大學生，我將于2010年7月畢業幼教專業，根據我的自身情況，我認為我對從事幼教也具有一定的優勢。首先，就社會現狀而言，當今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化。所以，大力發展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的工作。另外，我對幼教行業具有很大的興趣。在校期間，我所學習的教育學與心理學的成績都非常突出，并且我具有普通話二級甲等證書。我認為這些也是對幼教這一行業的基礎。在思想上，我對現代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法。當今社會中大都是傳統意義上的幼兒園，其實質就屬于寄托班，缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式。雖然根據現有的國情和居民生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現實，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是占很大的比例，所以特色幼兒教育是一項非常有發展前景的行業。我所說的特色教育不是單純的雙語教育和現在所流行的蒙式教育。我設想的教育方式是以發展兒童天性為基礎，根據幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法。如果園領導需要，我會詳細的說明我的想法。
